Jeff is a fantastic help. Just went online to see the cost of a cartridge for a printer we were going to buy, and he was nice enough to call me and let me know that printer wasnt working for others. Great attention to your customers, I really appreciate it. In the past, we had issue with the cartridge in our current printer, and they delivered a replacement one that very day. thank you for all of your assistance, attention and cooperation!

Have had to exchange or had problems with more cartridges than not. Price is good but might not be worth the hassle of cartridges not working correctly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy ink here. When cartridge doesnt work, they dont stand behind their product. I called and they looked up my account and was told as long as the ink cartridge weighed full, they would exchange it. I went in the next day, they weighed and said it was full, but refused to exchange. They also were very rude.
