I went to Fort Collins Motorsports to browse their inventory looking for my first motorcycle. They have a lot of great options, new and used, and I had the opportunity to work with Robert who was absolutely fantastic. I gave him a brief description of the type of riding I was looking to do and he showed me several options. Long story short, after discussing some different options, I ended up taking home the first bike he pointed me to, Royal Enfield Himalayan. He was knowledgable about the brand, features, and specs of the bike. Anything he didnt know he took me right over to the service department, accessories, or sales to get the right answer. The purchase process was straightforward and went smoothly. All in all I had a great experience at Fort Collins Motorsports, and have enjoyed my new bike on and off road so far.

Mostly perfect experience here. The sales staff was pretty honest and upfront with me about all aspects of my purchase. Negotiations were legitimate and in the end paid exactly what we agreed upon. Overall I absolutely love my new bike and will continue to do business with these guys in the future!Only complaints (minor complaints): after my purchase was completed it took them a long time to prep the bike to ride home. Thankfully I had the piece of mind that my purchase was ready to do some spirited riding though. Bike fuel was on empty at the time of “delivery” and was happy to make it to the nearest gas station. Overall not terrible things to complain about though. Would highly recommend to them that they start fully fueling bikes as it’s just good business.

Ellis knocked it out of the park. He was extremely communicative and responsive to requests while managing to streamline the buying process to minimal time. I showed up just moments after opening, and before I could even sit down they had all papers and documents in working order, as well as a fully prepped bike. After working with him and the team, there isnt anywhere else I would buy from. Ask for Ellis and youre getting the best of the best.

We had an amazing experience the day we went in. We were shopping for a 4 seats side by side. We browsed outside before heading in, we were first greeted by a guy that was cleaning up one outside. Then we walked In and were greeted again. We had found the sales man my husband had talked to on the phone. It was a very no pressure sale. Every one was amazing and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

I ordered tracks for my 4 wheeler. They showed up damaged and with the mounting bracket missing. Ryan got on fast and had new brackets and the damaged one fixed in less than a week. I am super happy wit the customer service provided by Fort Collins Motorsports

Called and talked to Tom about a used CRF230. I drove an hour north to see the bike. Tom was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the Honda and also a Suzuki that had caught my eye. I ended up with the Suzuki, only because I felt more comfortable on it than I did with the Honda.I got there near closing time, but Tom and the rest of the staff was nice enough to help me with paperwork, loading the bike, and strapping the bike down onto a bike carrier. I didnt get out of there until after 7PM on a Friday, and these guys made sure I was taken care of before I left. Great group of people!Ill gladly drive an hour for great customer service and no pressure sales any time! I will defiantly be back once I am comfortable enough to upgrade from the Suzuki.

The staff here is awesome. Went in to look at a used bike and trade in my motorcycle. They gave me a very fair offer for my bike and a great deal on the bike I wanted. After negotiating we applied for financing. Unfortunately I needed a co-signer but after get my co-signer they made the deal happen very quick. They even started a little late for me to be able to make it to finish the deal. River was my salesman and he was amazing even when I called him a million times to see what was going on with finance. He took great care of us and we will definitely be back next time we are in the market.

Sold my slingshot to these guys and they were amazing. Very fair pricing and didn’t try to haggle or negotiate the price down further after inspection. Picked up my new Tracer 9 GT last week. Becca and Tyler were wonderful to deal with. My deal was basically done earlier in the year when I put a deposit down. Took a few months for my bike to arrive, but when it finally did, they let me know right away. It was put together and ready for me to ride home the next day.When I arrived at the dealer with my trade in, my new bike was ready to roll, with the exception of an empty tank. For some reason that I cant remember, they dont fill up your tank if your bike uses premium. Minor inconvenience that was remedied by Tyler. Aaron over in finance had everything ready to go. I was in and out in less than an hour. Easy deal, nice folks. It was a pleasure doing business there.

I brought in a 1982 Yamaha Virago 750cc. No other place would touch it. Travis made sure it was running perfect, really satisfied with their work.

