Im not great at makeup and went into this store for some suggestions on how to spice up my minimalist makeup style for a wedding. Sarah, one of the employees here, was incredibly kind and helpful! She showed me several different products that would work for my style, eye color and complexion and gave me a tutorial with the techniques to use to apply the products. With her help, I was able to feel more confident in my makeup application for the wedding! Also, Ive added a few of the products she recommended to my daily makeup routine to help with my overall complexion. Im greatly appreciative of her help and have always had a great experience at this particular Sephora store :) -Susan
I’ve heard so many good things about Youth of the People products. Jess helped me right away and suggested more products. When I tell you I hauled my happy butt home to try my skin products, I rushed in and I haven’t felt sooooo clean, pretty, hydrated and confident without make up. Jess helped me find everything I needed and was honest and understood what my skin needed. Literally THANK YOU.
Gabriella is a sweetheart! She had a really friendly attitude and checked up on us a couple times throughout our visit without being pushy or anything, helped me find my boyfriend when he got lost, and was super sweet and enthusiastic when she offered me the birthday present. Makeup stores can be pretty intimidating sometimes but she made me feel so welcome! Thank you Gabriella (:
Getting a face lift at the moment but when its done Im sure all the patrons who shop there will like the results.
Man they got every makeup and everything thing else, great place if your a woman 👩
Jess greeted me as soon as I walked in with a sincere eagerness to assist me. She truly listened to my needs and took her time in guiding me to the proper products.
The girls in this location are so sweet! They helped me find a perfect match for my skin (which is hard to do) THANK YOU!
The ladies were helpful on helping me choose mascara and pencil.
Love my local store, all the employees I’ve interacted with have been knowledgeable, polite, and friendly while helping me color match or recommending specific products based on my needs.
Wonderful! Maddie and Anna Lee were great! They listened to my concerns and needs and helped me make some good decisions as to the products I wanted, I couldnt be happier!
This was my first visit to a Sephora. I’m not very girly so places like this can be a little intimidating. I was looking for a specific hand cream that they didn’t carry in stock but could order. A woman named Cami was so helpful and recommended a product that was available in store, similar to what I was looking for. Most perfume triggers a migraine for me so I’m limited in what I can use. Thank you Cami for all your help! I love the hand cream you recommended! I look forward to coming back!
This store keeps using my account to buy and redeem my rewards even though I live over a thousand miles away?? Can you please stop?
I have been shopping at this Sephora for 9 years and had pretty good luck until the last 2 times. Today there were only 2 girls working the floor, and neither really knew how to help me find a moisturizing foundation that would match my very white skin. I ended up paying $60 for one that is no better than the Sephora brand I pay $25 for. Hope they get some better training for their floor staff, I could have ordered online and gotten the same service.
Awesome customer service but new covid standards were a bit annoying and overwhelming. Stood there for 45 min waiting to see swatches of lipstick.
The store is doing such a great job to keep the products/store safe and clean. Im getting married in September and wasnt planning on doing my makeup but due to COVID, I now have to. When I arrived they paired me with a specialist, Dana and she helped me to get all the products I needed (and I needed a lot!). She listened to what I was looking for and picked the perfect products for my skin type and tone. They made my day!
You cant try on the perfumes due to COVID so you need to ask someone to come and spray for you. Nice staff !
Helpful, friendly staff who always want to assist you. Clean environment. Lots of options just does carry all the luxury brands that big city Sephoras have.
Always helpful and friendly staff!Even during Covid they still meet standards for Sephora
The staff were somewhat helpful, but extremely unfriendly. They messed up what they were trying to help me with. Just really not the premiere experience I expect when I walk into Sephora. I’m more inclined to make the drive to Loveland next time.
