Horrible service… Customer service sucks. It’s like they know they’re the only dealership in Atlanta so they handle you how they want…. Place sucks. I won’t use them unless I absolutely have to. Parts department sucks! Never quick and friendly. I absolutely hate this place! Makes me wanna sale my Volvo !!!
We bought a 2017 780, to add to our small fleet, unfortunately the truck wasn’t ready at the time we signed the papers. Our salesman, Seth, did everything humanly possible, but again, unfortunately, he was dealing with an inept sales manager and delivery was delayed. Fortunately, soon thereafter Seth was promoted to Used Truck Manager and went beyond the call of duty to make sure our rig was running 100% and made sure we were happy and down the road, generating revenue. I highly suggest if you’re in the market for a used truck, call Seth directly, and he will make sure your purchasing experience will go smoothly, and save you time. Well as I was looking for my 1st truck outside of my previous leases through my company I been with for 4 years! I came to Vanguard in Forest Park, Georgia with my mom and twin brother! We came in and met wit Wilson Fish and he showed us two trucks that I was pleased with! So he helps us get the paperwork done to send to our finance person! The next day me and my brother went back there to test drive both trucks really thrilled on both trucks. As we got news that the banks was asking for too much down! Mr. Fish was opened to giving it tried through Vanguard Financial team and came with a reasonable down payment suitable for me! As came down to try and get paperwork and everything done there! There manager in Used Truck recommend to me about another truck that they just purchased and trying to see if Vanguard would approve me for that one since it was a newer truck with lower miles. I was okay with lower miles and newer truck! But I was not okay with later finding out that the truck was not there in Vanguard possession and was not going to be there for several weeks! I was upset with them and myself for letting my truck me and my brother tested drove and liked go for an upgraded truck that I nevered saw! I was on verge of not being able to get a truck! With the upgraded truck not being ready for several weeks and my truck me and brother liked was almost gone to somebody else who put a deposit down! So my brother told me to contact the manager and let him know I was not thrilled with not being able to get a truck, the lack of communication, plus having my credit being ran so many times and have nothing to show for it! So he went to work trying to get me a truck ! It’s not the same truck, but it is close enough! I am thrilled with my New truck and I thank all the people it went into this to make this possible for me and my New Company!!!!

SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! I dropped my truck off for a diagnostic and repairs. After a FEW WEEKS they sent an estimate of approximately $5k. I authorized the repair and the truck sat for about a MONTH waiting for parts. After an additional SEVERAL WEEKS passed the parts came in and the repairs were made. At this time they sent a SECOND ESTIMATE with increased charges. This time we were up to approximately $6500. The same scenario repeated itself. SEVERAL MORE WEEKS had passed while I waited on parts. Finally the parts had arrived and the repairs were made only to receive a THIRD ESTIMATE with a request for authorization to complete additional repairs which had been hiked up to $7800. THREE MONTHS they held my truck and stagnated my business with no compassion or cares at all. After THREE MONTHS of disgraceful stop and go work on my equipment they sent an email to confirm completion and warned me that I had 10 days to pay in full or be at risk of them charging $50 per day and filing a mechanic’s lien on my equipment. Despite the fact that they played a significant role in a tremendous loss of my income, they showed no regards or compassion as I pleaded for a opportunity to arrange a payment plan. Ive never experienced anything like this where a business as big as Vanguard Volvo would not offer an alternate resolution. They’re actually filing a lien to take my truck as I compose this review. They’re filing a Mechanic’s Lien (Truck est $35,000) to satisfy a bill under $10,000 which in turn they’ll resell for well over $35,000. I’ll take the total loss, they’ll triple their profits. It’s obvious why they’d take this route, I just hope someone will reads this and understands how this company operates. DO NOT let their incompetence to complete repairs in a timely manner be the fall off your livelihood as it was for mines.Volvo reps, please do not respond with any generic apologies as if you wish you could’ve resolved this issue. You guys had plenty of time and chose not to. Your 2.4 star rating is generous if you ask me.
I reached out to Vanguard of Atlanta for available trucks and within minutes they reached out about available equipment. Jacquline made the whole process efficient. She provided us with detailed information on the equipment we were interested in and had paperwork ready upon picking the vehicle up. They value you more than a customer there and it shows. I called looking for a part, they were vary rude, I explained exactly what I needed and where the part is located, and they told me they dont have time to research the part, they have other calls... this is probably one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced

