We dropped off a hoist over to them for repair. They contacted us after breaking it down and finding everything wrong with it. they listed all the parts that need to be replaced, and told us how to prolong the life for the future. they went over the cost of parts and labor. They had all the parts in stock that need to be changed out, so it only another day of labor and was able to pick it up the next morning. which was on a skid and all they had to do was load it in my truck with a forklift. great service!