I had such a mic experience today. Cami helped me decide which products from drunk elephant made sense with what I already have. She went out of her way to help ensure I felt good about it. Thank-you!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in and got absolutely no help, and I was one of the only people in the store at the time. I asked someone to help me and she said she’d come back but never did. New customers who were coming in got help right away while I was left walking around for 45 minutes. I couldn’t tell who was an employee and who was a customer they were all dressed the same. I walked out and went to the one inside JCPenney, so much better than this one. Cannot believe how rude the staff here is. Don’t even waste your time.
There are lots of helpful people here. Wish the store had more mens products for gifts, but other than that, I really like this location.
I always enjoy visiting this Sephora location. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I was dissatisfied with a purchase I made and I was able to return it without any problems. I’ll definitely return.
One of the salesman here talked me into an expenaive serum, and I actually love it so much. Its the Volition snow mushroom serum, and as a biochem grad I took a look into the literature and compounds in this mushroom really do have anti inflammatory effects. It also turned out to have some other high quality ingredients to return the plump hydrated look that had been drained from me. Overall had a great experience shopping here.
Came in 30 min before closing & staff was still was incredibly kind and helpful. Not pushy like most makeup store staff. Manager was also very attentive. Thanks!
My first time ever being in a Sephora and it was amazing. everyone was so sweet and Aimee was super helpful with matching me for a foundation and primer that worked best for my skin type. she walked me through the process while she was applying it; and set me up with everything I needed. only complaint is I received no samples?? but it was such great service Ill definitely be going back!
They were amazing! Helped me with my needs of finding the products I needed. They were super nice and helpful
Staff is very knowledgable especially in the skin care products. They provide samples so you can try since prices are usually high. Overall they stock quality products and are very helpful.
Walked in and I got a Hello greeting. That was it. No one came over or asked if I was looking for anything in particular or needed any help. I walked by several customer service representatives that just basically ignored me even when I made eye contact with them. Other people were waited on, after I arrived. I won’t go in there again and won’t recommend them to anyone again either. Ultra has everything I need and they actually ask if I need help.
Absolutely horrible store. Went in today and had the worst experience. Wanted to get a color match for some new foundation. Some frumpy looking guy in black comes up and puts me on the waiting list as the girls up front are busy. As I’m wandering around one of the aforementioned girls walks up and asks if I need help. When I tell her why I’m there she says..Sorry, I’ve got a client and starts to walk away. I asked her why she even bothered to ask if I needed help?? She mumbled something incoherent and walked away.I continue wandering around and end up by the back wall looking at some skin care stuff. Frumpy dude from earlier starts lurking like I’m stealing! I get that theft is probably an issue but Jesus Chris man. Good way to lose a customer. Which is exactly what Sephora did today. I’m not sure where you’re finding your customer service personnel (and I use that term loosely) but you might want to do a little more training. You’re selling cosmetics, honey, not curing cancer. You need to knock the attitude down a few notches.
We scheduled a few makeovers near the holidays for out of town family. When we found out there was a misunderstanding and we werent scheduled, the manager did an amazing job honoring the initial scheduled makeovers. We were so appreciative!!
Ladies were very attentive n sweet. Yet I was very upset that I wanted to colors from a eye makeup kit. They wer not available for me to purchase separately.
I love the selection, but I wish I felt more comfortable to browse on my own.The best part of Sephora is their selection, and as someone who does not need help with makeup, all though I love good insider tip on new brands and such the makeup artist´s can be a bit full on and territorial when all you want to do is test out products & spend money which seems like why Sephoras was created in the first place??I dont know if they are on commission but I often feel I have offended those working when I say I dont need help I am just browsing. While friendly, comments like just wanted to let you know we see you after being asked a thousand times if I am still good get weird, and make the customer uncomfortable. Where as a casual just holler if you need anything is less pressure than feeling like your being WATCHED lol, weird.I still shop here, but to be honest I would be here a TON more if this was not the case. And I never leave with out buying 1-4 products each trip. Sephoras really should make this part of their training. I have no doubt that each makeup artist there is talented and knowledgeable but there are some people who know zilch and really do want help and others whodon´t and it shouldnt feel forced or like your under a microscope .
