Everything was great, but a red head lady with the glasses kept following me. I did not feel comfortable shopping and felt rushed. Sometimes folks like to browse and don’t always need help.

This Ulta is my favorite I’ve been to. They have tons in stock and everyone that works here is super nice. I buy a lot of skincare products but am lost with makeup. The girl with orange hair was super nice and helped me color match with no judgement.

Emily did my Eyebrows and I’m seriously OBSESSED. I can’t stop staring at them. I’ve got thick thick eyebrows and she SLAYED them.

Ive lost 2 senior stylists in 6 months. Stylist called in sick 45 minutes before my appointment, then my new appointment was cancelled and I was told she didnt work there anymore. Rudely argued with when I inquired about getting an EXPERIENCED stylist! These girls could care less how they unprofessionally represent ULTA. Get a clue, I guess they must be going under to treat a 12 year customer like this (Minnesota & Colorado). Done with ULTA!

This store a hit or miss,usually girls are friendly. I spent 200 to 300 a month on stuff they always put free sample in my bag,yesterday the girl literally threw the bag at me it was a pick,I was totally disappointed 😞 no samples when your an older customer a lot store like this Ulta,,Sephora etc.. dont like to cater to you.

I will adjust this after my next visit. Tonight visit was disappointing. I could not get help to ask about their promotion on It foundation. Staff there is a hit or miss willingness to help.

Much like the rest of the world, but seemingly intensified at Ulta, if youre a woman over 40, you cease to exist. I walked in to find my favorite concealer today and not one of the five people working there greeted, approached, or made eye contact with me. It was like I was a nuisance. A speed bump in their day. Bonus: I overheard one of the managers training an employee about how to lead with a mini, then grow the sale to full size and make sure your sell story is emotionally rich, even if its fake. Nice place ya got there.

My wife and daughter love this place! They have everything from lotions to make up and they also have a stylist there to do hair. This is a one stop shop place that I would definitely recommend even though Most of the items are for women? Lol! The prices are reasonable and they have great specials now and then. Come check it out!

Today a blonde employee whos name I feel bad for not remembering--but I do remember that she may also work at another store location (Greeley?) was BEYOND helpful!! I have never had such kind and thoughtful customer service before at any beauty store. I also work in retail and value a kind customer experience. She helped me find an item that was within my budget and I plan on continuing to buy from this location rather than ordering online now.

Prior to yesterday I have had excellent service there. Yesterday I purchased a facial/make up session in addition to some cosmetics. The printer would not print the separate bill for services. I waited, and waited. They still couldnt print the bill. I offered to pay the amount due and they could re-code it later. No. I waited. They gave me free samples. I waited. I had other things to do. Ultas solution? They took down my name and number and said they would call me when I could come in and pay for the services. Not an example of good problem solving or customer service. Also, one item I wanted was not in stock nor at the distribution center. Paid for it, they promised store to door service, well see. Please note store manager not in or available by phone according to employees.

After searching the store I couldnt find a product. A nice young staff member showed the lip treatment to me. So I could make my purchase quickly and go back my errands. I like Ulta, because they have what you need and in a bright, fun environment. And your so close to me, I will continue to shop here in the future.

Went here with my girlfriend on New Years Eve of all days. E place wasnt that busy. The store was spotless and very well organized and clean. The girl that assisted us was the most friendliest and understanding person ever. She color matched the skin and had plenty of great advise. I cant recall her name, but I believe she is either half Asian or full. Im not bring racist. Im an Asian too, so I can spot my people a Mile away. Either way, she was amazing. Thank you Ulta for taking care of my ladys needs.

Made an appointment with Bernadette in person. I told her I wanted to go Burgundy from my naturally dark hair. Came in for my appointment and after waiting for 30 minutes was told that they didnt schedule the appointment for enough time to lighten my hair and they turned me away. I also had requested a hair cut which they didnt do either. Didnt offer to let me reschedule or anything.

Bathroom was DISGUSTING! splatter on the back toilet seat &walls. Sink had grime around it...seat of toilet was imprinted ...floor had splatters...walls had splatter with the hand dryer...simply gross! Wouldnt want Anyone touching my hair or face while working there coming out of your bathroom. I equate it to the Safeway in old town bathroom that homeless people used. Uggggly makes me wonder if it has been cleaned for months?ewwwww

Got me in the day before an event I had for updo and makeup and Zack did a fantastic job on both! We had a good time picking out colors and he did a great job on the look I wanted for my hair too!!

I was there during what had to have been off hours. The store was almost empty. I spent an hour shopping in the store and not a single employee ever approached me or even looked my way until I approached the register. Additionally, several of the products I was looking for were out of stock. The rest of the store was pretty standard for an ULTA but the customer service was not typical of what I have experienced at other locations.

Very happy with my make up assistant. I have never got lip stick or used liner. She was patient teaching me and very understanding of my desire for natural but a bit of color. I was very happy with my purchase of lip liner and lip stick. Very positive experience!

I highly recommend Grace if your are in need of a brow waxing or anything brow related! She leaves me with perfect brows every time. Wouldn’t have my brows waxed anywhere else!

I guess if you were into make up this is a good place to go. Overwhelming for those who arent. Sales people seemed very friendly and willing to help.

