The service I received from Medallion Security Door was very unprofessional. The door we purchase from Medallion is only 3 years and it has rust out and the lock on the door do not work. Please see the pictures on how the door just 3 years old

I am a 100% satisfied Medallion customer. I had an entry and screen door installed today by an EXCELLENT installer and his assist! Nelson is the man!!!!Nelson and his assist where the perfect team. The both were very friendly, cleaned up behind themselves, very helpful and professional. After watching how Nelson was performing (with excellence) during the install, I knew then he was the man for the job. After the install, Nelson went over the specifics with me and handed me my keys. I was happy and excited to see the finish work. I had to pitch myself to make sure I wasnt dreaming. I havent seen excellent service like what I witness today in such a long time. I definitely will be reaching back out to Medallion later to have another door installed. Excellent job!

Got an estimate on 6/19/21. Custom made storm door ($2,600 overpriced) was installed two weeks later. I had been a previous customer many years ago and was happy with their work. One of the installers was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for an apology and never got it! Not professional at all! Customer Service was horrible. I was absolutely not satisfied. The inside door frame was cracked, the paint job was sloppy, which I brought to their attention! Thats when things got ugly. They did not use a drop cloth, so the paint was dropped in front of my door on the concrete. I asked that they get it up. They did not! I had to call Medallion a few times. They picked up the frame today 7/19/21 to redo. I told them I was not going to pay anyone until I was completely satisfied.

The installers were incredibly professional. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Do not do business with this company. I wanted to recirculate my hard earned money in the community and yet a total fail. In every aspect except I have been disappointed with this company. I placed an order early part of March 2021 and materials for my fence were ordered mid-June. Unacceptable.Customer Service: Terrible. I did my due diligence and followed up with the company, asking for updates, etc. No one answers the phone, or emails...in a timely matter.My deck was just installed, and it took almost 2 weeks for a 4-5 day job to be finished. Materials missing from my deck and failed multiple inspections which delayed the processing.Stay away from this company and spend your money elsewhere. Ive seen at least 8 different homes in my new construction neighborhood get fences installed and they just moved in. I take responsibility for even allowing this to happen.I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. I am a reputable business man and I am not fond of whats going on with the internal controls of Medallion.If youre reading this, youve been warned.

The professionalism of the Staff/Workers at Medallion Security Door and Window Company was a great experience. I first worked with Medallion Security Doors, getting security doors w/tints glass/screen and was very pleased. I also worked with Medallion for patio deck w/privacy walls and fence and was very pleased with both projects. I have received several complements for neighbors, friends and especially family. Yesterday I had my storm door installed and we absolutely love it. The representative that came out to my home helped me pick the perfect color for my door and it is beautiful. The installers were very nice and they came on-time and they did a very excellent job. I didnt even have to be home for the installation. I would recommend Medallion to anyone I know.

Hello I have been a loyal Medallion customer for well over 25 years. Medallion has replaced my roof, built my deck and extended it to add a screen in sun room along with the installation of all my security doors and bars. Many years ago Medallion added stairs to my already built deck. A couple of months ago I decided my deck stairs needed to be refaced using composite vinyl materials (that doesnt require a lot of maintenance like wood. My first step was to contact my faithful sales person Mr. Preston James he came right over to make sure what I wanted was durable. From that point, all the folks at Medallion who played a crucial roll to make this happen provided me with outstanding customer services, this included the staff involved with sales, finance and the management teams. Their support and kindness help me while going through this major home improvement. The crew members who performed the actual work were timely, courteous, and respectful. They also, cleaned the work area they did not leave any scraps or nails behind. Medallion Security doors will always have my business!! I was referred by a friend to talk to a representative at Medallion who would be able to help with my family needs of installing a white, vinyl privacy fence. The fence that was installed looks amazing with many of my neighbors inquiring about the process of getting one installed. Medallion has definitely won more business with me as they also worked on my basement and deck door. With the amazing finance options, to include six months no interest/ same as cash, I plan to purchase an extension to my deck soon.Thank you Medallion for the great work and ensuring my family needs were met. I wouldnt refer this company to anyone they have bad customer service. They took over 3 months to give me update when the project will start. When you call the office regarding your project they give you the run around about the project; or they will informed you to call back. When you leave a message to with a manger they dont return phone calls. Even when the manger give you email address to send him a message still don;t respond. The date of the project they just show up with not even calling or informed that the project will start up. This very unprofessional . The contract that doing the work is unprofessional they take too many break and dont get the project done( Saw this all on my camera). My husband had to ask them how long its going to be if they been there since 8am in the morning. We should come home from work at 1p.m and see them gone and leave my gate wide open too many break this very unprofessional if you paid your money. I dont understand if you a manager you should contact the customer a day before they show up not email me a hour before they come.