Really nice store and sales personal were friendly and helpful.
Super helpful employees, they know exactly what theyre talking about and Ive never had any issues with the products theyve recommended for me. A little pricey but definitely worth it :)
I prefer Sephora over other stores because of the free samples! I hate purchasing a product because I can’t test it, only to return it and have it thrown out.
It is a high end makeup store, I get it. But I get so annoyed being watched like a hawk!! And being asked every two minutes of I need help. Very entitled employees too. I dont want to steal your makeup and I will ask for help if I need it. Sometimes I want to go just to be at peace, makeup is my get away and happy place.
Sephora is full of cosmetics, and the name of their game is try it. The ability to try before buying is very helpful. The staff has evolved into folks who know their products and want to teach, show, provide the customer with an excellent experience.
What’s to not like, I mean love, about Sephora?!? Well if you’re a female anyway! Men may not like the fact that their female counterpart spends so much money there! Haha...oh and it’s easy to do that. I just wish they had a bigger selection of organic and natural products. I think a lot of people are wanting the same thing, so hopefully we will see this come to fruition.
I went to your store on 2720 Council Tree Ave Suite #124 in Fort Collins Colorado 80525If I could give this store a 0 I would! I was appalled at the service there. Not once was I approached during my hour long visit. I was looked at but never welcomed or asked if I needed help. I was looking for holiday items but left with nothing because no associate asked me if I needed assistance. I noticed other customers were being helped but I was not acknowledged. I had never had a problem with a Sephora before but at this location even the cashier was rude. I work in customer service and I know that this is not how you treat customers who come to spend their money at your store. I will never be shopping there again and hopefully others do not experience what I experienced. Horrible costumer service!
When I walked in the store not one employee greeted let alone acknowledged my presence, there were 2 associates behind the counter and 1 on the floor helping another customer. I had to wander through the store to search out someone to help me, I could not find any other employees other than the 3 I already mentioned, I decided to approach the counter, one associate was talking and laughing with what appeared to be another associate just getting off work and he couldnt be bothered to take even a momentto acknowledge me, the other associate at the counter glanced up at me and immediately turned and started to walk away as I opened my mouth to speak to her, she never said a word to me either, so I waited for the 3rd associate to finish with the other customer, at this point it should have been fairly obvious I needed help as I was wandering aimlessly through the store and eventually started following the associate on the floor around trying to get her attention, she finally stopped to do something other than assist me but I was able to approach her, I asked her if she could help me, she did respond politely and with a smile but she seemed to be in a big hurry to get it over with, she rushed through everything and it made me feel like I was a bother and was wasting her time. I came into the store looking for recommendations on a long wear foundation and a good mascara......so nothing difficult or time consuming,I am not a difficult or high maintenance customer and Id like to think I am a pretty polite and respectful person, so I really dont understand why I got treated the way that I did or why such a simple inquiry/need was so difficult to get help with.I normally shop for my cosmetics at Ulta Beauty and this was my first time ever in a Sephora store, I gotta say this was a pretty awful first impression for me. I dont know if I will go back to Sephora anytime soon and it certainly wont be my first, second or even third recommendation to friends or family.Needless to say I was far from impressed with my Sephora experience and am genuinely offended by the treatment I received....or the lack thereof.
Super awesome staff! They were very attentive, and I really enjoyed my full service makeup session with Jflo!
