Matt in the parts department is the best. He ensured I was getting the parts I needed even though they were very busy. He said he’d try to call me back either today or tomorrow and called me back before closing to verify my order was correct. Then when I picked up the parts depart staff were patient with me, answered my questions and offered as much information as possible. Forget the stereotype of some parts guy typing into a computer, these people know their Fords!

Kristof and the Service department were amazing! We were traveling from Kansas to western Wyoming for vacation when our truck got the death wobble on I-70. We were calling all over NE Colorado and southern Wyoming trying to find someone to repair the problem. Kristof got us in and fixed up within the hour. I can’t thank him and the rest of the service team enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Unprofessional, worst employees I have ever come across and all in all the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would be embarrassed to be the owner and have some of those employees working for me.
