They had to perform several tests to figure out why the check engine light was in. It was for low emissions. After checking out multiple issues, it was determined that the. Fuel tank was faulty and needed to be replaced. They replaced it and it has been working beautifully ever since.

I am a fan of Nissan of Folsom and a majority of that praise is because of my service advisor, Chris Bishop. He has always taken care of my vehicle and has given nothing but outstanding customer service. They have always given me what I need and I never feel pressured. Their ability to communicate via text makes things so easy. I am able to view my MPI, approve or decline recommended repairs, and pay for the service before I even get to the dealership. Love Nissan, love Chris!

Went to get my transmission serviced and ended up getting a new transmission.All 100% covered under my warranty...did not cost a penny.They offered me an Alantra rental while my Van was getting fixed, which by the way, only took one week.Everyone there was very friendly, and the shop is very well manned and organized.I was impressed with this service and will be bringing my business here from now on.Such smooth vehicles.Nissan knows how to make vehicles and keep customers.

Chris, the service manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative along the way. I had to leave my car and he was able to provide a loaner car so I could work and go about my day. He and the team there are AMAZING!! I don’t feel like that are trying to trick me into unnecessary repairs. I’ve never owned a Nissan but I’m so glad that I purchased from here because these guys are top notch!😁😁😁

My experience with this Nissan dealership is that it is outstanding in terms of service, workmanship, communication, “extras” (like the Lyft service available to A location once the car is dropped off and from the location back to the car when it’s finished, and a free quick quack car wash voucher) and fair pricing. It is by far the best Nissan dealership I have encountered since I’ve owned a Nissan.Thank you Future Nissan Folsom for all that you do!

My Service Advisor was a true professional!He was caring and had an extreme attention to detail. He even emailed my bill which I was able to pay ahead of time. Picking up my vehicle was so fast, he explained what repairs were done and I was on my way. No cashier to see and spend more time out of my busy day, really appreciated that. Kudos to Aaron Kuper.

As part of my oil change, they noticed A coolant leak from my head gaskets. They fixed my car is several days. They even finished earlier than what was promised. Aaron, my service person was great. He set me up with a rental car and explained the major repair process. So glad i brought my car to Future Nissan for an oil change where they discovered my head gasket leaks.

I took my car in to get a safety recall reflash of my ECM. It was done within 24 hours of when I called to make an appointment. They gave me a quote for what I asked for, and did the work requested, and at the same time did what I requested, and were friendly, and fast and accommodating.

I’ve been doing business with Future Nissan for 9 years. Always treated fairly and got some great deals on new cars. The service advisors are very professional. My only problem I have and it’s always been is the fact it takes 2 hrs for an oil change. I realize they do an inspection of the vehicle and that takes time. 2 hrs is a bit much but overall they do a great job.

I dont really post reviews, but this ones worth the time. I called here to get some help with some recalls. Aaron was the person that helped me, he was kind and patient with my questions. I have never been to a dealership and I was afraid that I would be charged an arm and a leg. Had no idea that recalls dont cost. Aaron explained exactly what they planned to do and made an appointment for me to come in. It was easy and no hassle. Dropped off my truck, went through what the plan was, got a call when it was done! Thank you!!

Addison Hussey,the representative at Nissan was so helpful. My alert lights appeared while I was driving indicating a red flag of a very low tirepressure which was dropping quickly. I was able to contact him,statingmy situation. I was able to have the tire replaced because of the situation.Lyft was provided to me so the rest of my other commitments could take place. I was helped by Nicole in the service department and she went above and beyond all expectations. I brought the car in for a oil change and diagnostic on the transmission. She let me know the transmission was bad and put me in a rental until it was replaced. Her customer service was excellent.

Customer service was great, but as usual in a dealerships they try to rip you off, at 19k miles they try to sell me break fluid requiered replacement and a few other services when the user manual says 30k. Did not match Roosevelt future coupon arguing the lack of express service then a saw a express service banner on their window. And playing $140 for oil change and tire rotation seems excessive, I usually own new cars and never paid that much. Just the feeling that they are not honest is not good.

The person that originally helped me buy the car was the one that recommended me coming in what are concerned I had. Had quest looked since brake light was on and found out that rear discs needed replacing. I appreciate the honesty of service dept. They indicated that the front axle boot was leaking grease and informed me of cost. I like that they will show you pictures of the damaged and worn parts. Sure the cost is most likely going to be higher at the dealer but I feel it’s a small price to pay for peace of mind. Thanks Folsom Nissan.

We took our NIssan NV200 reefer unit to them as it was stalling out and it was brand new sub 5k miles. They diagnosed what the problems could be and referred us along with Emerald transportation solutions to where we could get it fixed. They didnt charge us for their time on the problem. We are a non profit which provides meals to the elderly within the Sacramento community, so that was greatly appreciated.
