I would highly not recommend, its been a constant fight with them on everything with my car. They refused to look into the issues i stated, vehicle had a shift to park light after the accident and they refused to look into the problem . Did the bare minimum to get paid from insurance its amazing such a sketchy place is in business.

The repair took over a month, which would have been fine if the receptionists were better at relaying the messages. Between two different receptionists, I was told two different stories. First lady said it would be looked at within two days, the second lady said not for a couple weeks. Upon discussing my concern of the two different messages, the receptionist snapped at me and became incredibly rude. It was frustrating as a customer who was just trying to plan rides to work and to get an honest, realistic answer. They also need to invest in electronic signatures and paperwork, as when you dont have a car its hard to go fill things out. And then besides from the rudeness, there was several mix ups from ordering or sending of wrong parts from the dealership. Whether it was their fault for mixing up the order or really the fault of the dealership for sending the wrong parts, it delayed everything so much and they just failed to keep me in the loop. By then, I didnt have much faith in them and just felt like they were making up time delay excuses. Im hoping they werent. I constantly had to check in. I feel like if I didnt, the car would have been there for way past a month.Frankie was good about texting in the beginning.Ive had my car fixed there before too, and they usually vacuum the inside of your car as just a nice gesture. They didnt do it this time.So ultimately, there was just a bunch of frustrations with little focus on customer service or satisfaction. Probably because they knew they were getting paid by the insurance company. Not sure I would recommend.

Obviously those two low reviews are outliers and way off the mark. I couldnt have been happier with Blue Ribbons service. They were prompt with the estimate, scheduling and work completion and did an excellent job on the repair. I highly recommend them!

Blue Ribbon caught more damage than the insurance adjuster and automatically advocated for full repairs. They dealt with an out of stater in very good faith.

I recently had my car worked on there. My girlfriend had her car repaired at the Loveland Blue Ribbon and had issues (made her wait a month til Jan 5, pushed her back a month to Jan 30, then tried to push her back two more months to March and she said no, but when she brought it on the date that the receptionist had given her when she said she would not wait til March when she got hit in November, they had not given her the Jan 30 date and had her for March. They took her car, complained it wasnt how they wanted it until we pointed out we did not get a call since they moved our appointment without permission, then did not give an estimate until her own father had to intervene with management). Even with these issues, when they had gotten to her car, they had done good work, just handling the middle management was sometimes frustrating. Luckily, the main manager stepped in and helped us out. When I got hit by an older lady making an illegal turn, we saw that this location was open, and figured that since they had good service the last time and this would be a different management team, we would try them again. We were wrong. They got my car in within a week, which was great. However, it took about another week to get an estimate and then another to get parts. They continued to push back my pickup date, which was taxing since my girlfriend and I do not live together and have very different schedules. At one point they did offer to pay for a rental for one day due to the delays since we were supposed to head to Denver, but we ended up declining because we were already needing to leave at that point and, not being 25, we didnt want to deal with the liability hoops. When I got my car back, they showed me the work done, and the work they did do was great. The problem was that they hadnt listened to what I had asked originally - the under carriage was also broken in the accident, and the crack had spread to the left side by the time I brought it in. They argued that I hadnt mentioned it, which I had and my girlfriend confirmed, but they talked over me and kept saying I hadnt or theyd have written it down. They did take pictures, although not great pictures, after I asked, and it appears their jacks put a dent in my undercarriage. They submitted it to the insurance after I asked, but released my car to me in the meantime and I never heard back. They had also told me before taking the photos multiple times why they felt insurance wouldnt cover it, which was not their business to decide, especially since they were not at the accident.I havent heard back for several weeks, so I submitted my own photos and reported my issues to the insurance. The insurance took note for future clients and is sending me money to repair the rest of the damage elsewhere. Also, to top it off, while it was in their parking lot, my gas cap went missing. I asked them about it and they said they had never been back there and had nothing to do with it. However, dropped off with OEM gas cap I had bought myself, left without any gas cap at all. Im guessing they may have forgotten to lock the car at some point (which locks the gas chamber as well) and it was stolen, or it fell in their shop and is somewhere in there, but they refused to acknowledge, let alone look for, the missing gas cap. So add another $50 expense on top of the hassle. If you use their services, make a physical list of everything you want looked at, and follow up frequently. They do good work, but their management and communication at both stores is lacking.

No body visit to a body shop is cheap, but the prices for parts and labor were reasonable, the service was friendly with all staff encountered, and the work was completed ahead of quoted timeframe.
