Ive been coming to this store for many many years as well as about a dozen of us from work and I will not ever understand what the problem is with ordering product here or who is it thats in charge of it because theyre not very good at ordering the product this place is constantly on a unacceptable regular basis out of fountain pop no excuse for that you know it sells you know it sells drastically whats so hard about ordering enough product I truly dont understand how that can even be justified for this place to be out as much as it actually is of the fountain pops its mind boggling to me what the problem could possibly be I have no clue I mean its always out it sells obviously very quick or it wouldnt go the way it does so why is it so hard to order diet mountain dew Cherry Coke and diet coke constantly constantly constantly also were out oh sorry were out and if it is ringing out depending upon whos behind that counter you might get ignored or some eyes rolling if you ask them to fill it because for some reason that seems to be some big huge task to some of these people and its so disappointing Ive been coming here for well over 12 years its just ridiculous that we have to drive so far out of our way to get our drinks on break and before and after work way too many times

Good gas, always clean, great variety of in store specials are the attraction of this establishment. From tire air to fountain soda to fresh rolled hotdogs and windshield washer fluid Thorntons has your best buy here. Speaking of beer, dont forget to stop in the beer cave for your favorite beverage. Remember drink responsibly and dont drink and drive. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommended.

I go in this Thorntons every day..very friendly employees..Jenny the manager is very friendly and helpful...the store is always clean..huge selection of fountain drinks..love their coffee and nice selection of on the go sandwiches! Always very busy!! Thank you Jenny for being a awesome manager!!

This Thorntons is located near where I work. So, I have been a customer here many times. For a gas station/convenience store its nice. The place always seems to be busy. The staff are good though. They dont seem to have any trouble keeping up with the constant rush. Gas prices are always comparable if not lower than most other places. If you like the self-serve soft drinks...this is probably the place for you. They have more options than anyone else around.

Love getting coffee here, but refuse to buy coffee that is showing 354 as time in. Never do they have enough people on duty to keep the coffee fresh. Guess I will have to find somewhere else.

Usually I love coming here but the girl working there was FURIOUS and ANGRY that I interrupted her conversation to check out. She had her back turned to me and was so busy in her conversation and WAS FUMING at the thought of having her morning interrupted by a customer while she was busy chatting away and not working. No line or anything just an ANGRY CASHIER who was LIVID at the mere thought of actually doing her work which took away from her chatting time. Be WARE if you go in the early morning hours and see a girl with her back turned to you when she is supposed to be serving her customers. OH yeah no line or no other work, ONLY if she is chatting with someone else, SHE WILL want to rip your head off for wanting to take her off her chatting time and work.

It is 6:35 a.m. I work 3rd shift I called to ask if they had any hot dogs on the grill then The lady that answered the phone hung on me. She might have been having a bed night or think I was A prank phone call. But all I Wanted was some dogs

Pulled in to air up a tire. The air pump costs a dollar. Which is normal. But it took the whole cycle around 3 minutes to get the tire up to 29 psi From 15psi couldnt have put air on another tire if I wanted to. Pump needs replaced. Its a standard tire not even a high pressure tire either.

Your night worker was rude (using as much restraint as possible here). Wont be back. Ill go the extra mile to speedway.

Thorntons always seems to have some of the best prices for gas.

Friendly staff, nice that its 24hr. smell of piss walking in, very uncomfortable.

I would give them 5 stars but i cant. I love this store. Very close to home, always reasonable gas prices and they have amazing deals for candy, fountain drinks, and cigarettes (my vice). I am in here everyday, multiple times a day usually. Every single employee is friendly, nice, and generally very good at customer service, except one. She is a blonde, i believe her name is lindsey. She does not make eye contact, she does not ask if i need something else, she doesnt offer me a receipt, she doesnt say thank you or have a nice day, she is typically all around very rude. I say hello, i tell her thank you and to have a nice day. Its not like we have ever had an issue or something, i am not a hard to please customer, i dont make scenes about anything, i go in get what i need and go home. Her rudeness is just straight disrespectful. When she is there i do all i can to go to another employee. My whole thing is, why be in customer service if youre like that. I thought at first maybe she is going through something, ya know, we all have bad days, but no. Months have passed, same thing everytime. I have been in the customer service industry for a very long time in management positions and if my employee acted that way towards my customers, i would not put up with it. THORNTONS, I LOVE YOU. I will continue to come multiple times a day everyday, i just thought everyone should know for when they go in. Just avoid lindsey is you do not enjoy being disrespected.

Great prices and clean but no receipt paper. Very inconvenient for someone with a sleeping toddler on a cold day.

Most of the time the pumps do not give you a receipt. Dont know if they are out of paper or broken but it has been that way for months.

Kind staff and clean location. Can get busy.
