My 2013 Charger R/T was broadsided a few months ago by an inexperienced teen driver.Justin and his team at Markley Motors Collision Center did an outstanding job doing the repair work. There were some minor issues getting the right parts that I can only attribute to shipping delays caused by covid-19, none of it was due to anything the Collision Center did.The car looked great when it was finished, including all the aftermarket upgrades I had installed myself that needed to be replaced.
Awesome Folks! I inherited Grandmas car that she originally purchased there in 1983. Still runnin like a Champ. Had problems with a power window. Took car of it. NO CHARGE. Loyalty!
Worked with Justin and had a great experience! They did a wonderful job repairing my CR-V after it was vandalized and even detailed the interior and freshly washed it upon arrival. Very happy with the service and communication.
I took my car in for front end autobody repair from a wreck. They were able to take it in quickly and worked very fluidly with my insurance company. Justin was happy to take on the amount of work that needed to be done and even replaced my windshield upon request. It took about 4 days longer than expected to be finished but, my car looks brand new.
Everyone in the shop was welcoming, kind, and professional in dealing with the estimate for repair work I needed. Would recommend!
Great quick work.
Quick, efficient estimate. Staff was helpful and kind. Wait area clean and sanitized.
Best experience ever. They kept me updated throughout the process. They pointed out and fixed something not related to the insurance claim. I live out of town and would never go anywhere else.
Try to avoid their Collision Center if you can. This is regarding a hail damage repair. The repair took total of 5.5 weeks, and no they dont cover car rental (maybe this is normal, I just want to point it out to anyone who expect/assume they do). The below is what happened throughout those weeks:Day 1 - made an appointment to drop off my car in a couple days, and I was told that it would take 3 days for the car to be fixed by both the receptionist and the person in charge of the car repair.Day after dropping off the car - got a call from the Collision Center, saying that they quoted for $4000 more on top of the original insurance company quote. and they have to wait for the insurance company to show up and approve the expense. With that said, it would take a couple more days, so instead of 3 days, it might be a week.2 days later - the insurance company showed up and approved the extra cost. after being noticed by the insurance company, I called the Collision Center, and they told me it would take, instead of a week (or rather 5 more days by that time), it would take 2 more weeks. I decided to wait patiently and I simply am not sure what else I could do.2 more weeks later - I called the shop asking about the status, they said they would need another 2 more weeks, because they cracked some paint while doing the painless repair, so theyd have to send the car to the paint shop.Towards the end of the 2nd 2 more weeks - I called every day asking about the status, I was firstly told I could pick up the car on a Wednesday, and later told the car wouldnt be ready until Friday, the Friday before Memorial Day.On the day of car pick-up - Car is seemingly fixed, with some dirty finger prints and scratches on the interior. Upon reviewing the papers, I asked some questions regarding some detailed items on the papers, they couldnt explain what most of the charges were. It took the manager a while to figure out some obvious row items on the paper. One of the items, though now I am thinking back, is very questionable, it was regarding a rear glass, which I know for a fact was not broken due to the hail damage, but was clearly listed as being replaced. When I asked, i was told that the glass was broken by mistake while they were trying to fix something else. it doesnt make sense for the insurance company to pay for the shops mistake, is it? Also, nobody has apologized at all for the inconvenience it brought me.Anyways, I have never ever filed hail damage before, and I dont know anyone who have, so no experience whatsoever. I definitely felt wronged and would recommend anyone to avoid this place if they can.
Brought my car in to have the wiper motor repaired. Was told by Cody it would be done in a day. Come back at 8am the next day to pick up my car, find out the part they ordered for it would take a week to arrive, and when I expressed my frustration that I was not told this and I wasted my time coming all the way down to the office to pick up my car only for it to not be ready and that I might be late for class because of this they told me that I could leave and take my business elsewhere. Unbelievably rude and I will never be back, nor would I recommend anyone else to come here.
I have been extremely pleased with the body work that Markley Motors Collision Center has done for me over the past 15+ years. Trustworthy and reliable. Excellent work on all repairs!
Hail damage – GONE!Other cosmetic blemishes – GONE!Thank you, Markley Collision Center, for the love you gave my truck – IT’S BEAUTIFUL!