My experience at Vanguard Truck Center of Atlanta Volvo Truck was easy and wonderful experience. From start to end my sales representative Matt Clayton made my first semi truck purchase easy. He was able to find my truck spec with not problem and was able to install my APU+Deer guard once I took delivery. I blew up this man email and called him about every single thing which he was able to answer or point me in the right direction. I took my Volvo 670 to VTC Atlanta a couple of years ago because the transmission was stop and go. Before I took it to Volvo I visited a number of small shops to see what the problem was. Each shop had different opinion. Volvo kept my truck for five months. I would call them every few days to see what was going on. The only times they called me were to get payment authorization from me for certain work they wanted to do like ABS. After about four authorization totalling $5,000 and five months, I demanded to have my truck back. It was not repaired of course. I googled transmission specialists in Atlanta, took it to another shop. The new shop told me it was a clutch problem and fixed it the same week I took it to them. I think Volvo did this to me deliberately because when I talked to one of the top managers toward the end, it was clear that the way he talked to me he knew my situation very well.
I would have given a NEGATIVE 500, but its not an option! My 2015 Volvo was pulled into this joint because it kept powering down. I received a call/email informing me it would cost $10k to repair. Reason: the shop foreman smelled gasoline in the tank. After hiring a lab that pulled a sample from both tanks no gasoline, def, sugar, sand or any other contaminants was found. I suggest Vanguard immediately FIRE the so-called shop foreman who tried to rip me off for $10k!
There process for repairs is a little annoying. After diagnosis they email you the estimate and you have to respond before they start the work . Hey how about calling me . The people are nice but like all dealerships they seem to be geared for the big customers they have . Hey I get that they should they pay the bills . Seems to me a if you have a minor repair and your not a regular customer but are a long term Volvo buyer it would be helpful to expedite things . Coolent leak almost 24 hrs to get it fixed. Relatively minor repair but necessary to correct.
They are very lazy and Lier I come for oil change and they told me it’s Will be ready in text day but they finish after 7 days I request From another customer if you don’t want waste your time don’t come Here
Horrible service! They hold trucks for days without doing any work. Miss Karmesia Eleby has a horrible attitude towards customers. She never put the truck in the system so nobody even knew it is there for repair. When I found that out they threw my keys and said I can take my truck and go. Very unprofessional and rude!
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for parts to service each customer. With that in mind, one would think they would have more than one person working the front desk. I have been in here several times and not once have I been able to leave within less than an hour. If you have 4 or more people ahead of you, plan to be in line for an hour +. The last time, I was in line for 1 hour and 24 minutes. Try to be more accommodating to your customers.

Beware ! ! My coolant line was broke and came to replace it ! I already got the part so I dont need diagnostic what to do on truck just replace damn hose on my demand ! Well, guess what happend ? They told me they cant replace just coolant line they need replace also two heater hose connection which cost 650$, I dont need that which you can see on my photos ! I just need replace cooland line ! They refuse to change just cooland line on my demand ! I told them I will go to another mechanic, guess what happend next ? They told me if I dont want to do that I need to pay 1 hour diagnostic which is 163$ or they wont give my key back ! ! ! Are you serious ?? ? ? They been lucky that I been rush otherwise I would call the police ! I mean its ok if I dont know whats wrong with truck but I know what is problem and demand to replace coolant line so why charge me for diagnostic if any kid already know whats wrong ! I just upload photos below to show you what they refuse to change on my demand and charge me for diagnostic since I dont wanna change two heater hose connection.Also fat bald dude on front desk service is rude and no patient !
My experience at Vanguard Volvo in Atlanta was very good.Even though they had a bunch of bad reviews I had a good feeling about the place. I put a deposit on a 2015 mid roof and my sales rep Seth held it for me until I showed up from California. I was inspecting the truck an I found an oil leak. I told Seth I’ll buy the truck if they fix the leak, in which they did. I drove the truck back to California no issues at all. I will do business with them again. Thank you Seth it was a wonderful experience. 100% recommended.
Very slow but they have nice showroom for parts and great quality service by the parts guy once you get up to him. They also have very reasonable prices

1 month ago had headlights replaced took 7 days to get parts and they broke within 30 days. This time need a flex pipe and they cant get delivered,,,its been 2 weeks!!!! I have never seen it. Such a slow dealer has not repaired the car for 6 days. I told me to check the gearbox on Saturday. It didn’t start until Wednesday. My car has been left in place from last Thursday until today.I’m a consumer. I lived in Atlanta for six days. Your dealer didn’t know where the problem was. No unloading, just inspection. I won’t choose this dealer again . It’s really disappointing.1 point evaluation for you service department

