By far the most pleasant experience i’ve had at The UPS Store. Erin’s customer service is out of this world. I’ve been in this location a handful of times and this was my first run-in with Erin. I don’t think I can say enough good things about her, very positive attitude!
Excellent customer service by the girls! The store had a line almost out the door and they were very fast and efficient. I had no clue how to do my amazon return and they were nice enough to walk me through it. Thank you for the help, definitely will be returning here!

Exceptional customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff provided me with the answers to my shipping questions and made helpful suggestions to ensure a safe, insured delivery. They even assisted me with getting my large package through the door!
I came into the store and the three girls, Cassie Erin and Lindsey are so helpful. I love coming in and seeing them there, always smiling and so happy to help everyone. They are very knowledgeable and are able to get people in and out quickly. Thank you UPS!
Very very rude customer service by Cassie. This is the 3rd time Iv been in here and she has been working and is not a kind person. She rolls her eyes and acts as if her job is the worst job possible. When working somewhere where you deal with PEOPLE on a regular basis you need to have good customer service skills and she does NOT under any circumstances. I get people have bad days but this is the 3rd time Iv had to deal with her attitude and that is NOT acceptable. I will be using other services in the future if that’s what I have to deal with by going to this location.
I send out packages from this location all the time. Never had any problems!

Terrible customer service. Needed notary services. The gal obviously isnt educated enough to understand customer service. She was unbelievably rude, gave no eye contact was grabby when attaining our identification. Come on FDL UPS, you can do better!
Usually I have a good experience here but today the young lady had a horrible disposition. Didn’t want to do her job. Slamming papers on the desk, rolling her eyes if you don’t want to work find another job. UPS needs to hire ppl that actually want to work.
They will make you buy a box for Amazon returns when the item is already in a box and in the past they have packed returns up with no questions or purchase required.
Terrible. if i could give it ZERO stars i would. I was told they didnt have a special license to ship SPENT BRASS.Ammunition is ORM-D -No special permit required(just got some today via UPS!)Primers(which i had) are HAZMAT. They didnt even look past the bags of spent brass.Wouldnt accept an explaination of what they were after they asked.I would avoid this place-they dont even know their own rules, and just blow you off when you toss spent casings on the counter.

I drove 45 minutes to this location and they actually close at 3 oclock, NOT 4 oclock like Google says. This location needs to notify Google that its wrong.
The customer service at this particular store is atrocious. I called to ask a simple question, I was immediately put on hold by Rude employee for over 15 minutes. And then I was disconnected. I recalled and the employees further proved their incompetence in stationary and shipping, needless to say I was quite displeased. I do not recommend this business.
