There are so many things to buy here! My favorite section was the baking isle - they have so many cute things that can give your baked goods a huge upgrade. When I was in the paint section, one of the employees was extremely helpful with giving us recommendations for a top coat/sealant for painted surfaces. She told us what she uses herself and what other products customers tend to buy. I was really pleased with the customer service, shes great!

Just left Michael’s in Fort Lauderdale and had the wonderful Ms Sheryl as our cashier. She went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find an item out of stock at that location elsewhere that we need for our upcoming wedding. She also helped me navigate the app, find my coupons, and was so sweet and helpful. Sheryl is amazing and it’s refreshing to see someone so motivated in putting customers first. Thank you for helping us make our special day perfect!!

Visited this location for the first time and as is Michaels culture staff was very helpful, polite and fast to help.DustersNo lines at the registers, even though the was a lot of people in the store, there usually never huge lines of people waiting at the checkout, that makes the shopping experience much easier and a true pleasure.

Half of their stuff is empty and put of stock unfortunately. 🤧 But lots of stuff to work with.

Had a great experience at this location. The store was very organized and my cashier, Amber, was the sweetest. She gave amazing customer service and informed me of sales for the items I bought so I was able to buy even more 🤩 Would definitely recommend this store location to everyone!

This is a great Michaels. Their framing staff is superb and are very good at assisting you in finding the right frame and matte colors. And they are very prompt at completing your projects.

Low stock or not available on some the items I needed. Other items were over priced. Good place for Cricut brand products and artificial decor for the holidays.

I gave it 3 stars because they had everything in stock that I ordered. I used curb side pickup, because I’m still not comfortable going in to a store as of yet . Either way the service was fine until they brought me out someone else’s order. When the rep came out I rolled my window for her to scan my barcode like it said to do. She said she didn’t need to, and mentioned what I thought was that I was the only person waiting on an order. Well after driving back to work, I realized that I had a large bag of 40 shirts .I called the store, and notified them that I had just left and I was given the wrong order. The lady on the phone is the same person that brought the order out and did not scan the barcode. Before I can hang up, I hear her in the background saying that she didn’t understand why would I take an order of 40 shirts that I had not ordered online for curbside assistance. To make matters worse, A different rep came out to bring my correct order which I originally offered to scan. I was already perplexed with what I heard the reps say on the phone before hanging out, and to add insult, the next person brought the order out had an attitude and a look on her face as if I did something wrong. Add this time I feel as if the comments and looks were necessary for something that could’ve been correct from the beginning if the original representative would have scanned the barcode like it says. My suggestion would be to follow whatever procedures and policies they have in place to ensure a customer receives an accurate order.

Not the friendliest staff. In fact, the guy in framing was kind of rude.So if I had not encountered him, I would say nice, clean store with good prices.

It is the place to find decor items and crafts materials, tools. Corporate debit cards NOT accepted. Offices need to look good too! Does that make sense?

The girl with the puff needs a raise she was handling the whole store alone and kept her cool while everyone else was no where to be found raise promotions she deserves it all retail is had enough as it is even harder when the team isn’t there to support but she held her own only reason I’m coming is cause she was really sweet and help ! 5 stars for her

This location is always clean and properly organized. Sale/price tags always visible. Easy to maneuver through aisles. Staff always friendly and ready to assist, always smiling faces. Check out is always smooth and fast.

This is a great place for both professional artists and hobbyists alike. I enjoy the chance to browse art supplies that may only be found, otherwise, online. My sole concern is the sparseness of store staffing, particularly departmental floor walkers. After I tracked one down, however, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

Its amazing place for everyone who making crafts

I havent been here in over 10 years :( and after this trip idk why !!! I went to get flower arrangements like I did in high school, but unfortunately they dont do the arrangements anymore. However I spent $400 and it would have been more because I loved everything. I will definitely be back this weekend !!

Yes Michaels! I have to give props where props are due! I was looking for a super specific type of yarn, and the employees were extra sweet and knowledgeable, and helped me to find what I was looking for. They may have a little bit less supplies because of COVID, but their customer service is always rock solid.

I knew what I was going to get but finding someone to help was a hassle.Store was clean but virtually deserted of assistance.Unless you know where items you want are located, expect to spend some time inside the store.Prices were decent enough but the lack of floor assistance was a turn off.

The person who checked me out did all she could to help me find deals and she was so kind and thoughtful.. all places should have employees that take their job to the next level.. As she did

Usually love this location and have never had an issue until today.I called to see if they had a type of yarn I frequently use in stock. Ive done this many times before with no issues.Called at 1:15 pm and the man who answered told me (rudely) Well, we have a lot of yarn and thats really hard to check.I told him I had done so many times in the past, I knew the brand and even sku number was just trying to save myself a drive and he sighed loudly and said sorry.Im not accustomed to this kind of treatment from your employees. Will have to take my business elsewhere which is a shame because its so close and I spend so much there monthly.Step up your hiring standards. If someone is that unhappy to do their job maybe they are in the wrong field.

Horrible customer service.

Cashiers are rude, mean and treat you like they are doing you a favor to check you out. The manager is very nice but she really needs to use her management skills to either retrain them or just fire them all. They are the last person you see before you leave the store and i go in the store in a good mood and always leave disrespected and angry how i was treated. Stay away!

My pick up was smooth and quick

Wayne was exceptionally helpful in the framing department today! And the sweet cashier applied a discount coupon to my purchase without me even asking. I received speedy assistance as I was trying to find a certain acrylic glue (which they had) and checkout was a breeze. Keep in mind the AC was out and it was a bit stifling (urgent repairs were underway). Thats why it was so especially awesome that these employees were so good. They were performing under duress! Great job 👍

Love Michaels always find what Im looking for, a Hugh variety of merchandise to choose from. Very well stocked, the line moved very quickly, great customer service always asking do you need help with anything, very rare these days. Cashiers are fast and friendly. Great job.

A great place to shop for crafts and gift ideas and maybe shell learn a few techniques in art. However its check out procedure is horrifying, not a single sales clerk is ever quick. Its filled with questions and offering advice and just slow Bland chat. Although we appreciate the interest in the project were doing when the line is backed up by at least eight people you need to stop asking questions and just start processing those credit cards. Dont get me wrong I love the place and I love the selection I just hate checking out.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and everything was in order. They sold stuff that I didnt even know about! Definitely worth going here for all your arts and crafts needs!

Its a nice store but earned only 3 stars for the following: There were very few employees on the sales floor. Making it near impossible to get assistance. While this location is clean it lacked in the overall merchandising and layout. It would be nice to haverelated items closer together. It did appear that most items were in stock. The center aisle was tight. They were busy with a lot of customers in the store but something was lacking. Usually its a warm and inviting place but on this visit it felt more like a big box store. I will be going back at a later date and reevaluate my review.

Good location for everything you need. Much better than Joann Fabrics and the staff here are nicer than at other Michaels locations. One of the cashiers went out of her way to get me a 50% off purchase coupon for my order. It was great!
