This Best Buy has high quality products and seems to keep the shelves stocked well. The only downside is the abundance of high priced products although with all fairness to them they do have great rewards programs and do carry the best of the best in my eyes. I have always managed to find pretty good deal on something I need. This go round ended up getting the JBL Bluetooth headset and a microphone for my computer so that I can use it for communication on video conferencing and make other types of recordings with a high quality sound. I ended up spending 150 bucks but I am very happy with the quality

Staff is helpful and they usually have a good amount in there to attend to everyone. Everyone knows Best Buy by now, my biggest issue at these has always been when I can never find anyone to help or have to wait an excessive amount of time. Has yet to happen at this location so they got my thumbs up.
Bought a TV with Ralph let me tell you this guy is a great asset for best buy. We were originally looking to spend under $700 ended up with a $1200 tv because of his attentiveness and care. Absolutely ridiculous that someone who is ready to spend thousands of dollars on appliances cannot get any help in the Ft. Lauderdale store. No other customers in the place tonight, 10/21, and yet none of the employees in that department could tear themselves away from the conversations and laughs they were having at the appliance desk to help me. I got home and sent an email asking for an appointment. They called me back and said I dont need an appointment. I explained that nobody would help me and was told they were probably busy. I assured the woman who called that the place was NOT busy. How horrible that they feel they dont need the business and dont need to put the customer first.
Clyde, the Samsung tech, was relentless to find a solution for transferring everything from an old LG cell phone to a new Motorola cell phone for our 83 year old friend. Best Buy should employ more people with that level of integrity and work ethic. Yes, he was successful with the transfer.
Overall it was a good experience. But the best when I got to the Sony digital camera counter. A young lad knew everything that needed to be known about this camera and the competitions cameras. So if youre going to look for a camera Sunday through Thursday hes at the Sony counter. Very knowledgeable very helpful
Pretty Good, Very clean atmosphere, Store full experts, smiling faces and all that jazz but recommend more active sale associates, lines werent to long and free associates seem more interested in holding conversation with each. If u know what u want u will probably fine it here inventory seems full from naked eye, and Maybe research product before had. Somewhat Likey to return

I had a good time going to this best buy and found it was one of the better ones Ive gone to lately! Its a big, easy to navigate and clean store if you ask me! Service wasnt needed so I didnt really get any impressions but they seemed pretty good at a distanced glanced! Inventory is big and filled to the brim, there is definitely a sense there is something for everyone if they look hard enough! No problems really, give this Best Buy a go if youre in the area!
Custumer service was great. Everywhere my wife and I went, we had employees offering help. Two items that we went looking for, were almost non existent. Record players, they only have Sony, the same model over and over, and Vitrola the same model over and over. Yamaha receivers, were not even on display. I didnt look much for anything else, just TVs. I must say that they had a good amount, for the choosing.
@MANAGEMENT. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of all time. Jaden (light hair) working over at the TV department had the nastiest attitude I had ever experienced. I was shocked at a price for an adapter which he laughed at me for and then started mocking me to his colleague, not knowing I can hear him. I’d fire him on the spot. Well stocked in a lot of things you need, they had a 10% off for your bday special online which saved me $100 so honestly good on Best Buy. The store is well kept and service is good. I come here a lot for almost any electronic needs. Good deals and pick up or online ordering is smooth. Would recommend to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area.

This place definitely has it together! All staff and management are great to deal with. Everything is just so smooth and easy here.And, I must add, last year when stores were closed and only doing curbside pick up. Best Buy had the best system. They would be to your car in just a couple minutes, sometimes under 1 minute. While other stores would make you park, call, go through many prompts, hold, finally speak to someone that doesnt know how to look up your order, then finally after 20-30 minutes someone brings it out. So many stores were so frustrating how they operated, but Best Buy was literally a breathe of fresh air!And of course, they have great deals and all too!!

Got an update about a product at this location, drove 40 MINUTES TO GET TO BEST BUY and had to deal with a manger that had poor customer service. She avoided helping, shut down any resolutions due to her being unavailable.
Been looking for 4K 264G mini SD Card for my drone. the only store whi had it in stock. Drove from Pompano Beach to Aventura. Once inside, I was shocked with the amount of products they have in hand and the variety of products and gadgets. Drove over 30 miles, but it was well worth it.

When I called the store to see about making some purchases I was redirected to customer service for Best Buy. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful looked up all the information for me that I needed and answered all my questions. I ordered what I needed online and scheduled a curbside pickup. They gave plenty of information on the email about curbside pickup and what to do. Their system was very easy to understand and follow. I had a great experience and based on that experience I highly recommend them.
Pack your patience. Staff is overworked here and a few we interacted with made us feel like we wasted their time. We didnt end up buying what we came for and on our own we found a couple electronic devices we decided the price was hard to beat and ended up buying.Over all Id say this place did have a good selection with most things in stock and in abundance.
Customer Service at Best Buy is in a league of its own! Typically we’re helped by AJ, but today we bought a drawer microwave from Mike (super detailed and explained the major differences between Viking and Samsung technology). Also, Red Beard in Home Theater knew everything about TVs, wired/wireless quality sound systems. All of our home appliances, computers snd smart devices are purchased here and based on the customer service why go anywhere else?
My technician in the computer area was fantastic. It was early in the morning. I had a 1,000 questions. She didnt get annoyed with me and was patient knowing I was there to make any giant purchases.I got my computer tower that was perfect for my household and there first in years. I highly recommend this team.