Id made a single inquiry about a Yamaha T700 and putting a deposit down. Literally 3 days later Robert called me....he had one for sale and I was his first call. I worked with Robert to buy a Royal Enfield Himalayan. This is a great place to buy a bike due to selection, knowledgeable staff and excellent service. Robert is a great guy to work with.They went above and beyond to solve an issue that required them to deliver my new bike to my house which was greatly appreciated. Himalayan is a fun and capable bike and the staff at the dealership are great.

About a week ago I called about a used bike and the accessories that it came with. A week goes by and I get cold called by the salesman asking what I willing to pay. I tell him my highest price I am willing to pay and later after talking to upper management he contacts me with a price $200 over my max.I tell him i will be in the following day to check out the bike at 4pm. I show up at 5pm(cash in hand) and the bike sold at 3pm. ( I later find out that the services/ inspection had not been done even though the bike had been on the floor for a few weeks). I feel mistreated and would not trust these guys with my dead grandmother. Dont spend your money here!

Service team tells you whatever they think might make you happy with no intention of following through with their word. Have no concept of time. Fort Collins Motorsports just wants your money, they dont care if you are a satisfied customer. They know theyll find a dollar with someone else if it isnt from you. Pretty disappointing experience overall. Look at all these reviews, theyre only interested in making a sale.

JT is the man!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and actually fun to do business with. I ordered a 2022 Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail from him, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Walked me through the whole ordering process, called me with updates about ship dates etc etc. When I showed up with my trailer one of the tail light covers was busted and he even got some red tape to fix it up so Johnny Law didn’t mess with me on the way home. Great with follow questions after I left the shop with the bike, didn’t dump me like a one night stand after leaving, still on top of providing amazing help even after the paperwork is signed. If I was independently wealthy enough to buy multiple new bikes from JT I would go to no one else in Northern Colorado. Keep up the solid work JT!!

Jim is great. My fiance and I havent ridden an ATV in YEARS. I literally dont know how to turn it on or put it in drive. I told him that as soon as he came out to help us. Jim didnt make us feel stupid with our questions that were probably very basic knowledge to someone who is more experienced. He walked us through the differences of each machine, how many CCs he thought we needed, and the rough price on accessories we were interested in. Once we went inside, he was super chill and helpful and he didnt act like your typical salesman. My journey began way back in May when I decided to pre-order the new Tenere 700. As luck would have it, only a week later Yamaha opened up a special ordering process for those of us that had submitted the pre-order. I was nothing short of excited as Yamaha mentioned a possible delivery as soon as June.JT, my sales rep, was not only patient but understanding as I tried to stop myself from texting him for updates no more than once a week. This emotional roller coaster lasted for more than two months. The entire time JT, and the parts guy Ryan, were just the best.I finally took delivery yesterday, the 5th of August, and am not only pleased with the machine but with the entire experience Ive had at Fort Collins Motorsports. Truly, one of the best motorcycle dealers Ive had the pleasure to deal with.

First I want to say that we have been into this dealership more than once and they are always friendly, even when we went in about a year ago and told them we werent ready to buy yet, they still talked to us and helped us out. Today we were ready to buy and we got to work with Matt. He was awesome. Fun to work with and talk to, honest and willing to work with us and be flexible. The finance manager was very nice, super funny, honest and straightforward, and just really easy to work with. We will be buying a second 4wheeler in the next 6-12 months and we will be back! We bought my wifes first bike here, an XT250. Ive been back a few times for gear and service, and just recently told my two friends who just got their license to check it out. They went and looked at an MT-03. Over the past four years Ive been going, this place has remained consistently low pressure, very helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help you. An employee helped replace a jacket that the zipper broke after a few weeks. He was on the phone with the manufacturer for days and finally got us a new one which was awesome. Another helped me pick out a new helmet and was patient and walked me through the process. I had them change the oil on my Honda and it was quick and affordable. My two friends said they were very helpful and no pressure. Employees will shoot the breeze with you about bikes and are very informative. Other dealers give you the feeling that if you arent immediately buying, then they dont give you the time of day and theyll act uninterested if they dont see a sale coming. This place reminds me of old motorcycle shops where dudes go to just hang out and be surrounded by their favorite hobby. Theyre goal is to get you into their hobby too. Highly recommended. Check this place out if you need gear, service, or a new bike.

