I love using this gas station. You can use your Walmart Plus account here on certain pumps and it is very convenient. I think the worst part about the gas station is the layout for the exits an entrances which could no be avoided. The roads both exit onto very busy highways and streets so be very careful about entering and exiting. Other than that staff are friendly.

Today I was refused proper change by a clerk and her manager when I paid with a $20 bill that the clerk said was $10. The clerk refused to take any action until the store manager who was not on premises at the time returned. Upon the manager returning she watched store security video for 15 minutes to no real avail claiming she was trying to “zoom in” to determine the bill’s denomination. This after I had filled up with gas on two vehicles in the same visit to the tune of $90! So, Murphy USA in Florence today loses a regular customer not over $10, but for poor customer service and the obvious indifference of management and store personnel to take the matter seriously.

Good customer service, good prices. The only complaint I have is that the male cashier I encountered smelled funny. Not to be rude but sometimes you cant keep customers if you smell bad.

These gas pumps have 87 for $3.24 and 87 for $2.77. Some people, especially elderly, may not know which to choose and be paying more without even knowing why. Ive never seen 2 87 choices in my entire life. That is confusing to have them side by side.

Parking and getting gas is like a Sardine Can other than that gas prices and gas quality is good they also offer 100 percent gas ethanol free. Get the app from Google play store or Apple store save your points up. I got .30 off per gallon. max 20 gallons

Great customer service and great deals on gas

Least expensive diesel in Florence! I stop there every 2 weeks to fuel up. And every pump has diesel, not just 1 like most of the gas stations in town. Havent been inside yet, but it looks clean and is well-lit outside.

I give 4 stars for the cappuccino machine, had a white chocolate caramel. It was rich and creamy; a lot of gas station cappuccino machines dispense a watery beverage, this is not the case here.

Nice and clean. The male employee I encountered was terrible. He was rude and refused to help. He wouldnt answer questions about the rewards program and was unapologetic about it. Location isnt easy to exit. But enjoy the rewards and nice to have a clean place to get gas.
