The only place we take our cars to be serviced. Since finding this place almost 5 years ago, weve never taken our cars anywhere else. Mr. Lee knows exactly what hes doing. Not to mention, he doesnt try to cheat you like other shops telling you one thing is wrong and its not. I really appreciate the honesty and great work.

I failed my emissions testing, Mr. Lee tried his hardest to help me. But referred me to the dealership. The customers where a pleasure to hear them this will be my mechanic after I get my emmssion passed

Im 54 years old and have had many cars in my lifetime. When it comes to my cars, I dont trust easily, they have to earn my trust. So believe me when I tell you...they are GOOD! I have been bringing my cars to them for about 5 years... and I dont see them much, either. They are very professional. Mr. Lee the owner is very helpful. He takes his time to answer your questions. If there is a problem or something youre not happy about...he will fix the problem in a hurry. They are always crazy busy, so be prepared to leave your car for a day or two.

I am blessed that I followed my inner voice leading me to pull into this business, after I left another auto body establishment not a stones throw from their lot. They shall go unnamed. Thank you. Somehow, I just knew, deep down, that Ve-Tech would be able to help me. I have an older car that much needed a tune up. To me, it seemed a fairly easy undertaking, though I know next to nothing about cars and what goes on under their hoods; however, the other business said the job would be over a grand.Whaaat? My mind was boggled. Slowly, I pulled out of the lot and turned right. There was the Ve-Tech sign, gleaming sunshine yellow, like my car.I parked and entered the spacious waiting area, noticed the sociable pool table and, most importantly, the blazing orange-red heater. Did I say it was C O L D that February morning? The pretty little amicable receptionist took my information and I handed my keys over to a capable-looking, stern-faced mechanic. I sat on one of two sofas, cuddled up to the heater and proceeded to pass a few hours, as the services were going to take a while. Well, imagine my horror when I fished in my cute red purse for my credit card! Id left it at home. With my heart in my heels, I threatened to topple to the slick linoleum as I dashed to the desk to request my keys. There was nothing else to be done. I had to go home right then.The gentleman mechanic gave me a curious look without uttering one word. I didnt want to pause to guess what he might have been thinking. I tore out of the parking lot on two wheels and barreled towards home, where I snatched my card and slapped that car in reverse and was back at Ve-Tech before anyone could say, Was that a crazy lady or what?In less than 20 minutes I was back to making butt prints in the sofa, fighting hard not to fall asleep and wooing more heat from that friendly heater, while peeping at incoming customers out of one opened eye for surveillanceI was insanely happy after the service was complete! The price was a Godsend and I was ecstatically elated!God bless Ve-Tech Auto Repair & Body! I might be walking and thumbing now if it werent for them!!!

Wouldnt recommend. Went here to have headlights installed and they flat out lied about the work that needed to be done in order to inflate the price. Told me that Id have to rewire my entire car for plug and play headlights. Had it done elsewhere for $300 less than they tried to charge me. If they cant replace simple headlights then I definitely wouldnt trust them with anything major.

I went for an oil change. My oil pan drain plug was stripped, and I dont think the oil was even changed. I went back to them asking about the plug being stripped. I was just told it was stripped, and theres nothing they could do besides change the pan. When I changed the drain pan out completely myself, due to the drain plug being stripped out, the oil was still dark and very black. I would never go back again.

They do pretty good work, Ive had them change my spark plugs in my Kia optima (once before) and theyve had pretty decent rates (my brother gets his oil changed frequently there). (Some things are a little pricey)..depends on what you want.

Went to autozone and got the breaks from there. we went to ve Tech and they said that ill be 150 to change the brakes and the rotors. The guy said the brakes we bought wont fit which is weird because we checked them. We ended up getting the brakes they had and rotors fixed for the price. not even 2 months later the brakes and the rotors are messed up. mind you they told us that they couldnt use the brakes from auto zone and so they pretty much ripped us off just so they can get extra money so that way we can come back and fix it again. do not I repeat do not ever go to v Tech ever. they are scammers and theyre not loyal to their word.

This is the best mechanic shop ever...I have been using them for more than 5 years, including an engine replacement...Twice i have taken my car & I thought I was about to have to spend money & they honestly told me that it was nothing wrong that they needed to charge for...How awesome is that!!

I went here against my intuition so thats on me. Literally in December of 2017 I took my car to tires plus paid for a full inspection and after they told me everything that needed to be done I paid for them to do it. This was oil changes, flushes tires brakes etc. I was going out of town on a long road trip and didnt want any problems. So fast forward I need an oil change my 3k miles are up, my friend says the pull changes here are $24. Im like hmm I usually take out to h tires plus or Walmart by $24, i guess. We take our cars here. After I leave Im good we hang out maybe a week later... My Spidey senses tell me... Look under your car. My baby is leaking oil. I see the stations in my driveway. Oh hell no. The next opportunity I get to take my car to Tires plus to get another inspection. They say its leaking from the plug. I take it back by to Ve-Tech they say my oil pain gasket is cracked and thats where its leaking from nit the plug. And in order to fix it I would have to pay $179 to replace the gasket and another $24 for new oil. ......... You know Im pissed right.

This has been the absolute WORST experience Ive EVER HAD!!! Communication sucks, Time sensitivity sucks, just everything SUCKS. Ive been told 3 date my car will be finished and every time I call in to inquire or come pick it up im told itll be done next week .. ohh no itll be done tomorrow. IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB LET ME KNOW, SO YOU NOT HOLDING ON TO MY CAR. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use Vtech. Also its taking the 2 weeks to put my engine in & at initial consultation he told me exactly 2 days.

I go here to get my oil change every 5000 miles and never have to wait longer than 30 minutes. They get you in and out pretty fast with oil changes verses going to a dealership waiting for hours.

They stole my alternator n got my warranty to pay them for parts they didnt but my car never got a full diagnostic so it was never completely fixed and then when i brought it back to give them a second chance to fix what they started they sabotaged my car it was smoking and they took off my serpentine belt but never did my diagnostic saying it would take a few days so they went into my car and never did what was needed to be done i had no lights showing on my car until after i took it back from them please people DO NOT GO HERE EVER

They fixed several cars both domestic and foreign cars. They are my Land Rover running and thats a hard job.

Proceed with Caution !!! everybody you talk to gives different price... I was told $150 by one person and $80 by another for diagnostic test and that fee will not go towards repairs...WHAT are you serious
