I took two 2020 Nissan GT-Rs to Justin and his team to get full bolt ons and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Justin is very professional and knowledgeable about the platform and products and is a ton of help with any questions you have. We will definitely be back in the future for more upgrades! Was definitely worth the drive from Centennial!

I had my thermostat housing replaced here and it had a two year warranty barely a year goes by and it’s leaking again so I call and make an appointment which was almost 3 weeks out so I took it to another shop to see what we could do and they put coolant sealant in it to hold me off til they could do the repair. I even told the front desk lady I put sealant in it and it wasn’t leaking right now and she never mentioned anything about the warranty not being covered because it wasn’t leaking. They call me with another issue then recommend replacing the thermostat housing with it. You could obviously see where the thermostat housing had sealant on it where it was leaking. I paid almost 700$ for that job to be done incorrectly and then when I pick my car up the person who was working on my car didn’t even put my radiator cap back on. I guess I’m supposed to drive a over heating car for 3 weeks waiting to get in for an appointment so they will actually cover the warranty. Definitely would go find a shop who stands behind the work they do.

Had been a customer since 2010. Had them build my engine when it was time. The engine leaked oil in both heads and at the valve covers at 3,000 miles. Told it would be covered under warranty, was still charged for parts replaced by the damage. Took them months to get the car running, asked me to have other shops diagnose their work. Owner is unprofessional. Too busy trying to half run a dealership and half run a shop. Do yourself a favor and find someone who knows their speciality and focuses on it. Lost my family’s business after 11 years. If you need a dealer find a reliable one. If you need a shop, find a better one. Don’t trust their word.

Auto trends is the only shop I will ever take my GTR too, backs up his good work and very knowledgable about everything. I drive an hour to him and an hour back for his service. Cant thank him enough

These guys do ya right. They are cheaper than most, they do it right the first time, they have way better customer service than any other mechanic out there all while caring. At $108.50 an hour for labor and a lower parts mark up than most these guys are heros. The value behind their work is legit the best. These guys should be everyones trusted mechanic. Chris is knowledgeable about service, and their tech Travis is by far the best mechanic I have ever had work on my jeep. They dont lie to you, and do the work in a reasonable time frame.

Looking for turbo to down pipe studs on the internet trying to get them expedited was a nightmare. I had a guy refer me to this shop after he spoke with owner and immediately got a response that he had some in the shop. Went to the shop today and unfortunately the owner wasn’t there but Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out and got me the part I needed and even talked time through the process of helping me with issue I was having removing and installing.The good words I have heard about this shop are absolute. If you have any needs for high performance vehicles or any vehicles. This shop is one to go to! Very professional and very helpful. I will be using this shop for all my needs and wants for my GTR. They dyno tuned my car. I wasn’t completely satisfied with how it when at first so they brought me back down and helped me out until I was satisfied. Great customer service and a great bunch of guys.

Oh my gosh I cannot rave enough about this place! Thank you Chris and Justin for taking care of my car! I had my car detailed inside and out. I have a classic mom car and had silly putty stuck to the floors, food in the crevices, and stickiness here and there. They absolutely made my car shiny, smell amazing, and cleaned EVERY crack and crevice in my car. They even got the silly putty out! I feel like Im driving a brand new car. Cannot thank you enough!

The crew at Auto Trends, and specifically Justin are the absolute best of the best. They went out of their way to help me out with a problem that needed to be solved ASAP. Had a check engine light on and some wiring that came ripped out by my driveshaft, and they stopped everything they were doing to do such a small job for me; on top of that, they replaced the battery in my key fob without asking me, or charging me since they noticed that it was low. I will refer everyone I know to their shop. Any job, big or small. A good, honest and hard working shop that doesnt take advantage of their customers is hard to find now-a-days and I finally found one. Best shop I have ever worked with! I have taken my vehicles to Auto Trends numerous times and have always had a great experience! The people are friendly, helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Their work is top notch and they have always fixed my vehicles right the first time, never requiring a return trip like other shops I have dealt with in the past. Prices are extraordinarily reasonable, and they have never called me back with additional charges over what they quoted (a common problem with other shops). They are very thorough and always tell me about all identified issues, then tell me which issues I can monitor and wait on the repairs, and which issues are critical, so theres no padding of the bill. Justins integrity and customer service are second to none and I really appreciate the fact that I can *truly* trust my auto technicians. My kids have also had their cars repaired at Auto Trends and they have had equally fantastic experiences. Excellent shop!

