I went to the Bed Bath on Harlem in Forest Park today looking for something specific. Couldn’t find what I was looking for and asked an employee that was very busy stocking shelves. To my very pleasant surprise Pat not only helped me search for the item found out it was out of stock and actually ordered it for me with a smile and a positive attitude and no shrugging or making faces. As of late in these days and times this type of customer service is so rare I have to commend Pat for being there this is greatly appreciated I think she should be recognized. Thank you Pat for your patience and kindness !!

I can spend hours in this store. Clean, pretty well organized and stocked. Strange location though on Harlem, not many stop here (which selfishly I actually enjoy, especially during the pandemic).

Returned damaged merchandise I received in mail. It took forever, the cashier stated she needed an override from manager. Manager failed to show up after several pages. I states I was filing a complaint. Then cashier finally knows how to do even exchange. I use to love this location. Ive had enough

The staff at this Bed Bath and Beyond are unmatched! One needs only to appear Interested in an item and, “Viola,” someone is there providing you the specs, and details! There are some gems here that I was unable to find at the Chicago location. The accessibility of this location is also really convenient. There’s tons of parking just outside!

I love bed bath &beyond. I hope they never close this store.Great section of curtains, bath accessories, pillows. I bought a lot of my Christmas presents here.I buy all my kitchen items here, and a lot of friends and family members use BB&BFor their shower and wedding registry.

First of all, the staff has always been very courteous when Ive shopped here. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to find someone, but when you do, they are good about taking you to find what youre looking for and making sure that you get what you want. The store is fairly clean, but some areas are in a bit of disarray. Checkout is often slow as there are only a couple lanes open. They do try to open more lanes if there is a long line, but its good to have patience when checking out. They have good prices on most items and you can always get a 20% off coupon somewhere.

We moved to Florida 4 years ago. We flew in to see family and stopped by to pick up something. The place has really changed, the vibes are so different than before 😞

Went here to get storage bags they did not have them but girl looked on line she could not been any more helpful

Work at a Mental hospital and my unit has a lot of homeless Men. Their assorted room deodorizers are GREAT!!

Went there to buy a gift for my friends bridal showerz she was registered there and it was very hard to find the items on her list the description of otems was not so obvious, I was only able to find 4 items and not something I would gift. Large selection of items very organized and friendly staff, but the gift registry list is horrible lol!!!!

It used to be a nice store in a nice neighborhood but alot of these stores have been closing down sad but true. This store doesnt have a lot of good selections like they used to probably due to down sizing who knows. But the staff was very helpful and friendly

This store is a ripoff!!!I just wasted half an hour trip to BB&B wanting to buy a teapot, but little did I know that the prices for their inventory - made in China, is uncomfortably expensive!They had a few options that were not even that good to begin with, ranging from $40-$50 and up!So here’s what I’ll do:Open Amazons app, choose from a huge selection, save a bunch of money, and get it delivered tomorrow, so I won’t have to drive around in traffic and rain just so I can get scammed at stores like this.

They didnt have what I was looking for, very quiet store, hardly any traffic, although the store was neat and tidy .3 to 4 employees seen.

The lady that was checking me out today - decided to raid my items and asked me, wow you are buying a lot of dining table setup items, i hope you arent inviting a lot of people over. How dare you insinuate and judge me on the items I am purchasing. You need to mind your business and just scan my items. Do you ever realize, maybe I want to make my home beautiful and feel like home, even while I cant see my family cause of Covid? Think about that scenario before you judge what I purchase. Never again, they lost me as a customer.

Placed an online order. Drove 35 minutes in traffic to pick it up. When I got back home I received a call from the store notifying me they forgot to give me one of my items! Had to drive back and pick it up. I was very upset! But I should have checked before I left the store

I came in to the Forest Park location looking for a specific hamper. Youll want this one trust me! Its Home Logic 1.75 rolling hamper! I asked the 1st salesperson I saw, she told me no, no hampers on her side Id have to look over there, not helpful at all. I walked towards where she pointed but couldnt find it. I see another associate, Daryl, I ask where the hampers were, he walked me to them. I saw they didnt have the one I wanted at the store. Daryl walked me to a computer, ordered it for me after applying a 20% coupon. Happily surprised that shipping would only be 2.99. Daryl was kind, polite and accommodating. Theyd do well having more like him!🙂

I always find something I didnt know I needed. Those small tins of cookies were just what I didnt need 😋 They have filters for Zero Water pitchers, something not easily found.

Theres a new bathroom rug made by ugg and the feel of it, extremely amazing with an affordable price. Employees wipe down counter tops after each person goes through. The cart system outside needs organized placement.

It had everything I was looking for, (a drawer organizer for my socks, and a pizza cutter), it was easy to find, and there plenty of people around if I needed help. You must wear a mask to enter the store, they only allow 92 at a time in a huge store, and I saw them cleaning the credit card thingy after I used it.

This location has gotten better with its selection on Wamsutta hygro dual towels, they last a pretty long time, almost longer than most peoples marriages.

Today I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond on Harlem and Washington to get a food scale. I found one that was perfect for me and at a great price....so I thought. They had a few of the scales on the shelf for $12.99 but when the cashier rung it up; it came to $27. I told the cashier the price that it was under on the shelf. She even went to the section that it was in and saw it for herself. Turns out; it was in the wrong spot. The Cashier told her manager and asked if I could still get at the $12.99 price. The manager said no even though it was placed in the wrong spot. Sorry but that is not good customer service, this is the second time I have had an unpleasant experience there so at this point I will not be back! And I will tell all my friends and family to stop shopping there.

With the pandemic, I’ve only been able to communicate with this store via phone and let me tell you, the customer service that Karen provides is so WONDERFUL! Karen has been kind, patient and clear in helping me and I am incredibly grateful!

Did you know they have a complimentary wrapping station where you can wrap your purchase if it is a gift? I found 2 frames for wedding presents. One I purchased (and wrapped right there in the store) and the other I couldnt find in a box. It was the last one in the store. An associate asked if I was finding everything. This is very good customer service! When I asked about the box, he looked it up on his phone. He was able to order me one that will be delivered to my home in about a week. Thats amazing!

Great store! Its always fun coming here to see whats new in home essentials and decor. So much better than shopping on line. You can physically touch, see the items and judge the quality of a product that on-line viewing cant provide. The prices here are a little high, but their quality is far superior to a Target or other big box store. Only hope it can survive the shake-up in retail
