I love shopping here. The lady is amazing. She makes you feel at home. No one is hovering over you to pressure you to buy. She will ask if you need help and let you know if you have questions please ask. Then she does her work.

When I first went in Suzy was nice, sweet, helpful and all that... She would look me in my eyes when she spoke to me and seemed very pleasant as I asked a few questions such as layaway, cancellation policy, exchange etc just in case I changed my mind...... Today, I asked to cancel my LAYAWAY and get my money back and Suzy became a different person! NO! NO MONEY BACK!!!! what??!... I remained very calm and simply asked her, why cant I have my money back? She said all Sales final.... But this is a layaway not a sale.... No! No money back!!.... Can I ask you another question Ms Suzy? Why cant you look me in my eyes?.... I did!.... No you didnt and its because you know youre wrong. You looked me in my eyes when you told me (after I asked SPECIFICALLY) I can get my money back if I changed my mind because I know myself... So she told me to contact corporate office and I asked what the info was and she gave me the info to their own location here in Morrow, GA

Shopped for my 6 year old a complete bedroom set. I was on a tight budget and Nancy was the absolute best. She was able to piece together a set that he can grow in to and it was very affordable. Great sturdy furniture. Delivery was fast and they set up the entire set. I will definitely shop with them again in the future.

They lied to me and now refusing to honor their word!. I would not recommend to do business here.I was told that i can use my deposit as a credit if I change my mind just yesterday. Today Suzie says she didnt say that. ( its the only reason I decided to give a deposit)Suzie, actually, said there is nothing she can do and put the phone down. Nancy, then picks up the phone with a very rude tone and says that is all she has to say. I am shocked at the treatment I received here! Dont waste your time here- just go where you are respected.

Due to Covid, my furniture was delayed and never arrived on time. I asked them to cancel the order and Nancy said I would be refunded. Two weeks go by without any refund, so I disputed the charge. Then they request me to still come into the store with my receipt to be refunded. When I arrive, they say there is nothing they can do since the dispute was started. Lol. Never shopping here again.

THE OWNER ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY RATHER THEN HELPING PEOPLE! I was shopping for living room furniture but was approved for a decent amount. It felt as if I was being pressured into buying more then what I needed, which did not help my anxiety issues.
