I cant say enough good things. Very rarely do I come across a business that provides the combination of costumer service, value, and quality products that we observed from the Rock Garden. We were easily able to pick out our boulders, the price was very reasonable, and delivery was amazing. They also helped us install our boulders exactly the way we wanted. Thank you and hope to get to work with you guys again!

Great place to explore

We are in the beginning stages of putting together our exterior choices (paint, stone, etc) to submit to the HOA, and we live over 2 hours away from Rock Garden. I have two little ones, so a trip up there would have been an event. Trina helped me by sending me all the choices they have for exterior stone, and she went above and beyond. I am so grateful for the customer service. She makes the company look good the minute you contact them! Excited to see how the rest plays out!

Jonathan THE boulder guy is very helpful & provided excellant information. The company has a plethora of stock & can accommodate most schedules within a reasonable amount of time. I suggest that you call and then visit for the best info for what you are seeking. I recommend Rock Garden & their staff for your rock needs.

This place is fantastic! It is worth the trip just to see the rock/water garden! Stonehenge meets water, cool! Lots of ideas after you get thru it. A lot of moss rocks to check out across the street from the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff, unlike other places we went. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough that is good about this place. Jonathan and Mike were so helpful! They went above and beyond anything youd expect. Their level of helpfulness was more like that of a good friend who has come to help you than someone who is trying to sell you something. Their products are great and their prices are more than fair. I had used and interacted with a couple other places in town prior to discovering them. The difference is night and day. Again, they were so very helpful. Thanks guys!

Bring a sample of your flooring and paint if youre using the stone for the inside of your house. Its also a good idea to have your Mason meet you there so he can steer you in the right direction because he knows best what would work in your house. The employees at the Rock Garden are very accommodating and met me the moment I walked in the door. They do have very beautiful fountains, and stones which of course gave me more ideas for the future.

Wow!! The team and selection at this place is top notch. I recommend everyone to use this place for stone. My water feature is going to be perfect because of the professionals at THE ROCK GARDEN!!

What a great place to go to get landscaping rocks. I made multiple trips there to get about two tons of rocks for a pond I was building. I dealt mostly with Mike who was so patient with me as I vacillated between which large boulder I wanted for the center piece of the pond. The first one I contemplated he moved it to a different area in the yard so no one else would accidentally buy it. Later when I found a better boulder, he would swap out the boulders. He did this a couple of times until I found the perfect one. He then drilled a hole in the middle so I could make a waterfall by running a tube through the hole that was connected to a pump. The driver who delivered the big boulder did a wonderful job getting it into my backyard and placing it the way I wanted in the middle of the pond. It was a bit tricky. Regardless of who I spoke to everyone, and I mean everyone, was so friendly and helpful. I must have made ten visits over the course of three months and always a pleasant experience. This is the way to run a business!

A great place to find rocks for any project. Jonathan helped me find just the right rock for my fountain. He was very patient with us and I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rock Garden for all your rock needs. While youre there, make sure and wander out to the fountain/garden display area and check out the fountains and rock formations....its truly an amazing experience!

Disappointing policies - Hardly customer focused. I had over ordered for a project, and was disappointed to find that they have no return policy, even for product that they stock. My fault, clearly, but I would have been happy with a 50% restock fee for stocked product, but alas, you are on your own if you over order. Also disappointed that their dimensional stone varies quite a bit by cut, almost as much as 1/4 height on small cut pieces. Maybe thats nominal tolerance, but seemed like a lot to me and my mason. Makes it challenging to space. Not sure why that would be the case for machine cut stone.

Talk about great overall service. I thought about leaving a 4 star rating just for being a little to good, but thats silly. Whether you are looking for a simple cut and size or something completely customized these are your guys. Thank you for all your hard work on our projects. I highly recommend the Rock Garden.

These guys are great. Dave, Garrett and the other 2 or 3 guys are just great to work with. You can show up with a grocery-getter van and they wont laugh you off the lot! Plus most everything there is sourced very locally.Love em

Based on current reviews we decided to try the Rock Garden...best decision ever...not only got rock at a very reasonable price, but was put in contact with a stone engraver who did a fantastic job...we live in Cheyenne and will be heading back down whenever we have other rock projects.

One of my most favorite places in Fort Collins. You have to stop in and explore. Be sure to walk to the top of the stairs in the parking lot. Follow the paths all the way around. Youll get fabulous ideas for your landscape. They have many unique stones to choose from. The brownstone that they specialize in is from a Laporte quarry. They can saw and split stone to almost any size you want or need. The owners and employees are all kind, generous, and helpful. This is a must visit!

Rarely do you find a landscaping materials wholesaler/retailer that has good customer service. Most of the time its a guy in a skid loader rather angry that hes working that day, and not helpful to silly questions These guys are the exception! Personal, caring, and honest. The selection of stone is a mix of local and regional stones. Supporting local businesses is important to me so I am happy to spend money there. There arent too many places that you can find the selection of landscaping products, thin veneer stone, and natural rock art in one place. The team there is built on quality products and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed to have a visit to the grounds of The Rock Garden, bring your camera for some great late day sunset shots. As you walk through the property, you cant help but come up with some great ideas of your own for your next project.

My husband an I are a design build team that just moved to Fort Collins from out of state! We were just amazed at the service offered here. We bought to large rocks for a landscaping job and they went out of there way to make sure we were happy!! We will definitely use them on all of our projects!

We are a landscape company out of Northern Colorado, and we have used the rock garden for a few years now. We have been nothing but impressed at the quality of service, quality of material, etc. I encourage everyone to at least stop by the rock garden. Even if you are not in the market for landscaping your yard, the rock yard is beautiful.