I stopped in late Friday afternoon for a look around. I only needed primer but it IS makeup & skincare & haircare & nailcare & & &...CLEARANCE! I grabbed primer & was going thru the clearance & grabbed BB creme & a foundation. New to me products but clearance is great for trying new stuff. Mgr checked me out & he was personable & fun & so knowledgeable on products.

Huge, great location! Lots of young kids, wish they were more available right at the door and give all options instead of one.

Ever time I have ever went to this store they have been extremely rude. I continue to go back to give them another try however this was the last time unfortunately I will go back to this location. I have never been offered help or even said hello to. This last time I needed help and they were all in the front talking. When I asked for help the lady acted extremely annoyed and was very sort with me. I will continue to go to the one on Harmony, they have always been very helpful!

I love Ulta as a store. Unfortunately the store closest to me has terrible customer service. Each time I have been in the store I have not once been greeted. As I make my way around the store no one comes to ask if I need any help, which to their surprise thats the main reason I go in store... for the customer service and help! Anyways, the one time I got help I was guided to Lancome even though I did not want to purchase this brand and let the lady know I was looking for a lower priced brand. The sales lady seemed nice but very uneducated and I left even more dumbfounded by the lack of service. I have left the store countless times not purchasing. My money is better spent online or at Sephora where the customer service is phenomenal. Get you $#*! together Fort Collins Ulta!!!

Ulta is great. This location. Not so much. I’ve been here countless of times and have been approached for assistance once of all the times I’ve been here. This last time was icing on the cake. Ran in for two items on a busy day of mine. Walked in, no greeting even with an employee standing in the front messing with a display, again. No surprise. Got my items and proceeded to the register. After standing in line this employee let’s call her “Regina” (Mean Girls shout out) opened a register and began to check out my items. When it came time for me to pay the system wouldn’t accept the chip on my card. After trying three times I asked her “I can swipe it now right?” (Every and anywhere else I’ve been follows these procedures). She then says their store policies changed and if my card has a chip then the reader HAS TO accept the chip......this is bullsh*t with the fact that all Credit/Debit cards mandatorily have to have a chip. I then start getting aggravated. And still. It’s denying my chip. She then looks at my wallet open on the counter and asks in an extremely rude Bi*chy tone if I wanna use another card.....wow. You’re so right Regina, i didn’t even consider doing that after my chip being denied more than 6 times. And if I’m holding up your line then maybe you can tell another employee standing behind you to open up another register sense your other employee helping another customer is having the same issue with her customer.

Worst experience I have ever had. Shopped around for about 30 minutes without ever being approached by an employee. They have absolutely nothing stocked. We had to find four different brands of foundation before we found one that had anything other than the sample. The displays are a mess, or partially missing. And you cant ask for help because the employees are too busy gossiping in the corner. Even when approached they just continue their conversation and ignore you. It was absolutely insane. Walmart has better costumer service.

I have been trying to pick up curb side for 3 days. When I called the store the girls were rude and wouldnt help me place an order. So I went directly to the company I was trying to buy and did an order with them. Sorry but I wont be back Ulta. Rudeness in these times is unacceptable.

So I went with my girlfriend to Ulta after a nice Sunday brunch. She needed some things and we were nearby. We went in and I needed to use the restroom. I get in the men’s bathroom and notice a women’s phone in there (so a girl was previously in the men’s bathroom) not a big deal but still. I then use the restroom to find out there is no toilet paper. I call my gf and ask her to bring me some from the women’s restroom. She goes and checks and it’s out too. REALLY!!!!! How embarrassing. I then ask for a manager. The person I asked was the manager. I said 1. there was a women’s phone in the restroom she said it was hers. I gave it to her. 2. Informed them there was not toilet paper in either the men’s or women’s bathroom. She acted surprised. Soooooo here’s my conclusion. Either the manager did not practice good hygiene, or knew that it was out and didn’t care to take the responsibility to change it. Think about that when you go there. Did she even wash her hands. I was very upset (and soiled) that I told my girlfriend to drop about $130 worth of stuff and that we would take her to Sephora. Ulta in Fort Collins will not receive business from us again. Also this was the first time I had ever even been in an Ulta, good job guys!

The place to pamper yourself, and get something new. They carry all brands from head to toe for young to old.

Benefit brow bar services are amazing! The hair salon designers are well educated and talented in color work! Skin services are affordable and the treatment room is very clean and relaxing for facials and body waxing! Great product recommendations by associates and there are Clinque and Lancome counters! Great location!

Save your time people and go elsewhere! Went here with my mother who had a specific product she was looking for, however, with no help or direction from staff we walked out VERY disappointed. Encountered Atleast 6 employees who walked by us all complaining openly how tired they were, clearly we looked lost, but no one offered to assist us. I suggest finding the nearest Sephora, don’t waste your time in this store.

Wide selection of items but when they have sales they dont have stock, not really a sale then.

Everything was in the wrong place when I went to buy lashes so all of the prices were inaccurate. The staff couldn’t accommodate this. A lot of the cheaper lashes were messed up.

I have been in this Ulta. 1) do not expect any customer service. You will need to hunt down an associate. 2) They do not have the inventory that the other Fort Collins location does. 3) On all occasions, it was a huge waste of time.To to the Harmony location.

They dont carry many items and brands. Not all Ultas are created equal. Also, they give you a hard time when you return an item and if they dont carry that item you are returning, they will not take the return item.
