5 stars doesn’t cut it! I have never had such a seamless, stress-free and enjoyable experience buying a car like I did at BMW of Fort Lauderdale. Giovanni is such a professional and incredible salesman. Everything that was promised was delivered. I traded in my 2008 M3 for a 2015 M3 and the process was flawless. I called from the state of NJ and flew down to complete the transaction! From the first call to the point of driving the car off the lot, my wife and I were treated professionally. Great experience!! Did a factory order with them for a 2022 X5, they only accepted the order when they actually had the allocation available, which is great because all other dealers were taking as many orders they could and would not guarantee the allocation/delivery in short time.The car arrived only 30 days after we posted the order, at msrp, which these days is actually a good deal. Also they didnt require any deposit to put he order, unlike many other dealerships.Overall great experience, recommend doing business with them, specially with Sebastian Sanchez, who helped me along the process.

Sebastian Sanchez made the car buying experience easy. We went step by step, showing me all the options on financing. Warren Haynes closed the deal. All the paperwork was in order and we were able to walk out of his office in no time. The car was ready to go. Sebastian showed me some of the features of the car. He setup my I phone as a digital key. I love the fact that I can leave my house with no car key and no key fob in my pocket. The three hour car ride back to Key West did not seem to take that long with the massage seats.

We recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and this was the first time my M340i was serviced at BMW of Fort Lauderdale. Tom Ignazio was my service advisor. Tom made my experience nothing less than top shelf. Tom communicated timely and accommodated my schedule. I dropped my car off and picked up a loaner at the end of the day on a Monday. My car was ready the following day at noon, so I could keep an early afternoon appointment. Also, the video inspection of the car was very cool and gave me a new view.The service was professional, timely, friendly, respectful, and well communicated.Highly recommend.

Stan was a very helpful and great salesman, I had originally called about a different black on red 330i but he had told me it sold, a week later he gives me a call when he finds out that there was another one in transit to the dealer with the exact specs I wanted. Him remembering the specs I wanted and checking the future inventory before it even got there really impressed me. We were able to get it secured for me before it even arrived. Everything went nice and smooth, the new car is amazing.

The general manager, Keith, was great in connecting me with my sales associate, Jimmy, who made the process very easy and he was great to work with. He made the entire experience stress-free and uncomplicated from ordering my vehicle, to keeping me updated on its progress, to taking possession of my new car. Actually I went in looking for a Mini countrymen and I came from a long distance so I was terribly disappointed when your salesman Andy did not feel the need to negotiate on a car that was a loaner and had many miles on it. I just came from vista bmw where I received the worse experience ever, the sales guy was like I have been here for 10 years so I know about cars and can get you one, I advise him of what I wanted he was trying to sell me something else.I explain what I wanted and then he said I can not give that to you do to the cost is more, keep in mind financial where not check as of yet . This was shockingly the most unprofessional, insulting experience Ive ever had in general and especially in a dealership. I was totally lied to and treated with disrespect when the rep couldnt provide an explanation for my questions. Rep refused to provide the General Managers info I requested and totally ignored my text. Rep stated his manager said if I wanted to talk o can go in and see him. Not only wouldnt I recommend this establishment but I will write a public review and ensure I make reports to the relevant establishments with reference to this companys reports and performance.

I came to replace an angel eye daylight lamp for my headlight. I was later informed that the problem was more complex- the wiring insulation was cracking in the headlight which most likely was causing a short causing the bulb to burn out. Rather than replace the bulb and have it short out again, I was explained my options - replacing the entire headlight assembly or drive the car as is. I selected the second option as the car can operate legally without the angel eye ring. I was most grateful for the honesty and professionalism of the staff and most importantly my account executive Scott Weinbaum who went out of his way to help out. I’ve known Scott for almost as many years as I have owned my BMW 528i (11 years), and he has always demonstrated an outstanding attitude and desire to help.