Medallion installed both a vinyl fence, a patio, and a sun room for us. They did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with such a wonderful group of professionals. The construction crew were very meticulous and did fantastic work. All three projects look great. I highly recommend Medallion for fencing, patio, or sun room work. Great service from end to end. Was hesitant about the cost of custom doors but after the seamless process wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Staff is professional and wants to do the job right. Storm and exterior doors came relatively quickly considering Covid and are great quality. Excellent peace of mind as I know these are much better quality than anything at the big box stores.

This company will take your money and run! I had a patio paver job completed at my home. The job came out good. Except the crew or paver delivery company left craters throughout my asphalt driveway with the box truck or skid loader. Brand new driver way on a new constructed home. I have yet to have anyone assist with rectifying this issue. I am getting the run around with Mike who will come out to give you an estimate. This has been over a year ago. Small claims court and lawyer coming very soon!

My neighbors kept telling me to purchase a fence with the company they used but I wanted to go with Medallion due to them using steel in their fence as extra support, and they have the best craftmanship in my opinion. I am so happy I went with Medallion because the last snow we had my Fence was the only fence that stood up to the storm, now my neighbors are very upset that their fences are missing pieces and looking crooked.Thanks Medallion for saving me a big headache, I would recommend Medallion fence to everyone!!!!

I am not satisfied with the product (Bar Doors). Today my key is stuck in the lock of the door, second time. I cannot get the key out of the door lock. I am now stuck at home. For the price of this product, this should not be happening twice now. Hate the loan with Wells Fargo for this product too.

Ive been a customer for over 10 yrs and their service is outstanding and the quality of work is impeccable. Recently we need repairs on a medallion door purchase 7 yrs ago. The team repaired the door and looks brand new! We recently purchased a front entry door and another security door to back deck. Within 2wks the doors were installed to perfection! Medallion is highly recommended.

My mother seen that our neighbor was get her front door upgraded and wanted me to get the name and the number of the company from her, I called Medallion Security Doors the next day, they sent the installation tech out with sample catalog, she pick the door and the security door they build them in about 8 to ten days. Installed them in a couple of hours. GREAT JOB GUYS !!

I rated their customer service, which would have been a ZERO if possible. This rating is for the All Season Sunroom.The builders of the sunroom and contractors that came to work on the sunroom as well as John, the electrician, were superb. Erlin R. came to my residence to provide me with an estimate for a security door. He educated me on the how their product is constructed, and explain the many design and payment options. About 2 days later, someone came out, took measurements, and less than 3 weeks later the installers arrived. They called ahead to advise me that they were in route to my home, installed my doors and updated me at the completion of the job. Before leaving they ensured that my property was clear of any debris. Erlin followed up with me the next day to ensure that I was pleased with my new doors. He was pleasant, proficient and courteous throughout the entire process. Good customer service is a Big Deal for me, and Erlin and the team provided service with Excellence . I found that Medallion was competitively priced, yet provided me with a more excellent product. Many thanks to the guys at Medallion.