I have been to this dealership several times and not always got my truck in for service as quick as I would like but have noticed in the recent months that wait times are better. I also have seen better communication from their service guys. Parts still needs better coverage after hours. Overall- things are changing for the better. Keep it up.
Plan in advance to spent 1-3 hours standing in line to buy parts, upon writing this review Ive spent 45 minutes standing in line with 5 people in front of me, Ive only seen 2 person get through so far, am leaving cant punish myself like this to spend MY MONEY.
I just have to say Ive been back out on the road and an owner operator for a very short time 3 years (17 local) but in those three years as an owner I have been taken bent over, used and abused by many a dealership but NOT and I repeat NOT by Vanguard truck Matt Davis manager there really bent over backwards himself to make a bad situation much better either my mistake or their mistake not sure whose but I got the wrong part and did not find out until I got it worked on here at Atlanta Petro and I will be giving a review of this place Atlanta Petro after I get out of here but as for Vanguard truck they gave me more respect then I have received by any other dealership other than my hometown dealer he came close but he certainly cant beat my parts girl in Toledo Ohio but I want to say many many thanks to Matt the manager for getting me the right part at the same cost as the wrong one(70$ difference) all through email and phone calls since I am stuck at the petrol with no ride so if you see bad reviews for these guys dont always believe what you see it all depends on how you speak to them and how they speak to you on what a good and what day bad review

Im grateful for a place of business like vanguard of Atlanta.Their counter reps always smiling and friendly.They have proven to be very knowledgeable of parts and also can cross reference.Its been a win win since I visited Vanguard. I go even further to say if I had their logos,I would stick them on my work van,and show off.I say unto Vanguard of Atlanta,may our mutual striving together be crowned with the abundance of success, for years to come.

Parts prices are a little high sometimes but I understand captive parts come with great warranty and highest quality on the street. Theyre one of the better Volvo parts suppliers! The guys up there are very knowledgeable and theyre prices are lower than most Volvo parts suppliers. I think their service per hour rate is very high though! But all in all, theyre good!
Customer service for the service department is amazing. Whether you call to check on the truck at 9am or 11pm, Both the men and women at the desk were beyond helpful. No business can thrive without people like them.

Nice gang of good old boys that will overcharge for pretty much everything. Parts, service, patience.They intentionally damaged my truck so they can create more labor...a level of dishonesty hard to equal.They do have a wide variety of parts in stock, so my advise, buy them here and do the work somewhere else...
I brought my truck in on short notice and had a regen alarm. They were busy but I didn’t wait to long before they got me diagnosed. It had to stay overnight but the girl in service (revaluation) kept me informed the hole way. It was much better than when my turbo went down in Maine.

Volvo want work on a Volvo truck because of the year 2000. Other dealers cant see why Volvo cant work on volvo. Its a electrical problemand no one is qualified to work on it. They had a problem with their computer system and they could not charge our account national account. Kept the driver there for four hours and would not release him for a lousy charge of $174. Driver missed a load and it caused all types of Problems. Garbage customer service, garbage problem solvers, will never go there again
At first i had wrote a REALLY bad review. But now i feel that i should edit it, as my experience has done a complete 180. It had been a few days, I’ve been frustrated as i am an owner operator and have to pay everything out of pocket. Hotel, food, and of course the shop bill. The timing for the repairs could’ve been a little better. I complained and complained. Was up there almost everyday and that didn’t get me anywhere. It didn’t speed anything up, the only thing it did was add to my stress. I asked to speak to the manager (chad), he had been beyond helpful. He personally gave me his phone number and got his guys on it. I ended up having underline issues and that’s what was taking so long. The service department and the manager continued to keep me updated and today i am picking up my truck. Just have a little patience.
Now I was going to score low for this location but THANK YOU TO MR. BERT LONG for listening to my problem and without saying Im wrong he offered a solution instead. I wouldve given 5 stars but the run in I had with the Assist service manager took it down to one but Mr. Long saved this review!! So great place if they could all be like Mr. Long!!
I`m not sure how this place is still in business. This dealer is run by crooks, the best liars i had to deal with. My truck set there for 5 days without being worked on. Had to call daily to check on it and got the same answer everyday, it will be looked at tomorrow MAYBE! Service department told me they started on it so i send my driver in to check, they never moved the truck at all. Spoke to the Manager one time he was no help. Towed my truck out of there cost me some money but was well worth it. Read other reviews about this company they will tell you the same. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE!
The operator always answers by the second ring, to get anyone else on the phone is hell, the poor lady only knows how to transfer to different lines so you have more voice mails to speak with. once they answer, everyone is polite, can not answer any questions, claim they will call back and do not, but they are nice.
I dropped my truck off on a Thursday for the cleaning of my DPF filter and a PM, and I was not able to pick it up until the NEXT Thursday! When I dropped off my truck I was not informed that they were short staffed or that they were not able to perform the services needed in a timely manner. I had to continue to reach out to them to get an update on the status of my truck. When I spoke with the Manager, Dan on Tuesday, he informed me on the issues that he was having with employees, but he still wasnt able to give me a specific time frame on when the truck would be completed. The lack of customer service and lack of importance to them caused me to lose a weeks worth of pay. There was no empathy for my situation, and I was not compensated for their lack of service. I will never do business with them again!

