The doughnuts always taste good, my rating has nothing to do with the quality of what they do have. My rating reflects the inventory that they never have the specialty doughnuts they always heavily advertise online. For years I have visited this store and they almost always disappoint with selection. I asked the worker who was very nice if they would have some more of the specialty stuff in and she said they would have more tonight or the next day.. well I called to ask the next morning and they still dont.

The young man that waited on me was amazing and had a very high spirit. His coworkers could follow suit did not feel that they were very receptive or nice to him

I have tried for 3 days to try the new cinnamon rolls in two different states. Every time they just sold the last one or they don’t have any right now. What does the mean? Will it be tomorrow or in 15 minutes? If your going to start something new please have enough so all your customers can try them.

Very friendly associate in the drive through, and their regular doughnuts are good when fresh off the rack (which used to be often, but every time I go there now they arent making them fresh). However, I paid 15 dollars for a frickin box of doughnuts. These are carnival themed doughnuts. Supposed to be candy apple. Of course the marketing makes them look good, but the ones I received are really nothing like the marketing. I know that its rare that it is, but this is an extreme example. These were just made poorly, and for the price its unacceptable.

The service was poor and the young lady who was waiting on me was very rude. As much as I enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts I dont think that Ill be returning to this establishment. Even after speaking with management all they recommended was that I maybe go to a different location and that he would handle the situation there. Unacceptable

Customer service was not good. They took our order and 11 minutes later when they took our money they told us they didnt have some of what we ordered. But then miraculously delivered what we ordered. They donuts were great. Just not good service.

I went in for donuts at About 7:30 am. The selection was pathetic. No apple fritters, no S’mores that they’ve advertised big time. I needed two dozen. Mostly choc covered crepe filled raspberry or lemon filled, Birthday cake filled. I would have had more choice at Walmart for half the price. Don’t get treats like that often and it was a let down

The donuts are never fresh, but they sell them to you like they are. They never have the speciality donuts. This is basically what you would get in a gas station. I suppose it would ok if that’s what you went into it expecting.

Very busy because the hot light was on but prompt service and you could taste the freshness of the doughnuts.

I usually love this place but the last time we went was awful. My mother and I decided to stop for late donuts around ten. The woman in the speaker did not greet us just told us to order when we were ready and when we tried to order she ignored us so we drove around to the window. The woman in the window acted like we were the most annoying thing to her and all we wanted was a dozen plain glazed donuts and a water. She rung us up and then didnt want to give us our receipt. Then handed us an unsealed box of donuts which I ended up wearing. Wer drove around and i came inside covered in glaze with no shoes because they were covered in the rest of the donuts and glaze. My mother had to take her car to be cleaned.The manager was kind however and replaced our donuts and she even offered a refund.We just wanted a sweet treat to end the day and ended up getting to spend the night cleaning up glaze and not very happy.

Absolutely LOVE Krispy Kreme!! I dont know if I can say anything that hasnt been said before about these amazing doughnuts. Good service great coffee and AMAZING doughnuts. Its a shame to see the imperfect ones go to the trash but otherwise love everything about this place.

Usually I have wonderful experiences with Krispy Kreme, but the location in Florence was understaffed, the doughnuts didnt rise properly, and they had a very limited selection. It was like this multiple times at this location.

Quick in and out. My online order was ready when I arrived and everything was in excellent shape. Lobby and bathroom were clean.

The girl in the dt was rude as hell, I was excited about going to KK (I havent been in years) until I got there and met her( I wont be going back). I actually ended up not getting anything for myself and just got something for my husband. I hate giving rude people my money.

Employees were nice and with good service. I enjoyed my doughnuts and the hot chocolate. I surely recommend Krispy Kreme.

The doughnuts were cold and they were smaller this time there usually really good. Next time if they dont have the fresh doughnut sign lit up in the window I want stop in.

Completely messed up my order. Paid for an iced latte and was given a frozen latte and told they didnt have ice or eve. .. This is BS if you ask my honest opinion.

While the store itself and the bathrooms appear clean, some EMPLOYEES DO NOT! One of the worst experiences at any food establishment is to encounter a sloppy, lazy, disinterested employee with DIRTY FINGERNAILS!!!! NOT a positive impression!!!! The young female in question was dark haired, Caucasian, very obese and not friendly! She should still keep herself clean in spite of her obesity!

