Good place for beauty supply and hair products.

First off change yall open times if yall not going to be open at the time thats on yall door and in Google. It is too cold outside for lies. I had waited 15 min in the cold after the supposed opening time and they still were closed. I ended up just leaving. This place will not last in this location.

Very overwhelming with stuff ever where. I couldnt shop to congested. They need a bigger place. Its funny, I guess the wife walk around or stand in the middle of the floor to watch people but it was not enough room for her to stand in the middle of the floor the customers had to shop around her & I guess its her husband he is not a pleasant person.

Wonderful place my second favorite. They have great products and are very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years. The owners are great people.

So I went in with a friend who needed to pick up an item or two. We noticed that they were watching us intently even though We both had on Work clothes and my friend had a smallShoulder bag. We were looking at packs of hair so it would of been VERY OBVIOUS if we were attempting to steal. As we were browsing I saw a few products I would like to buy. So I collected the items took it to the register and then told the clerk I would be back to purchase. I went and retrieved my wallet to finish my purchase. I provided the clerk with my credit card he asked if it was debit, I stated that’s fine and the young lady I was with asked me a question simultaneously so I responded to her next. The man rudely asked me again if it was debit. I stated yes that’s fine Again! He runs my card I enter my pin. So he does something and then says he needs to process the payment again. I’m like wait you’ve already processed the card, he proceeds to tell me I entered the wrong pin with an attitude 😒. The pin I’ve been using since I opened my bank account over 8 years ago. I said that’s not possible he becomes annoyed because I’m questioning him and trying to say it was my fault. My friend simply says well check your bank account. I proceed to do just that and the charge is showing. So I am trying to show him the purchase was reflecting on my acct so it did indeed go through. He is really frustrated now and begins to basically say a lot which to be honest I couldn’t truly understand but his attitude was negative as of as the patron of his establishment he doesn’t have to explain himself for why he is tryin to doubleCharge me. So I decide I don’t want to leave without the items just in case he has charged me twice. So I ask him so how would the refund work ( due to I don’t even live in this area) he is still going off. I’m like the least you could do is be apologetic about the confusion which is obviously HIS FAULT. He begins to scream and argue that he did apologize and he is human he can make mistake. Which makes his wife come up finally to defuse the situation. I had to write this review because these establishments are in OUR COMMUNITY and don’t feel the need to treat us like they would treat other people with simple courtesy. If there was an error just apologize for the inconvenience because a 25 dollar charge is now 50 and you don’t know what is going on with me as the customers account.

They dont have many options that I like to use. I have gone many times but rarely find anything I really like.

I love Jeni and her husband, they show appreciation when you shop at their store!!!