Parts department professional on a trucker level, just right. Would like paperwork processing to be more streamlined, but thats normal. Service Department too busy to work me in on a Saturday, but Caleb was very helpful assisting me with advice which allowed me to do the work myself.Update!! Went back to ask them to check wiring and connect my Maxwell esm. Told to wait for Master Tech. Master came in, told him wiring diagrams and instruction video on YouTube would show him how to do it. He just made connections without checking wiring or watching video. Admitted he had never seen the product before, but was too manly to watch a video! Cost me over $2000 in repairs, 2 blown starters and an alternator.His boss the shop managerdidnt really care either
Vanguard is one of the few places in Atlanta where customer service still thrives. From the delivery personnel, to the counter people up to the sales and parts manager. Mrs. Pam, delivery, John Sheets counter, Jess lane, sales and Johnnie Owens parts manager. If something is wrong with the order they will make every attempt to contact us and advise of the delay or anything that may hinder us in getting parts we need. usually everything we need is on their shelf and with 3 deliveries available throughout the day I know I can depend on Vanguard of Atlanta to come through for us. Thanks Vanguard.
Service is terrible they hardly answer phones, or reply to emails and when they do answer the phone takes them 5-10 minutes to figure out whats going on with your truck.
Over charged on fixing engine derate problem they did nothing but only took my money, till have to seek Volvo center. Got one on Clarksville IN which really solve the problem with low cost. Good service, Good price.
Never have any issues of any kind from anyone in the parts department. Each person I deal with in that department does an excellent job taking care of what my needs and concerns maybe and if they do not have the answer to my question they will find the answer and pass it on the me. Great job!
This place, Believe me, they will change good parts, they will not going to deal with find real problems, this place HAS to be put on DO NOT USE LIST, and JUST go there when you have warranty, THIS place will put your chest work hard close to hearth attack if you will come without having warranty on your truck, but, this is not all, we have few vanguard centers that they doing same way, they not problem solvers, they money suckers, if you think dealer mechanics is best, WRONG THINKING, usually was a first place to go, ONLY dealer, but after repair at Vanguard center in Atlanta, changed my thinking 180 degree, sitting and just trying to remember that i have this many problems with one dealer, cant remember, we have used a lot of dealers in our 15 years in this business, so far is the WORSE dealer ever, looking paperwork, where we have some problems, all just at VANGUARD, so, dont waste where your truck will be serviced with only replacing new parts but not finding real problem, end up with super big charge amount for wrongly determinate problem, and of course they was telling me a good story that i not was believing, they cannot prove that parts that they change is bad, because they did not even care about you or your pocket, VANGUARD TRUCK CENTER they will be in business, just depends how long VOLVO/MACK will listen their stories

I can literally call the parts department and the Parts Team will do their best to get the parts for me. And Randy who deliver the parts is the BEST, he will delivers the parts on time and he also picks up all the returns I might have, and Barry will make sure I get my returns on time.
This dealer is scammer . I took my truck there to replace ac blower motor . After 7 hours I got $4325.50 estimate price just for replace it. That was rediculas . I was not happy to pay that much money for that . And I took my truck back with out fix it and they charge me $336 some for diagnosed. That was not reasonable . They didnt use there computer things to find out the AC problem. I took my truck another shop and got fixed with $180 including labor and parts charge. So guys becareful with license holder scammer .