Honestly I wouldnt even give these guys one star. I have had nothing but problems from day one and my car was on the shop close to a month. First they told me it would take a week to get it fixed, then they told me it would take till january 8th. They couldnt give me loaner because there was none there and nobody would help me with getting a car. I kept telling them my life doesnt stop I need a car to take my son to school and to get to work and that Im a single mother who drives between 3 different cities. Finally I had a guy named Noah say he would speak to his manager about renting a car and that he would call me back tomorrow. So I called back the next day and asked for Noah and I was i told he went on vacation without letting me know, so I asked for the other person in charge of my car and his name was justin. Justin was not informed of what Noah was suppose to be doing for me. Overall Justin is the only guy in there with great customer service, but honestly I would not recommend this place one bit. They are rude, worse customer service and send you on the biggest rollercoaster ever.
I brought my 2017 civic in for repairs sustained in an accident. Although the repairs have been completed my vehicle was damaged by a hail storm when it was in their care. They never mentioned the damage to me when I picked the car up, and when I returned to tell them they proceeded to tell me to call my insurance and open a claim. They have done nothing helpful and I now have a 5 month old car that I left in the care of what I thought was a responsible body shop, boy was I wrong. I strongly sugest using another repair facility.
Im typically not the person to write Google reviews, however the service with this autobody shop was something to write about...walking into markley for the first time should have been a red flag to turn around and find somewhere else. Its dirty and unorganized and extremely unprofessional. When I first arrived a lady was upset because she had been told 2 or 3 times to pick up her car at a different location, they kept telling her different places to pick up her car and none really seemed to know where it was. The customer was enraged. I brushed it off thinking it could have just been a bad day etc. I had no idea that is the standard of service you get from this facility. I was finally greeted by the guy who was to inspect my car (15 min late). I was backed into and the bumper was dropped. I had to tape it in order to drive it up there. He came out for about 5 minutes to look at my car. Didnt remove the tape or anything. I was originally estimated my car being fixed around 1200, and it would take less than a week to get done. This is important because the guy who hit my car was paying for it in cash so I had to give him an actual estimate so he can get his funds together. I was told before the appointment I would be able to get a rental car while mine was being worked on. I go back to the front desk and was told We dont have one, sorry and that was it. For about a week I had my boyfriend and little brother drive me to work in Denver. I was told it would only be for a few days. So I sucked it up.Another fun convenience option designed by markley is they NEVER call you to update about how your car is doing. I guess they dont want to bother their customers by keeping them updated so, instead, you get the opportunity to call THEM to get an update. And thats if your lucky. Usually you are met with the receptionist and when asked for an update she doesnt know. So you ask for someone who does know and are told you would get a call back. There is a 50/50 chance you will get a callback. The guy who hit me called markley motors and paid in full for 1200. We were not informed of this and when we called they said they werent sure if he paid or not. We ended up having to send the receipt to them to show payment. After having my car there for a week my boyfriend and I walked in to see what was going on. This is where we were told the estimate went from 1200 to 2600, and that they have the car taken apart but nothing had been done yet. So the price for the estimate more than doubled. Would have been nice to know...My boyfriend made a big enough stink where we finally got a rental vehicle. They apologized profusely to my boyfriend and just giving excuses as to why its taken so long and why I never got a rental car. While we were talking with the rep, a phonecall came through and he said this is one Ive been avoiding for a few days, sorry guys I need to take it.So at least we werent the only ones being ignored and brushed off, but thats not a good thing and certainly not how a business should operate. Here we are well over a month later. Im still in Markley Motors rental minivan and my car is STILL being worked on. It was paid IN FULL, the full 2600 in CASH and its still not done.I have never been so dissatisfied with service before.I will repair my car myself before I ever consider bringing it to Markley Motors again.
Thanks to you, car looks loved and cared for again. Thanks for coming up with a great solution for my problem.
I got body work done here a couple years ago. They had my car for two and a half weeks when they were originally supposed to have it for 3 days. They neglected to fix my headlight which should have been replaced. They also had me sign over power of attorney to them when I picked up my car.
Not recommended. Arranged for my car to be worked on 1 1/2 months ahead of time so it could be finished up while on vacation. Had to call THEM to get the status only to find out they didn’t even start the repair. Had the car 11 days..!!! Big inconvenience.
Ive been taking my two Hondas to Markley for years. Unfortunately an accident occurred last night and now I need my Odyssey fixed. I called Markley Auto Body based on the recommendation from my adjuster, and the lady told me the next available appointment to get an estimate was 12/18 and today is 11/26. Ive seen other estimates take less than 15 minutes, clearly they dont want the business, truly disappointed, I may look to get my other services done on both Hondas elsewhere now based on their lack of availability.
Worst autoshop I have beenTook over a month just fixing one of my car door and a fender.
Terrible work and service
Cody is amazing