Was visiting family and my truck began acting weird. Took it to this place and they were able to fix it in nothing flat. I met the owner while there, super nice guy. I can see he loves what he does. Im not sure why he has all those 1star reviews... He went above and beyond when it came to fixing my truck so I could make it back home safely.

I have been taking my car to Auto Trends for a couple of years now. Justin and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and great about letting me know what work needs to be done and what can wait so I can budget for it. I was referred to them by a family friend and couldnt be happier with their service. I trust them completely. There have been a few times where a member of their team has driven me to work after dropping off my car, which was very helpful. When I needed an emergency repair and didnt feel safe driving my car to the shop they came and picked my car up for me. They really go above and beyond and I have nothing but good things to say. I hear they have great rental prices too if you need a car to drive while yours is being serviced. Ive been to other places but I just dont get the same quality work and customer service elsewhere. Auto Trends is the best in Fort Collins by far.

I went to them for a full interior detail and they did an amazing job. I had Chinese food stained to my backseat that even with my best efforts would not come out. My car now looks brand new!

To start with, my vehicle is modified. This poses problems for a lot of shops, and even dealerships. Normally this isnt a problem for me because I try to do a lot of the work myself but ever since moving to Fort Collins for school, I am not in any position to try and bench press a transmission into place in my apartment parking lot.Anyways, I came to Auto Trends on recommendation from a couple friends for a second opinion on an a spooling issue my WRX was having. From talking to Nick on Monday to dropping the car off Thursday morning and picking it up cleaner than when I dropped it off Thursday afternoon, the experience was very positive. I am very appreciative of when an owner is involved in his business and recieving periodic updates about my cars status from Justin, the owner, was much appreciated. On top of that, the price on the labor was very reasonable, especially compared to the shop that did my initial inspection on this issue.I have no problem recommending Auto Trends and I know I definitely will be back.

I am writing this review about three years after I took my car to auto trends. I was leaving for a road trip and had my timing belt and water pump changed before leaving. I have an Audi with the 1.8t engine which is notorious for the factory water pump failing, as they were originally made of plastic. I specifically asked to have the new metal style water pump installed. Everything was OK, I thought at the time. Now three years and about 30k miles (about half the usual mileage before replacement) later, my water pump failed while driving. I hade more time and decided to do the repair myself, as I usually do.Upon removing the water pump I could see right away the impeller wheel was made of plastic, and most of the parts are scattered throughout my cooling system. Additionally, the bearing failed and sent ball bearings into the cooling system.I had heard nothing but good things about this shop, which is why I went there when I was short on time. I am confident if they had obeyed my request for a metal water pump I would not be in this situation, which has caused significant damage to my vehicle. Proceed with caution, and think about going somewhere else for major service.Update: The owner of the shop, Justin, reached out to me after seeing this review. He explained why they put the part in they did, apologized for not doing so in the first place, acknowledged that the part should not have failed, and offered to refund the cost of the part. I appreciated his candor and effort to help rectify the situation. This is definitely going above and beyond to make things better instead of just brushing me off. I have updated my stars from one to three.

Justins been my sole mechanic for a few years now, and his shop always does a great job. Friendly, professional, and very competent - whats not to love? Auto Trends is the only shop allowed to lay their hands on my Corvette. Pretty excited to try out their new detail shop as well.

I have taken other cars to these guys in the past and they have been wonderful. This time unfortunately the front desk lady made my experience terrible. Left my car for a week without a call or update despite 3 calls without a callback, and when I finally did get her on the phone she told me they were busy and would call back. 2 more days go by and get her on the phone again and she hangs up on me. I would love to say she was just swamped, but when I finally just went in to talk to them, she was just sitting there trying to get rid of noisy Popup SPAM on her computer from too much internet surfing. Pretty Pathetic. Big John was super helpful and kind when I finally talked to him. You need to get rid of your front desk girl and get someone that can actually help your business during busy times. I will come back to you, but if I see her sitting there doing her nails again, Ill walk out!