Big store, very well stocked
Ive shopped at this Sephora three times now. Each time the service has gotten worse. The employees are very reluctant to help you and they do not approach you when you enter the store, instead you have to track them down. If you can manage to get their attention they do the bare minimum to assist you. The first two times I shopped there they had a decent amount of customers in the store, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just feeling rushed. But when I went there yesterday there was five customers (including myself and my younger sister) and at least five employees, and they STILL couldnt be bothered. My sister wanted help finding a new foundation for summer. The first woman we asked pointed to the tester station and said, You can try them over there. then walked off. The next woman we asked told her to try some BB and CC creams, then walked away. One employee actually color matched her but then told her to go try some on with a sponge and went to talk to employee #1.I have never had such terrible service at Sephora. Combine that with their smaller selection and this is a location I will never shop at again. I would strongly suggest going to any other Sephora. When you are spending this much money on makeup and skin care you should at least know its being sold to you by someone knowledgeable who cares to help you find the right product.
Customer service here is absolutely awful. I went here to try and get a makeover for a formal work function (totally willing to pay for the makeover) but got told that I need to buy $50 worth of stuff to get it “complimentary”. I had just bought $50 worth of stuff using a discount, hadn’t used my previous makeover, and had collectively bought about $700 worth of stuff within the past year and a half; which was not good enough. On top of that, the manager was rude and I ended up doing my own makeup (which was fine). On other occasions they have completely ignored me, greeting everyone else and asking if they needed help. Entirely unsatisfied with how this store is run and have stopped shopping Sephora altogether. Team Ulta for life now
Theres a wide variety of brands and product lines, but the staff could be more educated. Since Carlos left, I dont think I have the help I need when trying to buy skincare products.
Great customer service !
Unhelpful, very snotty staff. Ive been followed around the store, not in a helpful way, but like I was about to steal way. Everything was disorganized, chaotic and kinda unclean. I understand customers are the ones leaving behind trash, but its unexcusable. Broken makeup or empty shelves in multiple areas. This was mid May, August, and september; with no new promotions or holidays. Cant imagine the holiday season. Now I just go to Ulta!!
Daughter loves this place and spends hundreds of dollars a year here.
I hate the rude attitudes and inattentiveness of almost every employee in this store. They like to share their knowledge, if they are getting your commission. In the 2 years I have been going to this location, I have never been acknowledged before the register - I make it to the back of the store before I get even a hello.I only go into this store to color match if I want to try a new foundation, other than that, I reorder online or check out other stores when Im away!
Never had a bad experience in this store. They have awesome customer service, are not pushy at all, are happy to give samples, great with returns, and are very knowledgeable about their products. This store is my happy place :)
Kelsey was so helpful, and I love the ability to take home free samples to try before you buy!
Didnt have a problems. My girlfriend even got a birthday present. Staff, as for me, was pleasant.
No one asked if I needed help as I walked around the entire store. No one even made eye contact for me to initiate a conversation.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and it’s every time I go in this store. I went in one time out of at least 15-20 in the past year and every single time, except once, no one helps you, they rarely greet you, and if someone does talk to you they hand you off to the next and then the next person. Went in for a quick powder color match, there were 6 associates walking around looking dazed and the girl who greeted me handed me off to someone who then handed me off to another person that I stood there and waited 5 minutes for. I got tired of waiting as there were several who weren’t with a customer and did my best to do my own color match. If it weren’t for Ulta not having what I needed, I wouldn’t even go in this store. I’ve never consistently been as unimpressed and had such terrible customer service as I have at this location and store. Very disappointing.
Im already very insecure.... I was scared to go in because of how many bad reviews Ive seen. Cant knock it tell you try it right? Eventually i needed help picking out a shade for foundation. When i asked the employe for help she turned to her co worker and they started laughing at me....needless to say she didnt help me. I will just go back to buying it online and taking my chances on the shade. : (
Amazing staff and spectacular service!
Very expensive
The store manager is very rude. Sephora has all the beauty care products I need, but I will shop online or at another location to avoid this person.
Some of the worst shopping and customer service experiences Ive had - hands down. My last three visits have been so disappointing, so much so I even reached out to their corporate customer service -- and got zero response. Grumpy/snobby employees-if they even acknowledge you. My last visit was to pick up a few items, get my complimentary birthday item (which I was silly-ly looking forward to getting) and use some of my points...unfortunately the cashier put the wrong gift selection in the bag and I didnt notice until after my 45 min drive home. A relatively minor thing in the grand scheme of things-but so frustrating to have yet another thing go wrong with them. Ill stick to Ulta, or if I have to go with Sephora, online only.
