Unfortunately I havent had the opportunity to buy a vehicle here yet. My review is for service. If youre a good vehicle owner, and care about the longevity of your vehicle, make yourself an appointment with Philip on the service drive and hell take care of you. Hes a nice guy with no nonsense and always lets me know whats good for me. Anything thats under warranty he gets it taken care of and he only ever recommends things that he would do to his own car in my opinion. Have an appointment, dont be rude if you dont have one trust me youre not that guy. Dont be that guy. Have an appointment be a good person be good to your car, these These are nice people it looking out for you and they want your car to keep running.

Leon could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We went to Fontana Nissan, where we had leased out Rogue 3 years ago, to get an oil change and inquire about end-of lease options. Leon agreed our best bet was to buy the car we have and like, because a computer chip shortage has caused a shortage in available used cars--and the dealership had none with all wheel drive on their lot. In the time it took to get the cars 30,000 mile checkup, all the paperwork was completed and we drove home to Lake Arrowhead with OUR car (well, ours and the banks) and saved that final lease payment we would have had in August. Thanks Leon and MJ, the finance man.

The variety is good. Please be aware that most vehicles have the additional tracking system put on them. Even if you neglect to not buy it the original wires have already been spliced and manipulated. Almost every dealership does this now. I don’t know about everyone but if I buy a new vehicle I expect it to be new with nothing cut under my steering column and kick panel. Best of luck people.

Customer service at the Service Department was friendly and professional. I didnt make an appointment for my oil change and they still serviced my car fast. You have the option to pay for services online once they send you a text message with the total which is great when you want to minimize contact with others. Overall Im normally happy when I pick up my car from getting serviced at this location.

The only really benefit I found was that its not as busy as Montclair where I purchased my car with regards to the service dept. That said, if I buy another Nissan soon it will probably be there. The Montclair Nissan felt a little sketchy in the dealings.
Herman did an excellent job on my vehicle and I would recommend him. Herman had his mask on every time communicating with me. However, I have advice for others who work in the service department: When speaking to a customer please have your mask on and if not move six feet apart. I didn’t feel comfortable and will sadly not be returning until further notice. That is very unprofessional especially at this time.

My manufactured tint had bubbles. It was redone by dealer.. Still Has bubbles. My seats look extremely used. My radio volume doesnt higher. My driver side windshield dosent Work. My tires kept losing Air first week Home.. Ugh! Should customers be Sold the same Car that everyone Test Drives? Their Cars used & abused..Ive Only had my Car a few Months. Inc: it has all kinds of Safety Recalls. Does this mean I bought a Lemon? Or just a used for test drives To many times Car?🤷♀️

I recently took my Rogue to get serviced and my service advisor Herman did the best he can to ensure my vehicle got what it needed and explained to me the possible wait time . I felt safe while taking my vehicle to get serviced. Herman was wearing a mask and gloves, which made me feel comfortable in these unsettling times. There was protective plexiglass between Herman and I while I met with him at his desk. I understand the wait time isnt going to be speedy, but my vehicle is always taken care of right at Nissan so its worth the wait. Like everywhere during this pandemic, you just have to be more understanding that people in general are doing the best they can and wait times are going to be longer anywhere you go.

I was looking for a car for my daughter’s birthday and I was immediately helped by Leon Danayan. I have been through the car buying experience many times and this was the fastest and most efficient experience I ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I was not expecting to find what I was looking for on the the first dealership location I visited. I planned on going to all of the dealerships on the street to view their inventory. It was nice to test drive the vehicles alone and Leon and the Fontana Nissan team allowed me to drive the car that I selected to pickup my husband so that he could see and feel the drive of the vehicle. The finance process was surprisingly fast even though I didn’t have any of the documents with me to supply them to finance company. They allowed me to use a computer to print out the necessary documents and email the others that I had at home. Everyone I encountered on the lot was extremely friendly.Thank you Leon and the Fontana Nissan team for making my daughter’s 17th birthday amazing. She absolutely loves her Nissan Kick.

Worst Nissan service provider!!! Called to make an appointment for maintenance, told the waiting time was around 1 hr and 45 mins. However, upon arrival the waiting time was more than 3 and half hrs. Not including the 30 mins waiting for a service rep. come out to talk to us. So why would you take appointment? Why didn’t you say its on a first-come-first-served basis? DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS, COME AS EARLY AS YOU CAN AND KEEP THAT IN MIND, YOU MAY FIRST WAIT INSIDE YOUR CAR FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS, THEN WAIT FOR THE SERVICE TO BE COMPLETED FOR ANOTHER 3-4 HRS. APPOINTMENT WAS A JOKE!
I scheduled my appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I was told that if I have my warranty, I would not get charged for the minor things that needed to get done. Today at my appointment, I was told that my Nissan warranty wouldn’t be accepted there because I didn’t purchase my vehicle at that dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I bought the extended warranty which would cover me at all Nissan dealerships. I went out of my way and drove to the Metro Nissan in Redlands, even though I live in Rancho Cucamonga, in which they were surprised Fontana Nissan told me they wouldn’t accept my warranty. Fontana Nissan was going to charge me $145 for a diagnosis fee and $80 for another fee. I would give this dealership zero stars, but that’s not an option here.
Berenice was the associate who helped us out and let me tell you there is no one that I would recommend than her. She listened to what we were looking for, she showed us options and best of all she treated us like friends. She took her time showing us different years of vehicles and even with covid going on, she made the process as normal as possible! She gave us space to look around and answered all of our questions. When it came down to deciding she helped us as explained that process as it was going. Inside the dealership, it is clean and comfortable. We met the general manager Frank, who let me tell you has the best customer service and is sincere! He truly cares for you as a person and makes you feel welcomes. We came home with a 2019 Nissan Rouge and I will recommend Fontana Nissan to all my friends and family! Will definitely go back there and only there!

Worst service I ever had.. i own a used car dealer and if this was my service I rather close.. they charge me for nothing check engine light was on and pay for sensor 600 and them light back on again they give me no warranty took the car back.. want me to charge 500 for O2 sensor.. prices are ridiculous.. thanks for nothing.. well for takin my money
