This particular store is always well stocked. The Associates are knowledgeable about the paint and supplies. They treated me in a courteous and professional manner.

Im so happy this store remained open during Covid, they had a social distancing policy that kept their employee ans customers safe. You definitely need to know what you want prior to going into the store because youre not allowed in but I came prepared and my paint was brought out directly to my car.

This store is neat, clean, and really well organized. So unlike the experience at big box stores. And the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Every time I have a question they know exactly what products to point me to or give me recommendations based on what project Im working on. I really am impressed by Chris who has been a terrific customer service rep at the store and always steers me in the right direction.

Great job! Just had to get some paint tinted and the guy got it spot on. Didnt catch his name but he was taller with a lifting brace. Great job!

The one in Forestville was most knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered all my questions. Did not keep me waiting. I will be back!

They was a little ghetto in greeting customers and a little too laid back but was knowledgeable.

They took me as soon as I walked in. There were three people making decisions and I knew exactly what I wanted. They utilized their time well and squeezed me in. they could have made me wait. The other customers did not feel slighted either. Good time management.

This is the worst sherwin-Williams I try, the guys there don’t help you out with nothing looks like they don’t like the work they doing, definitely Never come back.
