I absolutely love this company! I am a salon owner in upstate NY and we do not have any supply companies that are dependable in our area. I have been ordering from Trans Design Nail Supply for over 2 years now and they have great prices, fabulous customer service, and super fast delivery. Every item is packed with care to be sure nothing breaks or leaks . I highly recommend them.

This place is wonderful and the staff was awfully helpful. The store had everything and more. I felt like I was in a toy store. The prices where great. I will come back for sure and tell others.

Their prices has sky rocketed since the new Chinese law kicked in. I have purchased 3 different hand drills from them under warranty and they refused to honor the warranties today. I will never shop there again.

All of the staff are helpful, I love that they have everything you need to maintain and supply your business, and it’s not just nail supplies, I’ve seen eyelash, massage, and even hair supplies in this location!! I also love the location because I am a forest park resident!!!

This place is the worse! Wouldnt even give 1 star but Google will not allow. Every time I have shopped this place there has been an issue with something and the attitudes are the worse. Will never spend another red cent in this place.

Everyone is nice and helpful. They have SOME of the best prices. They are not open on Saturdays kind of a bummer but they are open all other days.They do press nail brushes.They have a tone of nail art!

Ive been ordering for 18 years since I became a nail tech. Prices have always been great and service has been phenomenal. Ive only had 1 order that didnt have what I ordered. 1 in 18 years is amazing in my book.

I have been in this store numerous times which is usually more welcoming then this visit. Maybe because i had my daughter with me, they watched us as if some one was stealing 😒 nope, just coming to buy what we came for 🙄

This is my second time here and a both times the guy with blond hair was super close to me asking me if I had a man which was super creepy. Other than that they have everything you need here. He just needs to relax and back up off customers.

Service is usually good and they are efficient and nice. BUT....They no longer sell to non licensed buyers. I am in nail school and they turned me away. I live 1.5 hrs away and used to always come here. now I have to order online and wait 5 days for products, or go all the way to the Gwinnett’ area another 1 hr drive and hope those stores are open. I will say it’s corona’s fault . But I’m gonna be licensed in about 2 months, that gotta mean something.

I absolutely love trans. Have been a customer for the past 5 years or so. Never have I ever had a bad experience. Friendly faces and great variety of everything NAILS, just like I love it! Majority of the team knows my face, so they rarely even ask for my license when I walk in to shop. Also, BEST PRICES AROUND!

Placed an order then got an email stating the LED light I ordered was out of stock, but they would ship rest of my order (around 25 gel polishes). Been eagerly awaiting shipment (new salon, lots of clients) only to find when I finally get it, they shipped regular polish instead of gel! Im furious! Cant wait to see how they screw me next!

If i could rate a ZERO i would. customer service is AWFUL. they don’t understand what we are trying to say. they won’t TRY to compromise with me. and they ARGUED with me. when i walked in they just looked at me and didn’t ask me anything or say hello. this showed that they had a LACK of social skills. the lady that i talked to was SO RUDE. at one point 3 people were talking and they STILL didn’t understand what i was trying to say. and they also LOOKED at me in a WEIRD way that made me feel UNCOMFORTABLE. i HIGHLY recommend for you to not come here. it is NOT a good environment to be in.

They have a wide range of products with al the colors and sizes you will need. My problem with the store was the customer service. When I asked for help, everyone kept passing me to the next associate or acted like they didn’t want to help. Unfortunately, we they saw me roaming around for a while, they would send someone over to me to keep an eye on me. Very short and rude with customers who were not me as well. I didn’t need a license to shop here.

This place literally has everything! Staff is friendly, especially if they speak English. The guys in the back are very fluent (the ones at the desks). Helen is super sweet! She and the other lady (I believe a manager) would always stop what they were doing to assist me. Im sad that I moved from Atlanta as this place is a nail supply gem. Great prices!

My work schedule conflicts with this stores hours. However, I needed new nail supplies asap because mines were running low and I wanted to check it out in person instead of ordering online. Since I worked no less than 10 minutes from here, I decided to head to Trans Design during my lunch break a few days ago. I wasnt sure what the specific items I wanted were called, just how they looked like (I know Im pathetic). I walked in and an employee asked me if I needed help with anything and I said no, thanks. So there I am, wandering around the store with my head high and my pride close for a few minutes before the employee (Linda, she said her name was) took mercy on me and asked me once again if I needed help with anything and I caved and said yes, please. She found me the exact items I was looking for(I still dont remember their terminology, god bless). Overall, this store was efficient in meeting my needs, provided great customer service, and fair pricing. Ill definitely come here from time to time when my schedule allows it!

Clean and neat facility with great customer service

Hello everyone 😊I give this place 3 stars. Why? Because although it’s a wide selection at a very reasonable price the customer service is off. They just stare you down....never ask you if you need help finding anything. The front cashier always seems to be annoyed by black people (i’ve Witnessed) and from experience including myself during checkout. It’s not bad to the point I wouldn’t want to shop here anymore but I know when I do come I like to hurry up and buy basically. Sad but true!

The manager was very rude and I was simply trying look for products and purchase. She approached me because I wasn’t dressed up. There were other customers that came in and never approached them, and never offered to search my name in the system to verify my client Id number. I will not be going back there not a pleasant experience.
