If I could give no stars I would. Had my rim for almost a week and then fed me some bs about having to have brain surgery the day I came to get the rim. Will never recommend

(I wasnt sure which page to put the review since the name changed, so I am posting on both....)I love this place, it is always a good experience. The staff is very friendly and the quality of work is excellent. After letting my son drive my car for the weekend, my wheels scuffed pretty bad. ICE made sure they looked just like new. Thanks ICE. I will definitely be back in the future.

They repaired my rim in 2 days so they are good but they dont like to answer the phone, so you have to catch them when you can.

Claimed my car was hit in the parking lot, but I could tell they back in to something becuase car had no paint transfers. Told me to claim it on my insurance becuase he had no business insurance. Thats should tell you a lot BEWARE. I didnt have the time to sue for damages just got it fixed myself.

Go here for all your wheel repair needs. I had a crack in one of my wheels on my S550. They were able to get it back to me in the same day! I used to venture all the way to the north side of Atlanta to get my wheels fixed, but this place beats them on time and money. Highly recommended!!!

Vary knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Prices were good for my 22 in rims. Place can use better seating and a customer waiting area. Friendly lady at the front desk.

I arrived to the location at 9:45 knowing they open up at 10:00. They didnt actually show up to the shop until like 10:15. I asked for a simple tire balance and rotation. I paid for the services up front and waited almost an hour for my truck. I had no issue with that, my issue was when they pulled my truck around I noticed my tired had never been rotated. I had a scuff on on of my rear rims and it was still in the same spot. However they took my truck back and rotated the tires but no without making it seem as if I was the one lying about the situation.

The front desk staff could be friendlier. However, the work on my rims was exceptional. ..I was very pleased with the results.

They did a great job repairing a crack rim on my wife 2014 cla250 very pleased with them I recommend ICE if anyone who need them for any rim reair

I would never go here again. Honestly, its sad that we cant do business with our own kind. Supposedly, I was getting a cracked rim repair and whomever did it just put hot glue on it without fixing it. I caught a flat and luckily was next to a tire place. They showed it to me and told me to take it back and whomever did it basically jugged me. I took it back to them and they fixed the main problem (inside) but the outside of the rim still had a crack. They didnt do it correctly still. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody and i forgot, its no warranty or refunds. Dont do it.

This is the worst place to go for wheel repair, i had a slow leak in my front passage wheel, the wheel repair manager took the wrong wheel off, he took my front driver wheel off which i had no problems with and told me that it had a crack in the wheel and it will cost me 125.00, he drives my car to the front and i tell him, man thats the wrong wheel!, he starts to look stupid! This manager of the wheels guy is a complete liar!!! I tell him to put my rim back on and i will never do business at this place again. Please everyone stay away from this place, these guys will rob you of your money. This place needs to be shut down and burnt to the ground!!!

Stopped in after work and they helped me out, didn’t have any change on me to stop at a gas station to get air in my tire and the nice people here allowed me to use their compressor and put air in my tire.