Used to be my favorite store in Texas, now I move here and this store is terrible! Employees are clueless and rude. Not to mention foundation shades are always sold out. Sephora is about to lose a ton of business to Ulta...
The people who work here are beyond rude. I am a rouge memeber and a frequent shopper, every time I come in I get someone who is rude. If I didnt like the makeup I would never come here. I love the other Sephoras and will shop there in the future instead. They were also not knowledgeable about lash extensions and what type of makeup to use. My doctor went in there and while leaving the security alarm went off and was told its okay you have a Tory Burch purse. Several people I know complain about this location and the people who work there. Work on your customer service!
I cant believe how bright my teeth are!! I went to see Kathryn Radtke on Wednesday to have my teeth whitened, I honestly never thought my teeth could look so good. I was in the chair listening to music while they put this thing on my mouth that looked like something from a sci-fi movie... When they took it off, I rinsed my mouth out and was blown away how my coffee stains had just vanished. I tried to do something like this elsewhere once but it didnt do anything. I am going to my sisters wedding next week and I am so happy that my teeth will look as good as my dress!!
The staff here is so belittling and rude compared to other Sephoras. Im a VIB and I spend thousands of dollars and they dont even value me as a customer. They dont even ask me if I need help, all they do is stand around and gossip. When you ask for a sample they give you literally the smallest amount, at other Sephroas they fill up the whole sample container. They are unknowledgeable and they act stuck up.Very unpleasant experiences here.
Employees could be more helpful.
I went in there and not one employee acknowledged me. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. I was so disappointed I went to the park meadows store and it was fabulous. I couldnt wait to come here right by my house to get some more items. Never again!!! Horrible employees at this store.
My wife loves this place
BAD EXPERIENCE: Its really sad to see some businesses, like Sephora, still practice racism. Im not white. I walked into this store and was looking for someone to help me. An employee, old blonde female, was coming my way. When she saw me standing and waiting for assistance, she turned around and went other way. She did that after she noticed I was not white and blonde. AVOID RACISM, DO NOT SHOP AT SEPHORA
I want there for best bb cream for me !! I got one shade i just ask about match bb cream on my face but there is one lady with a lot of brush she just apply Bb on my face and didnt tell me anything she just turn away!!! So rude :(
Love the people....Love the store!
Ladies did a great job of finding me the eye liner of my dreams. Its amazing. Its going to save me 15-20 minutes a day. Absolutely KILLER!Foundation? I am never ever happy with it. Ive spent hundreds at Sephora trying to get the right one. Ive tried Make-up forever, Nars, Bare Minerals, Dior, and (non-sephora) Mac, you name it! I used Lancome in the past and loved it, but somehow totally forgot they existed. The make-up artist/saleswoman helped me extensively by pointing out this amazing foundation by Lancome that is so silky with my skin. This location is worth a vist!
Since i didnt have any money or because im only 13 they just ignored me for some reson at first i thought it was because they couldnt see me thats ok but the second time when i was checking out the price of this totaly cute lipgloss (24$ wtf) no one came to help me even tho when this lady came over to help a woman with a dog another one came by and just ignored me!
Friendly staff and very helpful
STEPHANIE IS THE BEST ☺️
Good selection of products
The customer service was horrible. Went in to return an item and had to wait in line for 5 minutes before someone came to the register. then I wasnt able to return my product because I bought it at the Jcpenny sephora.
Whoa, I may not be a model but I sure got judged in this location.
Worst customer service ever, at least act like your interested in helping a customer, girls are rude and make you feel very unwelcome
Great location!
They are really rude, Really disappointed
Too expensive!!!!
Love my Sephora girls!
