My first time visiting. The business was clean and well lit. I liked that prices were shown on all the displays and it was clear what the costs were. The clerk was friendly and helpful, even offering to cream fill some doughnuts my brother-in-law wanted for my sister. We were very early in the morning and the pastry was fresh.

Local breakfast spot with a drive-thru, making fresh donuts and sandwiches! They can run out of donuts early, so be aware they may not have your first choice. I enjoyed the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. It came with one egg, one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. Although greasier than others, it came out fresh and hit the spot. Maple bacon donut was very sweet. Great service too!

Coffee was disgusting. Tasted very sour meaning the coffee maker probably had been cleaned in a long time.

They were out of donuts so we got breakfast sandwiches. They took a few minutes so I thought the would be nice and fresh... instead they were a disgusting greasy mess! It was so gross I threw it away. We also got a latte, which tasted like it came from a vending machine. We wont be back 🤢

But I don’t understand why some people are mad they are sold out. The logical answer would be just come earlier, they don’t have common sense that the donut shop is right next to a school so a lot of people buy donuts that why they are sold out. Why be negative, just go to a different donut shop if you don’t like it

Friendly and polite service, ordered two glazed croissants and a vanilla cappuccino. Both were simply excellent. ❤ Very smooth and creamy flavor to the cappuccino, I highly recommend.

The donuts are good. But when i asked for specific colors of certain donuts they just threw in whatever they wanted. So wasnt as satisfied as Id like. Was a nice one time thing but wont be going back in the near future.

I honestly think they have the best donuts and breakfast sandwiches around! The people who work here are just absolutely the sweetest :-) I also enjoy my caramel frappe about every 3 days from here.

Very cute little shop- love that they have a drive thru... the service was very quick and friendly- lots of donut selection my only complain is they are very small compared to my other favorite donut place Paradise Donuts but I think they are cheaper per donut at Pink in a Blanket so that makes sense. Today marked the last day that I patron this place of business. For the past 4 weeks I have stopped in before or around 9 oclock AM to get donuts and once again they do not have them because they are all sold out. I asked the question as to why this continues to happen? The response I was given is, they dont want to make too many donuts just to throw them away.? What about the paying customers who arrive at a reasonablt time around 9 oclock? Dont you still have 4 hours left of being open? How many sales vs what you would throw away really be? God forbid you connect with a shelter of somekind and donate them. I understand if you run out around 10:30 or 11. Today was the first time I complained and, when I did they shut the drive thru door in my face. Wow!! I really want to help the local independant businesses in florence thrive and vote with my dollar to support them. I will now do that elsewhere. I am extremely dissapointed in this place and the response I was given. Patron no more!! I encourage anyone else to do the same if youve had the same experience of similar issues and vote elsewhere with your dollar.

Best Donut shop Ive been to, owners are incredibly nice. Donuts were extremely delicious, the white chocolate latte was great. Price is supurb considering the quailty and quantities; you only have to pay for 10, the other 2 are free. Overall no complaints its a donut shop you must go to and you will come out with a smile.

I cant believe it, but they make the best cafe mochas. They are incredibly smooth and you get it at a great price. The doughnuts are good too. Ive picked up a couple dozen for work and it doesnt break the bank.On a side note, I almost always get something at no charge when I go. Theyll throw in an extra doughnut or warm up a pig in a blanket.The staff and the owner are very friendly and always welcoming. You should try it sometime.

My husband went there this morning to get doughnuts with a $20 voucher and first the man accused him of trying to use it more than once. Then after he scanned it and realized that it was valid he said that the voucher company sold to many and he didnt want to accept it. My husband said, that wasnt his fault and he just wanted his $20 worth of doughnuts. The man finally put a dozen doughnuts, without letting my husband choose any of the doughnuts, in a box and said here you go. My husband said that the certificate was for $20 and finally the man put another box together and then told my husband he owed him $5.40. Needless to say we will not be back or recommend it to anyone. We didnt even get the kind of doughnuts we like. I dont know if he was just having a bad day or what, but that is horrible customer service! I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but that is ridiculous. Please be careful purchasing certificates at this shop.