Called around to a few places for info on swapping out the tires and chain on my GSX-R last weekend and Jerry called me right back. He was patient and very helpful, and even got me a window to get it taken care of the next day. Very impressed with Jerry’s professionalism and the zero pressure sales environment here. My New go-to for bike work.

Went in for 2020 Razor Matt and Stew took care of us they were absolutely AMAZING. They were very informative, and kept us in the loop about everything! So much professionalism and very polite!

Wow I Say Wow!!! Never have I ever Ben treated so bad by any one in my life. First Scott tells me they do not have internet so I need to call the disconnected 1800 number he gave me.After googling the new number. Suzuki tells me i have to deal with the dealer. Evan says Scott lied to me looks up vin. Says its under recall. Wont order in parts with out bike in his possession. Get that needs my atv in his possession while he waits for back ordered parts. I am in process of rebuilding engine now. allot of cash in it and lift and tires. its my project. When I found out about the recall. They have to be able to test ride my 4 wheeler in order to replace front knuckles Manager Jeff or acting manager tells me To basically Buzz off if h cant ride the atv. Get that What a joke!!!! Had to go out of state for recall work done on my project bike, Lost my Business for good!!! Stay Far far away.

I recently got a 2021 sportsman 570 trail edition.It was easy to deal with Robert in sales.I will be going back for service and extras for my a.t.v. when i want/need them.I already got a plow through them for the a.t.v.That process was extremely easy also.. 5 stars .

We have been huge customers to this place for many years. Chatted with them throughout the week about selling our razor to them. They were super excited, I gave them the hours and all the details and they had even done some upgrades previously on it for us. As I pulled up after bringing it all the way down. The first thing the store manage, Ryan, says is I don’t want that thing and then proceeds to be very snobby and unprofessional in the way he talked to us as customers. Very disappointed that a store manager would act that way especially after all the business we have brought them over the years with buying and selling. Will not be coming back here at all. I’d rather drive an hour or two down the road to a company that is respectful!

Fort Collins Motorsports is great. They have an amazing inventory both new and used. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. The service department is equipped to deal with almost any make and model and type of recreational vehicle. My husband and I trust them with our whole fleet of units to do everything from routine maintenance to upgrade parts installation. Keep up the good work!

Only used their service department. Fixed my issue inside a week during summer and covid. Had to stay on top of Ian to get it done quickly but nonetheless, was still quick

!!BUYER BEWARE!! Cameron and staff sold me a bike I was told had no issues or accidents and almost 4 months ago...they have made no attempt get the title work for my title! I NEED PLATES FOR THE BIKE OR ANOTHER SOLUTION!!!...please resolve this!! (Edit) 11/10/2020 . Me and my wife have been calling non stop for the past 2 months and all we get is BS .there should be no reason call to ask you to do your job anymore. Either produce a title or give me all my money back so I can go to a real dealership that sells bikes that aren’t stolen.

These guys are absolutely incredible! I went bike shopping a few days ago and ended up there. Instantly I found a bike I really wanted. The hospitality from everyone was over above and beyond. They even delivered my bike to my house right before they closed that same day as well. I will be buying all my needs from them. Thank you Cameron and staff!

Customer service is great as soon as you walk in the door.Cameron was straight forward about the numbers and buying process he helped me get the bike I wanted for a number in my price range. Clayton was super helpful when I had questions about helmets and getting me in one for the ride home. Fort collins Motorsports will make sure you leave happy informed and on a great machine!

I just purchased a bike from Fort Collins Motorsports.. I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Steve and Stew.. all my questions were answered and everything went smooth...I live in Arizona and was a little bit nervous buying out of state but Steve really came through I highly recommend buying from this dealership..

Rather expensive compared to Lakewood Indian dealership . Not sure why.

Cameron is a great person to sell you a yamaha grizzly. Very knowledgeable and knows how to get the sale. Great experience and I loved the walk around to see all the gear and accessories. Clayton sold me a helmet and was able to meet my price range and get me something that was perfect for what I needed.