I purchased an All Season Sunroom and cannot rate the overall service as a whole. Therefore, this rate is regarding their customer service.If I could use zero, I would. Their customer service is horrible. On January 12, 2021, Eric and Darin came to my home to collect the $20,000 check for the down payment. 2 weeks past, I had not heard from anyone. I called and was connected to Holly S. voicemail box. I waited 24 hrs before calling the company, again, because she did not return my call. I was connected to Mike S. voicemail box. Again, I left a message and waited 24 hrs. For a return call, which did not happen. I called a 3rd time and was connected to Mike S. voicemail box, again. When I did not receive a return call, I drove to the actual business on Feb. 10, 2021 to find out the status. Mike S. Came downstairs with my folder to inform that they sent a request for the permit on Feb. 2, 2021. I told him that I had been calling and leaving messages, but no one had returned my calls. He apologized and informed that they would do better. When I arrived home, guess what? I finally received a return call from Holly. A little late because I had already driven to the company. Needless to say, the customer service never did improve. I had to keep calling and/or drive up to the company.The last straw was that I wanted a quote for fencing my yard. I contacted Mike M., who told me to contact my salesperson, which was Eric. Eric told me to call the office for an appointment, which I did. The appointment was scheduled for May 7, 202 at 7pm. Eric called me on that afternoon to ask if he could come on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at 10:30am. I told him that would be okay. On Sunday, I woke up and dressed. I called his cell number to find out his ETA. The call went to his voicemail. I texted him and received no response. I sent a copy of the text message to Mike S and Mike M., which informed that I would wait until 11:00 am if I did not receive a response, I would consider the appointment a No Show by their company. Approximately 5 minutes to 11:00am Eric called to inform that they were running a little late and could be to my home by 12:30pm. I told him That they could not come because it was Mother’s Day and I had somewhere that I needed to be by 1:00pm. He told me he would come the next day and call me to inform of the time. It never happened. I informed Eric, Mike S, And Mike M. that they do not need to provide me with a quote because I decided to use another company. I finished my contract with them.This rating is of the customer service of the following people at Medallion: Erlin - Finance and Railing, Mike S. - Sunroom, Eric - Salesman, Holly S. - family member of Mike S., Que - Assistant to Mike S. and Mike M (told me to calm down when I was upset after the electrician informed me that the heating and A/C unit is something that Medallion was supposed to have in the room for him to install, which was not there when he arrived.).

I’m glad I decided to go back to Medallion doors after 18 years. My new security doors makes my house look totally beautiful outside. After a recent break in, in which the burglars came through my front window, Medallion came out and installed window guards. I was worried about the appearance that standard window bars would create, but the Window guards installed by Medallion look amazing.Medallion came out for a consult within 2 days of my contact and the window guards were installed one week later at no extra cost for the rush. Everyone at the company I spoke to was extremely helpful. All in all it was a great customer experience.

This place came out to my town house, took measurements and I signed a contract to have a deck built. Months later of me calling trying to get a status, have my calls forwarded to voicemail, people not calling back they tell me that the HOA did not get the paperwork done. I told them that it had been months and I was about to sale the house, they told me I had to pay over $2000 or they would sue me. I couldnt fight because I was going to closing on my new home and didnt want to ruin my score. I paid them $2000 for 20 minutes of work. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Just had a sunroom built and I knew it would look good, but it was even better than expected, its amazing, Medallion staff was great thru the entire process, the sales rep was patient & thorough. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have purchased 3 doors (2 security and 1storm door) from Medallion. They are great at selling, installation and collecting your money. For weeks I have been trying to schedule an appointment for repair work on my storm door. I have sent pictures and descriptions of the repairs needed. They tell me ALL of their technicians are working on various installation jobs. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a call back in response to my requests. The information I state here has been garnered by me repeatedly calling to get service. I hope someone in charge can help me.

If I could I would not give any stars. They said your are far the estimate to put bars on windows is 800$/ window. Which means 2400$ total. What a joke they are either a ripoff or too lazy to drive to give me a real estimate. Both reasons are unprofessional. I will get bars and install them by myself.

We had originally began working with a different company but the whole experience was awful. After researching online we came across Medallion and Im so glad we did. We have been working with our consultant throughout the whole process and its been so simple. He really listened to what we were looking for and kept us informed during the whole experience

Medallion doors installed my security storm door along with my entry door.The gentlemen were very professional right from the start. Everything happen just as planned and they cleaned up all the debris when they left. I am looking forward to building a long term relationship with Medallion for several projects I have in mind. In addition, Erlin handled all my financial needs promptly.

Medallion wants us to pay for 50% of the repair cost of replacing our fog windows. My warranty is life time (25 years), they are responsible for the repair cost of my windows, I purchased windows through Medallion not another company, I have no reference too, or knew nothing about. My contract is with Medallion. Medallion wants us to buy new windows from them...why would we, they do not stand behind the products they sale. My advice GO directly to a Window or door manufacturing, not a middle man.

The work conducted on our deck is absolutely beautiful but the company itself can improve in the area of customer service. I also believe theyre overpriced and similar quality can be accomplished with other vendors. Do your research before agreeing is my recommendation.

Medallion built my composite deck and its outstanding. Its nice and quality. However, the business practice of their representative is another story (watch out for Eric). I was given the option of 0% Financing and no money down. I asked for a clarification but the rep stated that its 0% and no terms or conditions. I found out later on that the pricing I was quoted included their 16.45% Finance charge built in upfront. I couldve gotten a mortgage equity since the interest is tax deductible and the cost wouldve been cheaper. I contacted them a year later to install my storm door and this time its an incorrect glass door. Again, workmanship is quality along with their product. But once the job is done and you have to deal with either financing or customer service due to an issue - well, thats a totally different story.