I spoke with jason at the part Dept and he was able to help me with what I needed which it was crank case filter and I asked him if they could install it for me so he forwarded me to Adrian at the service and he told me bring the truck and we will get you in and out and sure enough he kept his word so I would definite recommend this place to anyone who needs fast service so thanks again guys keep up the good work Im from Michigan but Im always in your area you will see me if I ever need service done thanks again
Worst shop that i know in GA, we had a lot of trucks at that shop and guess what, none of them was fixed faster then one week, differend excuses every day, people who works there are liars and lazy. And nothing was improoved for so manny years
Disgusting place, dnt even know how to explane how bad thay are, if u read this and u have a option not to come to Vanguard,save your money and time ... ok, after charging 8k we drove 10 milles and got agane the stop engine light, we tow the truck back and got charged agane 3.5k . 2 weeks in a shop and u drive 10 milles, after i asked to explane the reason thay charge me second time she just place me on hold for ever and hang up on me .
If you have a brain, if you like your truck, do not repeat the same mistake I made. These people are bunch of crooks, seems to me like they have no idea about what they are doing. Worst shop experience ever. Went in with power surging problem, first. Told it was fixed and covered under warranty. As soon as I hit 285 and stepped down on it it was doing the same thing so back it went. Then told it was contaminated fuel and it would take a few days to fix for over 3k. Got it back again and brought it back as someone had downgraded the ecm speed settings and got soaked another 360 bucks to put the settings back to what they were prior to dropping it off. Furthermore, on top of having it in and out over an 11 day period, they were given a list of other issues that needed to be addressed and those were never touched. Thanks for nothing.

Stay clear of this place! I bought an alternator and the barrings went bad 13 days later. I had to go through a warranty process to get reimbursed. Thank God I actually had the money in the bank to buy another one cause if not my truck wouldve been sitting waiting on their ass. There are so many other places on Moreland Ave that will give you your money back or at least an exchange, especially when its a screw up that was out of the drivers control. And that fool that called vanguard a life saver was at the front desk working!
Where do I begin... I have a 2014 670 that had a transmission problem under warranty so had it towed in here 4 weeks later, a lost driver, lost contract, a call to Corporate and thousands of dollars in hotel fees I got to get my truck back. Was told they test drove it and everything was good to go. I made it to Macon Georgia 100 miles away and the transmission was leaking all over the parking lot called the dealership to ask what happened and was told nothing they could do but I need to drive the truck back to Atlanta so they can look at it. DRIVE it back with the transmission still f***Ed up ... On my way back now Ill be sure to post again once I get my truck back again to once again say what a horrible place this is cause Im sure it will be another few weeks. This time it will be with 4 phone calls tho... One to corporate,one to the dot, one to the BBB and one to my lawyer
Drivers beware. Never and I mean never take your truck here!!!Was there for 4 days. Got nothing but run around. Finally get truck back. They didnt fix a dam thing. All they did is sold me 4 batteries saying they cant finish fixing it without them.Plan on being here for days and getting nothing but a run around when trying to get an update. Place is a complete joke. Will never be back. They dont deserve my business.

Bunch of scammers. Truck had an acm system fault. I called this dealership to find out if we have a chance to be helped. They said that the are not busy and there is about one hour waiting lane. I was so naive....So the truck arrived at the dealer around noon time on Friday March 1st. Driver parked and started his wait. Called me back on Friday evening and told me that it’s going to be a long story, but I told him to wait, maybe we gonna get lucky. And we finally got. On Saturday morning I noticed the estimate. TRUCK IS ON WARRANTY. They wanted to replace 7th injector which was replaced less than 2 months ago (covered by warranty) and air dryer cartridge for almost a 1000 bucks (not covered by warranty) Called a driver, he said that they pulled out the truck and told him it’s not gonna happened earlier than Monday. Truck was under the load, so I told the driver we’ll take care of this after his delivery. I brought the truck on warranty to the dealer looking for help, they just waisted 2 days, and said come back on Monday so we can rip you off with a thousand bucks air dryer cartridge. Driver came back to Chicago, completed the delivery and I sent him to the dealer. They replaced a 7th injector. No word about air dryer cartridge. Everything looks good. Waisted few more days though and problem still persisted so I took it to the normal shop, paid them, and they replaced a shorting harness for sensors on the DPF filter that was causing a problem.The most interesting starts today, when I received a call on March 15th from the Vanguard Truck Center of Atlanta and I was told that my truck was fixed on March 1st and they are going to charge me a storage fee since it’s not been picked up for so long. I said that I decided not to waste my time sitting there for few more days and returned a driver home. They didn’t even know we weren’t fixing a truck and truck is not there anymore. Then I was asked to pay $180 for a diagnostic for the truck that was kept for 2 days, diagnosed with wrong sht. and not fixed by the warranty. 14 days after the truck was taken from the dealer!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!! It’s not about $ 180, it’s all about every dealership you go gonna try to F. you up. Aren’t they supposed to be helping people? The guy also said that if I won’t pay them for the diagnostic they gonna start collection actions and I won’t be able to fix my trucks in Vanguard Dealerships. What the F is going on with them?! I won’t even try. It’s more efficient to fix trucks that covered by warranty elsewhere rather than at the Volvo dealer. They only try to rip you off, make you standing for weeks, and charge you in any possible way.
Had A/C work done charged $2000. 00 for flushing system and clean evaporator... ...dont come here they will RIP you off.

