Employment wise...I was working for this company through the temp agency. My assignment was ended because it was said that I was not obtaining the information. Why it had to be me? Why it couldnt have been the trainer? I am a fast learner and pick up on things easily. Who can learn when the trainer is bouncing from task to task, switching up going back and forth with things instead of teaching one task at a time from start to finish?! Thats the way you train. I never had this issue or had another employer to give this statement about me. I have had the opportunity to train new associates at one of my previous jobs and know how it should be.
