I came in for a manual transmission fluid and they didnt have it in stock or they just didnt carry it. I needed it, its an essential oil for my car. I was a bit disappointed but oh well. I dont think Ill shop here for car parts or essentials anymore because from what it looks like they dont have much for manual cars and that is what I drive.

Needed mass air flow cleaner & NAPA were the only ones that had it. Every place I went to was OUT OF STOCK.

This store is awesome sauce! Guys are knowledgeable and if not in stock, ordering is not a problem, next day delivery! I would go her first before the others! If you have deep pockets, dealer is the other option.

They just lied to us telling us that the parts would be there around 10 am the next day. Today we were at the store twice, waiting for the parts (fuel injectors) just to be told to come back until 3 when the third truck comes in...if it does! customer service was bad, even when we had the part in hand they didnt make an effort to look it up when the computer gave the guy the supposed parts that were clearly not the right ones according to the picture. We had to pretty much force the person to look it up in the images until WE found the right one!Maybe it was because it almost closing time, but we were willing to pay extra for the parts if they were there next day.

Napa is the only place who needs to catch up with the times everyone is paperless everyone should have a system to keep all their customers under. They have absolutely no way to look you up if you have warranty on a part that you buy from them if you do not keep the receipt. You might as well start buying your parts at the flea market instead of going to Napa.

The store had what i needed but i had tried to call prior to going down there and nobody answered the phones. They were standing around when i went in. Fluid products were all mixed together on the shelves so i had to search for what i needed. The item in the front of the shelf was not the same as what was behind it.

I will definitely bring my buisness here from now on ! No more having to deal with autozone & smart ass employees. Napa is the best !

The staff will help you get the parts you need and will call their different DCs to get the parts the same day. A bit more pricey than autozone or pep boys, but you get the right part the first time with a better warranty and a superior product.

Terrible customer service. I was ignored almost as if invisable, very frustrating. Hopefully they will get training on custoner service soon or else everyone will just shop online.

Very unprofessional I had to wait in line for 25 minutes before getting help. Only one person attending customers one person also waiting at the cash register for more time than me. Also I ordered a parts for same day only got one. They forgot the other one at the warehouse. Next day Sam 25 min wait one person helping .

Didnt like this place at all I went in and the clerk accused me of stealing and all I did was walk in and walk right to the counter to return something had a very bad experience I will never go back I didnt have a receipt I was told if you dont have a receipt how do I know you didnt steal it so I went home and found my receipt and return the stuff and told them I will never be back