Just make sure that on the estimated are the parts included this people told me a price and the next morning was doble and I found out cuz i stood in front of their window for half an hour, the lady acts she is too buzy to answers your questions, bad on updates bad on every thing, on something that could i have been done in a day is my second day here, if you stand right in front of truck u notice they do more talking that working, never coming again unless Im buying a prt to do it myself

I am so grateful to everyone at Vanguard Truck Center for all their help getting my truck repaired. Less than three months ago I made a huge mistake by purchasing a used truck from Arrow truck sales in Troy, IL. In two months I was able to be on the road for only three weeks. It was very frustrating. The Vanguard helped me with all the nesessery repairs, negotiated with Arrow and with my financial institution to make sure everything is done right. Burt Long, the service manager, went above and beyond to get me out of this mess. You, guys, saved my business! Finally, Im back on the road. Thank you all very much.
Worst service I have ever heard of much less experienced. What a joke these people are just lazy in service 10 working days for a starter and battery they send out emails like a driver stays on a computer waiting in a office called ever day would always get waiting on approval when I was the guy giving the approval tell them to fix the truck and call back the next day they were still waiting on approval on and on 1000 dollars hotel Bill and 2 grand to fix this was like a 3500 dollar in motel and getting a starter and a set of battery if you pay the bills on your truck go enty ware but here just incredibly bad experiences this place will leave you crying broke and passed off that any place could be so missed managed dont have your truck towed here I will tell ever one I run into about this crappie hole
I checked in for a leveling valve replacementI asked the mechanic how long it would take and he said 1-1.5hThe job was done in 1.5h and they charged me for 2.5hWhen I asked why they charged me for 2.5 and it took only 1.5h they said they go by the book.After 10 seconds they changed the story they charged me 2.5 because they did a diagnostic. I told them before They started that I need this part changed and I don’t need a diagnostic. After I said that, they changed the story again and said that they didn’t charged me for diagnostic.Very disappointed
Took my truck here for a recall issue with no other problems, now they trying to charge me for a oil leak and a check engine code, the truck only have 9500 miles on it. these folks are a rip off if you ask me... nothing was wrong with my truck until i pulled it into they garage....
I had my truck towed into them from almost in South Carolina. My wife had hit a piece of heavy metal in the road and it took out the air lines. They got it on the 2nd of July. 3 weeks later the insurance guy reported to me that they had not took the pictures of the damage for him to ok repair. I called them and they said they did a couple days later the insurance guy called me and said there is no damage in the pictures. I got into my car and drove an hour to get there. I got the service person to look at it with me and she didn’t know where the damage was. I asked her where is the air tank that was damaged. She called a mechanic and told him to show me the air tank was located at. I almost blew a gasket! I said I know WHERE the air tank is what I don’t know is if it’s damaged why hasn’t the insurance guy got a picture of the damage. WOW three weeks into this! Well after that the shop manager got a mechanic to come out and take the picture. Finally! Then the job was authorized by the insurance guy. Ok then they sent the drive shaft to get worked on. And then to the body shop to have the bumper replaced. And now 8/20/2018 a month and a half after they first got the truck the sent me an email saying that I now had to pay 1,597.75. My deductible I told them was 1,000 dollars. They said for me to come and pay it and that is that. I asked them to resubmit it to the insurance company. ( THEY SAID NO ) for me to try and get the rest of the money from the insurance company. I was stunned! They should have only taken them 4 or 5 days tops to do a repair like this. If you take your truck to these incompetent people you deserve what happens.