Medallion truly did an amazing job with our patio. We hired Medallion for our patio about 2 months ago and were still in awe of the results. Bob truly made our experience wonderful and truly exemplified what genuine customer service looks like. He spearheaded our installation and as a result, our patio was literally finished in 2 days, from building the foundation of our patio to the final product. Keep in mind too, we also changed the plans halfway through the planning process and Bob was great in quickly adapting to our new requests and making sure that we were satisfied during the entire process. We couldnt compliment Medallion enough for our patio; our family and friends love it!

Getting my windows installed from Medallion was a great decision on my end. My new windows look amazing against the rest of my home and this company did a great job in making sure that I made the best choices when deciding a window frame that answered all my needs and met my budget. They were quick to install the windows and did not push me to upgrade to a bigger package to make more money off of me. I couldnt be happier with the final product!

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Worst experience of my life. First of all they are dishonest cheats that take advantage of their customers. They come to give you an estimate and lie to you and tell you that you can cancel ANYTIME but actually you can cancel in three business days in writing. They count Saturday as a business day. Then they FORCE you to do business with them because you signed the contract. What kind of a company FORCES you to do business with them? I see why though. After they came and forcibly built my patio I was so disappointed with their work. They came and started work without even letting me know. They did not keep me posted as to what was going on. Then i got a notice of completion email for me to sign. The patio was built so badly. Large gaps between the blocks. Most of the red blocks were whitish. My yard grass around is a mess. All torn up. Looks SO BAD!!!!. I wanted to cry. I had to call and ask someone to come by so I could show them the issues. They filled some of the gaps and put seeds to regrown my grass. The grass still hasnt grown months later. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I feel cheated, forced and the worst part is I have to look at that awful patio which is built so badly and my yard is in such bad shape EVERY SINGLE DAY. I learnt my lesson and I am writing this so no one else has to as well. I was stupid enough not to read reviews prior to calling them. They have terrible reviews on yelp. I hope you all read the reviews and do the smart thing. I wish I could give negative stars but I have to put at least one. They do not deserve even half a star.

We got new windows in our entire house from Medallion a few months ago. The process was awesome. Great, knowledgable staff and the installers did an amazing job. I couldnt believe how fast they were. I was home during the installation with my newborn daughter and they communicated to me how they were going to do it and wanted to make sure the baby wasnt cold. I felt very comfortable with them here and was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. The windows are amazing! So easy to clean and open. Not to mention I did a lot of shopping around for the same quality windows d the price was good too. The slight tint is awesome as well. So happy with this purchase and will definitely be purchasing a fence from Medallion next and after that - doors!!!!!

I have toyed with the idea of getting a fence for years. After great persuasion from my wife, I found Medallion and began what I thought was a hard process to get this fence built. Thankfully, Medallion proved me wrong. The workers were great in always being on top of our plans, making sure we were accomplishing what we needed to get the job done. Now, our fence looks secure and beautiful against our home. Id call Medallion if you want to work with a trustworthy, efficient company!

Day after day, Im impressed with the work Medallion was able to accomplish for me. Okay...where do I start? Well I wish I could give no stars. However, the company gave me an arrival window 9AM-11AM the workers arrived at 12:02PM. Soon as they got here they pulled their lunch out and started eating. So I said to myself...OKAY (everybody deserves lunch) but then they laid out in my yard playing/talking on their phones until they decided it was nap time. So then I called my husband and told him he needed to come home. My husband arrived at 1:00 went out and asked them are they going to work or sleep on this job. So needless to say I am totally upset with myself for going with this company. I hope the final outcome for our deck outweighs the disappointment Im feeling today. Oh did I mention our project started yesterday and today they claim its suppose to rain so they wont be out today but I had to call the office get transferred 3 times before I found that information out. I swear!I had to edit because I want you to know I have pictures & video of the workers laying in my yard like it was theirs but it doesnt allow me to post pictures or video...but I got them.

Ive dreamed for years of being able to customize my patio in my home. Once I (thankfully) acquired enough funds to do so, I just had no clue who to look to in order to get this done. Thankfully I took the plunge and enlisted Medallion to do so. Boy oh boy, was I glad I did. This company truly exemplifies customer service for me. Once I explained a particular vision for my patio, I couldnt believe just how accurate Medallion was able to recreate it for me, and somehow better it even! The workers were just remarkable, constantly checking in with me for the details, making sure I was satisfied 24/7 with their work. Now, this patio was done in such a timely manner and the quality is impeccable. Great company, one Ill be using soon again for the other parts of my home I want to improve upon.