After what I witnessed yesterday, I have to applaud the staff for doing their due diligence in preventing fraud and stopping scammers from cheating the system to unfairly obtain hot products like PS5s and giving everyone as fair of a chance as possible. Keep up the good work, you have earned my business for life and all 5 stars of this review! Hopefully things become more fair on their website one day too but at least their in-store security is very effective!
I used to love best buy a lot. But recently Ive found myself looking at items that when I go ask an associate to help me get it they always say we dont actually have. Then why do you display it? Happens a lot in the computer section. It is very frustrating. But overall great technology, and awesome item quality 👌

Staff no longer come up to assist with your needs. You have to ask for help. And sometimes there not educated in the product your looking for and there of making you loose valuable time.

I purchased a new Samsung phone in New York after leaving mine in a Lyft car. I went to the store for help after having trouble setting it up and the technician was very efficient and very helpful

Best Buy is now more than ever an asset to the community. They carry from cables for vga monitor to the latest appliances. Some things you have to touch and feel. I hope customers appreciate that and pay a small premium for the convenience. Online has its value but brick and mortar stores do too.

I love Best Buy! The best selection of products and prices. This store was short handed on employees yesterday. Not sure why, but we waited until an employee was available to help us. We had some questions about an Apple i-pad Air and he was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with my password and stopped by here. Andres really went out of his way to help me out and Im so thankful for his assistance with resolving my issue.

Multiple issues.I ordered LG washtower and it was supposed to be delivered and installed on 30th and I was supposed to get email/phone call day before to confirm the time.I waited and did not received any calls from anyone and finally they delivery guys showed up 2 hours after the appointment time. Finally when they delivered it after 2 hours past the appointment time, I was not there and they left it with the worker in the middle of the living room without installation and they forged my signature and stated that I received the delivery and they dont have all the accessories to install it so appointment has to be rescheduled ( which is all lies).I called the customer service line and that was told to me, Customer service representative was very rude was not alarmed that delivery people lied in there report and forged my signatures. He was not at all accommodating and defensive. Finally he rescheduled the appointment for 3rd July. I received email confirmation with timing that they will be arriving between 12-4 pm. I was satisfied and again waited for them, they called in the morning that they will be coming later today. I waited but again they did not show up, I called customer service at 6 pm and again same attitude, He said that he couldt find my appointment in the system.I have explained that I have received multiple emails as reminder for todays appointment but he has nothing to say about that. Customer service representative was again rude, confrontational and not accepting the facts that they did mistakes. I will never buy any services or installation services from best buy .I Finally I went to the store and cancel my installation service .I hired private installing company for my appliances. Its not worth time and money to deal with insensitive, arrogant customer service from best buy. its not worth it. NEVER AGIN.
I went in to pick up a solid state hard drive that I had purchased online only to find out from a client that a second drive would be needed and so a quick Google shopping search revealed one more in stock it was however just a few minutes before closing time and if I place the order online I couldnt be sure to be able to walk out with it however the customer service rep thats checked me out with my first purchase connected me with another sales associate who was willing to hustle across the store and check me out at a less busy register and was very helpful when I simply stated what my needs were. the staff are trained to try their best regardless of their level of individual knowledge and that means passing the baton when necessary I think this is a very smart approach.

Best Buy is pretty much great. And consistent. The one bad experience was when a staff member said we don’t have it but our store in Pembroke Pines has it. And you ask them to call and check to be sure. And they tell you yes it’s there. So you drive out to the other store and get“Nope. Don’t have it. Never had it. Don’t know who you talked to.”Everyone makes mistakes but someone here, and I have not idea who, made 2.
They had a very small selection of memory cards.There was Noone visible in that dept..It seemed to me they did not take my business serious.I said I guess theyve given up since most people use the internet to buy what they need .

I came here 30 minutes ago and after asking for help already 2 times ~ I am still waiting on someone to come and assist with buying Roomba (robot for floor cleaning)~ Home appliances department.45 minutes later:After getting help and choosing the product we want to buy / employee who was helping us was very professional and useful in giving us proper information/ we got to the part for paying.Since we purchased our TV from the same location last month and applied for a credit card (Best Buy credit card through Citi Bank) where we get 10% off as a reward for paying card in full (amount of $2,500.00) - in first 30 days... we wanted to apply this credit for this purchase, they told us that only 5% and not 10% can be used for it.First of all: our experience in general was not really good and second of all: they were lying us about rewards that we can use.All in all: Best Buy ~ I will choose not to be your customer anymore. Thank you.
Best Buy refuses to honor its price match guarantee and alters its policy to make exclusions at will. I literally could have returned the exact same purchased item during their sale and purchased it for the lower cost, but now they dont want to honor the price match?UPDATE: I went to the store and spoke with the leadership. They provided the price match. I am not moving to five stars because of the hassle and the incorrect information from 1.888.BEST.BUY. The staff were kind and courteous as they normally are and I applaud them for their COVID efforts.
I bought a new pressure cooker on sale and got it home and when I unboxed it I found it to be badly dented on the side. I felt that was not safe and I returned it with everything and within 10 minutes on a Friday around 530pm I was going home with a replacement new pressure cooker. I love this store!
