I had three companies come to make bids. Steve Penn from Cincinnati Door and Window gave the most thorough presentation, their product was of high quality, and the cost was very fair. The decision was obvious. A few weeks later, their installer, Cody arrived. He was outstanding as well, and the door looks spectacular! I highly recommend Cincinnati Door and Window.

Garage door installation went smooth and seems to be high quality. I had to wait 8 weeks due to supply issues which isn’t their fault. The only thing I would have liked is better communication once the doors were in stock.

They arrived on the early end of their estimate which was perfect! Work was done very quickly and fixed my issue completely. Very reasonable pricing, the guy didnt try and upsell me on anything and advised me on how to keep up with maintenance for the future. Will absolutely be calling for any future repair needs

Cincinnati Door and Window put in garage door during the closing of our new home. Within a few months the garage door had broken the spring and come off the track. Called Cincinnati door and they told us since it was the previous owners that technically installed it we weren’t covered under the warranty. As a show of good customer service, they sent a technician anyways. He said whoever did the installation didn’t install it correctly. He put the door back on the track, new spring, and fixed a gap that developed. He explains that the first person should have said we needed a new opener because ours was too strong for such a light door. That was what was causing it to pull sideways. He looks up the previous technician and it was him. All visits have been the same guy. Should have known better. Few more weeks and door breaks again. Fed up with this company, we call Precision Door company. They immediately instruct that a door opener will not affect how a door pulls to the side. They go on to show us missing brackets that were never installed, bent tack, bad spring, door panels rubbing metal on metal, the list continues. They offer to fix the door, frame, and whatever else we want. Give us estimates on fixing previous structure or whole new setup. I am thrilled with Precision Door. This is my first review ever written on google. Cincinnati Door and Window may not be a terrible company but this technician should be found and appropriate action taken to make sure he doesn’t cost other customers their hard earned money.

Its always stressful when something on the house breaks and in my case it was no different--on my way out the door to go to work overnight and my garage door opener broke meaning it was going to be Saturday morning before I could have someone out. That someone turned out to be Nate from Cincinnati Door & Window who was knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. A night of worry turned out to be for nothing as Nate was able to fix the old unit in place without too much trouble. Its great when you get professional service done well for a good price but its even better when you get it on a weekend on short notice and thats what happened for me. As stressful as something breaking can be its equally reassuring to have someone you know you can trust to call when it does happen,

My garage door was not closing properly, the technician Rick came and adjusted the springs and tightened the rollers.I called Cincinnati Door first thing in the morning they said they would be out that day between 12-3 and would call 30 minutes ahead of time. They called around 1:30 and were at my house by 2. Rick quickly saw what the issues were with my door. You could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was fixed and working great, and it only took him about 45 minutes to complete the job, I definitely recommend Cincinnati Door.

They fixed the chain by tightening it; programmed key pad and remote. The technician, Ricky, arrived promptly and called ahead to give me a time frame. He was very courteous and corrected the problem with the garage door chain quickly. He also tuned up both doors and programmed my garage key pad. Then he was able to homelink my car to the garage door opener for both garage doors. Highly recommend. Would use again!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions on. I have an old wooden garage door and he explained most parts are no longer available, but with observance I should be able to keep the door for a long time without having to replace it.

The Technician, Jeff was here at 12:45 and finished by 1:30. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire process. Door is working great now. Would highly recommend!!

The service was fine. They contacted me the next day after I sent an email the night before. They were on-time for the appointment. They cleaned up when they were done.

The door was damaged on Monday when my son backed into it. They came out Tuesday to provide a quote, the price seemed fair so we scheduled to replace the door on Thursday. They showed up on-time on Thursday and replaced the door. No hassles, great job!

The salesman was polite and professional and di a good job of suggesting a door that matched our needs. He was able to answer all questions and show samples to illustrate color and construction. The company was running $300.00 off pronotion, so we thought the cost was very reasonable. for a new garage door. The installers (2) were friendly and did a fine job of removing the old door and hardware and installing the new door, including carefully caulking the new outside trim. We kept our existing electric door opener, which they reconnected and serviced. The new door seals much more tightly than the old door. They hauled off the old door and all the debris and left the worksite in great condition.
