I could not be happier with the service I received from Certified Auto Repair! I took my car in because my engine began to misfire and felt like it was going to give out every few miles I drove. My check engine light came on and I wanted to find a shop that I could trust to get the job done for an affordable price. I saw the great reviews online and brought my car in the next day. Upon arriving at the repair shop, I noticed that it was completely packed. I went on a Wednesday morning and there were already 12 cars ahead of me. When I explained the problem to the mechanic at the front desk, he immediately knew what was wrong and took down my information. He let me know it may take a while to look at the car because they were very, busy but I was in no rush, so I left the car with him and caught a ride home while the car was in the shop. I was extremely surprised when he called me 1 hour later to tell me what the issue was and asked me if I wanted them to work on it. Long story short, in no less than 3 hours my car had been fixed for an AMAZING price and I was driving my car back home the same day. I cannot thank them enough. They were extremely professional, diligent and made sure my car was up and running promptly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your car repair needs. You wont be disappointed.

I bought a 2007 VW Jetta from Mike on 5/28/20 that was advertised as “Reliable”. He informed me that emissions are valid and the title is clean. HOWEVER, within 24 hours of purchasing this vehicle I was driving on the highway and the steering wheel locked up on me. Scariest moment of my life & I am so thankful my infant daughter was not in the car with me. I immediately called to let him know this (as it did it twice) and all I requested was a PARTIAL refund. I was willing to let him keep some of the money I paid even though it had only been 24 HOURS and this “business man” refuses to understand or work with me. I am currently having to undergo legal matters and I didn’t even want to. Please DO NOT give this guy your hard earned money. His vehicles are NOT SAFE. I will post reviews every week because this is not okay and you don’t do people like this so I hope I help someone.

These guy are super honest I thought my stirring pump went out, but was just an old belt they replaced it and just changed me 75 buck!!!!!

I had my AC compressor replaced a few months back and wanted to wait for the review to ensure the repairs held steady and it did!! They were great, honest, and affordable. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated but was an overall great experience. My AC is now ice cold.

Hard to get your car looked at, no real appointments. Hell tell you bring it early in the morning but then theres a 50/50 chance there are people already waiting. When he is able to look at your car he is honest and trustworthy.

This is a great shop, its 1st come 1st serve, so get there early or during a off time, they do get traffic. I was actually scheduled to go somewhere else, but came here and im happy I did, because this isnt a lackadaisical shop, these people are in there working hard on cars and I know because I mostly service my own car. I had them replace my struts, because Id rather not do such a hefty job myself, sledge hammer nd all. I took a peek while the guy was doing it. The mechanic was in there getting the job done! They got me out of there in more than reasonable time, as I waited. And, then at the end the prices were even better than I thought! Great prices and great quality! These are some of the most honest auto mechanics you will ever meet. I went in for a oil change, brake, and starter job. When I came to pick my car up it was running like new but I heard a knocking noise. The mechanic told me how to prevent it from happening and to ride and not spend the $150 until it was necessary which meant my heat and/or air didn’t work. I appreciated that because I surely didn’t want to pay on top of all that had been done. It’s been 2 years and I haven’t had to fix it yet. It’s a minor issue but I’m glad he didn’t try to hit me over he head!

This man did my alternator i just had to leave my car because he had so many other people in front of me but it was fine buut he does a great job i will continue to go to him only him if i need him.

A friend I met in college turned me on to them in 2000. I have been using them since. No problems what so ever. The only knock is that because theyre so good, they are always crowded so you may wait a while for your car. But that how it goes when something is good and priced fair, everyone wants to use them.

I went over there to get some transmission work done, but the guy was very unprofessional and a jerk. He was not interested in my business at all. I was willing to leave my truck for a couple of days, and I didnt even get that far. I DONT RECOMMEND and after I told my friend that recommended Certified Auto she wont be taking her vehicles back there either. I really hope that Karma visit this shop soon!

My husband and I purchased a car from Chien Auto Sales on March 1,2017. Eddie was the salesperson who sold us the car. He told us that the car was in good condition and there was nothing wrong with the car. The check engine light came on immediately when I turn on the engine. I asked Eddie what the problem was and he said that he would check. He came back, said it was a bad sensor and that everything was ok.....One week after purchasing the car the light came back on and off again, so we took it to an another repair shop--just to get a second opinion. The mechanic told us that the radiator had been replaced along with a head gasket. He warned us that this particular model car had an issue with overheating and replacing these parts may or may not fix the problem. It was a few short weeks later when my son called, said the car was smoking and he was broken down on the highway. I had the car towed to Certified Auto Repair/Chien Auto Sales. My husband and I spoke with the mechanic, he told us he would look at the car and get back to us. One hour later Eddie calls us on the phone, to ask what was wrong with the car. He said he would check it out and get back with us. He called back told us that the head gasket was blown and the timing belt needed to be replaced, but he would contact the manager of the business for a second opinion--get back with us in the morning. Eddie never called back, my husband called him and he sent us a text stating that it was cheaper to replace the motor, than the gasket and timing belt. He pretending like he did not know anything about this problem before selling us the car. We ask to speak to the owner of the business, he told us that he was out of the office. I decided that there was no way I would trust them to do this major repair; you wont deceive me twice! BUYER BEWARE, if you are going to buy a car from this business, do your homework and dont give Eddie any money until you have the car look at! He is a smooth talker, with a answer for everything and very good at hiding problems by rigging these up, until he makes the sale!

Always fair and honest never had a bad experience

Went in for oil leak, they claim they fixed it, car still smoking under hood Pong said its because the oil is burning off, took car back he said I have 2 more leaks, to wait until his crew comes back from vacation in Vietnamese. This means Im waiting 3 more weeks to have car fixed. I asked could he refer me to someone else, he said no, they wouldnt do a good job, its okay to drive the car, abs bring it back on July 1st when all his staff would be back, well its July 1st and I call Pong, be said theyre busy, dont have room, or time to work on my car, so be hag me to wait 3wks and now they still cant work on my car, Im very disappointed and will not recommend, nor go back there again.Also, on the 1st time I dropped my car off, he said 2 days which turned into a week, and they worked on my car the day before I picked it up, sloppy, and rushed work even though the had my car a week.