If you get your doors or anything installed by Medallion, please dont pay for them up front because if there is something wrong with the doors, they will not come out and correct it. I had my doors installed before Thanksgiving and still they have not come back to correct the problems. I was given several appointment times and nobody ever showed up and didnt call to say they werent coming. I was told once that they are so busy doing new installs that they havent had time to get to me. I bet if I had not paid up front and threatened to stop paying until the door was corrected they would have come and fixed the problem. Buy at your own risk, but dont pay up front. When they have your money, they dont even care if there is a problem. It is January and still nobody has come to correct the door nor has anyone called to say anything about the work that was done. I wont refer anybody nor will I use them again.

Medallion security doors really went the extra mile for me. I had four rusted security doors around the house, the selection of doors to choose from was impressive to say the least, but when they really shined was through the installation . They removed my old doors, installed the new ones without damaging or having to do anything major to my home in process.

The PVC Vinyl fencing that I got from Medallion is high-quality and great! Theyre still up and stable ever since I got them installed almost a year ago. They listened to us and were mindful in making sure the design of our fence complimented the architecture of our home.

We had a 6 ft vinyl privacy fence installed as well as a cobblestone porch. The contract called for the removal of the chain link fence, which the supervisor said was not in the contract and had the workers leave it up on the OUTSIDE of the new fence. A few calls later they agreed to remove the chain link - which I find out now meant cutting the posts, leaving 4-5 inches of sharp metal tube above the ground (yippee, now I get to dig out metal fence posts). The fencers took no care in keeping the concrete off the grass, so now I need to chip up several spots of hardened cement out of the yard; screws and metal pieces were left scattered in the yard and driveway (fortunately caught with no flat tires); and there are dents all through the new fence. The porch is so uneven and misaligned Ill most likely need to rip it up and reinstall to eliminate trip hazards. Completely regret hiring medallion! Returned my initial call immediately. Sent out representatives on my schedule with examples. We were given the price right on the spot along with what our payment plan would be! It was awesome and in our budget. We also were given advice about a future fence price.I did not have to take vacation time for the installation -- in fact it was installed while we were away in NY! When we returned we were a bit saddened that we did not receive the correct handle, but they came back right away and made the correction!All in all, we are happy with the customer service and response time and would recommend this company.**********2/23/2019 UPDATED REVIEWStill enjoying look of the door Payments are reasonable. BUT so far still awaiting a callback and remedy on why the door slams. They gave advice over phone how to fix but offered to come out if I could not get it to work. So if follow up service is your pet peeve you may want to research further.

I used Medallion to replace a front door with sidelights and a transom. They used a very high quality product and I am very pleased. The installers called before showing up, then showed up on time and cleaned up perfectly when job was completed. I plan to use them again to change a couple more exterior doors.

Medallion security doors is expensive, no way around it; but in this case I got what I paid for not just a door but a custom door, because my dorway was built irregular. Other suppliers offered to replace the door by shaving the door or altering the doorway at great expense. Medallion just made a door that fit the doorway without having to reconstruct my house or destroy a new door.

Got superb care and attention when I chose to work with Medallion. I had my patio installed earlier than expected, without sacrificing the quality whatsoever. Its still sturdy and beautiful as the first day they finished installing it.

It is not often when you have a vendor being on time. All vendors give a time window when to expect their arrival. When Medallion Security said between 8 and 10 AM, I said to myself, Yeah right. Dont you know the Medallion Security truck pulled up my driveway exactly at 10 AM. That has never happened to me before with any other vendor. The main technician Nelson was very professional and courteous. His co-partner worked very quietly and efficiently together. The other amazing thing was that they cleaned up the working area around my door when they were done. What a beautiful job they had done. One last thing. This one is really super amazing. I emailed Medallion Security that my Ring doorbell appeared to not have been reconnected to its wired connection and that it was operating from the battery. Erlin, one of the office employees responded right away and said Nelson would come back right away to check things out. Oh! I must not forget two other people. The sales manager Erick Lamont has provided excellent customer service to me. He never ignored my calls when I had a question or a concern. I have not met the owner but there was one large concern I had and he authorize my technician to perform my special request. Have I said enough about Medallion Security? No except that I recommend this company for anyone needing excellent customer service for their doors and windows and anything else I dont even know about.