The light was on and the doughnuts we were served were cold enough that one could taste the grease. The custard was all on one end and not through out it. I know it was a rare occasion...most of the time they hit it out of the park. They were busy at our visit. We are willing to give they another visit...our grand children love them.

They treat my 2 and 4 yr old so special when we come in. They treat them so sweetly. Especially 1 woman and 1 man that work there...sorry cant remember names. But they know exactly who my girls are and what they like as soon as we come in. Wonderful employees and service!

It was great. The girl that waited on me was excellent. You do need more help had to 15 to 20 minutes for 2 dozen donuts.

I am so disappointed with Krispy Kreme. I had to place my delivery order 4 times (charged 4 times as well) before my order was finally placed and in the stores system. I then waited patiently for my donuts to arrive at 7:30 am. I waited. And waited. Until noon and I then called the store to get no answer also a few times, until finally I drove to the store, got there around 1 just for them to tell me half of my order they no longer had in stock. I didn’t have time to chat over the drive thru speaker due to a line building behind me so I said to just replace what they can with anything else of equal value that I just want my donuts at this point. Well part of my reasoning for ordering Krispy Kreme was the notification for the hot light, well I didn’t get my hot donuts! Horrible service, no explanation for why they didn’t/couldn’t deliver my food, and nothing was offered to fix the initial problem. I was just given more problems. I don’t see myself or anyone in my family ever going to Krispy Kreme again due to the poor management and lack of urgency.

We got there at nearly closing but despite the late hour Nick and Anessa were cheerful and helpful in picking out our dozen.

Krispy Kreme advertises that they are open for business until 11:00 pm on Saturdays.I went for donuts at 8:15 pm onSaturday night and all they had were plain glazed, I was told all assorted donuts were gone.Well, I asked for a cup of coffee and was told the machines were down and no coffee available. How pathetic.

Im sorry to say I was highly disappointed. How hard is it to make plain glazed custard filled donut without chocolate. I would have gave a better rating if we got what we wanted but the donuts were stale to say the least. The employees friendliness was the only thing giving you 2 star rating.

Nasty St. PATRICKS Day glazed donuts were chewy, tough and nasty looking bitter tasting from the dye. Also bought a reg one with chocolate icing, st Patty sprinkles, had to be at least two days old, very stale. Total waste of money. Why is it the donuts are not the same size? Some are normal and some are tiny ? It is truly sad the quality has really gone down in the last year.

Employees in drive threw were incredibly rude at the speaker boxs. Once I got up to the window the lady was i making rude comments to my face stated i cussed at her which I didnt. I visited Krispy Kreme in Florence AL today and was an absolutely disappointing experience. The manager Cristina did not do anything to try to make things right but instead insisted to continue to give me excuses on why they were out of donuts. I asked if she could substitute the current promotion with another assortment of donuts and she said Sorry there is nothing I can do Today there was a long line when we arrived at drive through. When we got to the speaker to order I ordered 1 dozen glazed donuts. The young lady stated they were out of glazed donuts. I asked if they were going to make more and she stated they would but that it would take 1 hour and 20 mins for them to come up. I asked if they would substitute the promo with an assorted dozen and they said no. When I asked the young lady at the window for the managers name she told me she didnt know if she could give that information to me..... So I said well why dont you go get her for me if you cant simply give me her name... At this point was when my interaction with Cristina happened leading to a dissappointed customer. This level of service was unacceptable and could have been handled much better. I saw several vehicles drive off empty handed as I sat in the parking lot writing this review.

I normally love Krispy Kreme but I am very disappointed with the strawberry glazed doughnuts. I waited in line for 45 minutes to order them. When I got home I found they had no icing as shown in the video and pictures and the strawberry flavor was like a yucky boxed cereal flavor. I would not recommend these to any one!!!

One worker was kinda rude and snappy when placing our order. But one lady was so nice it kinda made up for his rudeness but he needs to stay in the back and not deal with the customers.

We went on St.Patricks day and got the special filled donuts for the day, we also ordered just glazed they were colored green. They were both terrible. You could actually taste the food coloring in the donuts.I will just stick to getting the plain glazed when they are not colored.
