I ordered wood Christmas ornaments for our volunteers at the local Food Closet where I work. The experience from first contact to receipt of the order was wonderful! The staff was responsive and attentive, and designed the perfect ornament using our logo. The order arrived a couple weeks earlier than the projected delivery time, and the item was well packed--something that I am always concerned with when getting artisan products. I plan on using Unique Custom Products for an annual Christmas ornament for our volunteers! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Had some wooden coasters made (took a high res picture of a military coin) and used it as template. They turned out fantastic. I handed several dozen sets out as gifts at a recent military reunion. I ordered from Unique Custom Products acrylic wedding invitations. My experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I sent an email explaining what I needed someone called me back the same day told me they would send it to the person that will handle it. She called me the next day and was sooooo wonderful the entire time. Product did not take long to make and I received them in a timely fashion without any problems. The invitation was BEAUTIFUL!!! We ordered custom wood Christmas ornaments and LOVED them. They were able to work with us and make the images we had work, they were very open about communicating with us and getting us proofs. It was a tight timeline, and I was worried that (with a custom product) we wouldnt be able to have them in time to give out on Christmas Eve. When they sent a quote (which was very reasonable) they assured me they could make it in time. The ornaments arrived on Dec. 14, much earlier than expected. Very happy with both the product and the experience working with Unique Custom Products.

Unique Custom Products is a great company. I have been very impressed from the beginning stages (mock up design of a product) to the finished result. I asked UCP to create a key chain for me that would represent a historic building for its 100th anniversary. Not only did they create an amazing replica of the building, they created a work of art! The key chains are absolutely beautiful, and they did it for a very reasonable price as well. They created a custom, one-of-a-kind design with amazing attention to detail, and I would highly recommend them!

I have been using UCP since 2009. I use them for custom wooden key chains for my small boutique hotel in Tulum. The product is of superior quality (hand-made in the USA, thank goodness) and lasts years. I still use my original key-chains after 6 years of hard use by my guests. After about 5 years, the leather and wood turn into a beautiful patina. Not only is the quality of this product far superior than other companies´ products I´ve used in the past, but the whole experience is great from start to finish. From using their easy to use website, to the lovely email follow-ups from the staff (shout-out to Nikolette and Ormond) to ensure your order is made to the specs you want. This is unheard of in 2015 and other companies needs to take note. Customer service AND quality... AND value?
