The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neatly displayed. I bought up all of their pimento cheese and even found these cute dog snacks! They also have a catalog so you can order from them if youre not local. Ps. The homemade cheese straws are absolutely amazing!

I live in Tennessee every trip I take to the Beach comes with a stop at Youngs love this place. A must try if you havent is the Carmal Cake....worth every penny.

The first time we went there there was a young lady very nice and she helped us finding the right product for us. We tried a piece of chocolate pecan pie and it was outstanding. Definitely recommend! The second time we went there we found two old women that were not nice at all and our experience was worst. We tried the old fashioned pecan pie and was very good as well but customer service was poor. The prices are a little high but some products are really worth it. The double dipped chocolate pecans tasted a little old, maybe the dark chocolate one are better! The muffins were good as well but nothing compared to the slice of pie! Definitely recommend place to try before going elsewhere!

I love this place. Pecan country. It has any kind of pecan you want. My favorites are the double-covered chocolate 🍫 pecans, the pecan brittle & the chocolate covered pecan turtles. Top quality & amazing taste.

First time stopping here today. Such a neat store! They have great selection of all kinds of things from clothes, bread, ice cream, jams, honey, etc. I got some blue cheese butter I cant wait to try! Very clean store. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A little pricey but great quality.

Great selection and love the free samples. The pralines are delicious. Some items, like local sauces and dressings are marked-up; when I pass through, Ill go to the Pee Dee market nearby for better prices.

Received a tin of nuts as a Christmas gift, sent directly from the company. Unfortunately, the nuts were quite stale (we live on the west coast but this should not be such an issue) - so stale we actually discarded them. I emailed the company informing them of this and requesting a replacement, as notifying the gift sender would have been embarrassing and I figured it may have been a one-off occurrence. However, customer service never replied. Beware sending these as a gift, as the company does not stand behind their product.

The are the only place that I could find Blenheim ginger ale so I was stoked that they had it!!

When I go to a place like this, I want to be able to try samples to see what I like. Also, there was no package where you could buy a small amount of all 16 flavors to try them.

Awesome service, a variety of unique items and delicious snacks (toffee pecans, milk chocolate/dark chocolate double dipped pecans and peanuts, cakes, pies, ice cream, coffee, childhood candies, and a host of other items). If youre in the Florence, SC area or passing through via I-95, YOU HAVE TO STOP! You wont be disappointed.

I was expecting to see some pecan trees, an actual plantation, but its just a large store. I was sad that we couldnt try any samples because of covid. But the store was neat and lots of options to try.

Very nice place. Nice staff. Youre able to sample their pecan desserts. Very delicious. Also sells sandwiches from 11am to 2pm. Dana is aweaome preparing sandwiches and recommendations. I enjoy stopping here on my travels through Florence on I95.

Our experience was warm and inviting and delicious! They had a much larger selection than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised by some novelty face mask options that were truly unique and affordably priced. They offer homemade ice cream options to die for; my favorite was the butter pecan with pralines. They even offer a military discount! Love this place with their friendly staff and tasty treats; I will definitely be back soon.

If you love pecans as much as I do you have to stop there, they are very attentive, I had the chocolate pecan pie and its delicious, also they have a great amount of variety of pecans ( different flavors)

The jalapeno pecans are just scrumptious. The soy candles smell awesome and have the longest burn time of any candle i have ever had (and i have had alot). So my family and I went on a road trip and made a stop in Florence, SC we got vey excited to see the perfect local store to buy some goodies, nuts and ice cream, so I got a box of pralines myself, they where pricey but looked really good, when I tried them I couldn’t even finish one single praline, their recipe URGENTLY NEEDS some acidity or something to cut through the flat sugary flavor, they where not good at all, my husband purchased a box of overpriced nuts and my kids got ice cream(blue bell)...we paid around 55 dollars.Everything was going well until the 2 ladies working there overheard us speaking Spanish, omg they’re faces completely changed and their attitude toward us became bitter, rude and discourteous, we really had an unfortunate experience, I’ve never felt more unwelcome anywhere.A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

The one time I visited was ok. Great variety in the store, but the workers, except one, were less than accommodating and seemed somewhat annoyed at us being there. We visited with our church after eating across the street. While I liked the store the workers solidified my resolve to NEVER patronize the business again.

A little treasure in my hometown. I always try to swing by this store when I come back to visit family. My teenage son will remind me to go. He loves their pecan pies. If you are traveling from Florida back home to the north, stop by and take home some South Carlina treats.

A unique and delightful gift shop for tourists and locals. They offer a variety of pecan items, and the best part is you can sample them all. I sampled the pecan twist and not only did it have an amazing aroma but also tasted delicious. Bought a bucket of SC pecans and cant wait to try them in recipes.

The best sweets and pecans. We have been ordering their pecans for years and this store is a must stop on our way to the beach. Favorites are the pecan pie bars and any of their sweet pecans. Especially the praline pecans

Great place to stop and get a snack/stretch your legs while travelling. Easy to get to off the interstate, and they have restrooms (for customers). They have A TON of samples. There is a whole buffet bar of free samples, and more samples sitting all around the store. Almost everything they sell is local, so they have plenty of North and South Carolina products. I would highly reccomend this place as a travel stop or if you are just passing through town. If you try everything like me, you wont leave hungry.

I love this little store, but then again, I love chocolate and nuts (er, that didnt sound right). I like the chocolate covered pecans, praline pecans, dark chocolate pecans, honey crisp...and I could go on and on. Plus, they have killer strawberry and peach cider, old candies (like rock candy--one of my favorites), neat little gifts, and the people working are always nice. A little pricey, but you cant find a lot of the items elsewhere.

The are always closed when we get there!!! The reason I gave a 1-star is because for the last 17 years, when traveling, the earliest we get to Florence is 7-8:00 pm. In the morning we get on the road around 7:30 am.By not having early morning and later evening hours you miss a huge population of customers all filling up next door with gas (fuel) late evening and early mornings.I would like to be able to stop in and buy gifts for family while passing through. We were looking for pecans and the signs for Young Plantation caught our attention. Wow, what a nice variety of products and you can sample about all of them. We ended up buying more than we should have, but it was all good.
