They got the good wigs, if you are running dry in the bank account and new a synthetic moment for your musty scalp, come by and get a little bib for 15, no install, lace pre plucked, no baby hairs. And they got the caps to, after you leave here you just need to get some got2bglued and figure something out with the bb hairs and you set for your night on the town. New wig, Stiff Where?

The customer service was great but my balloons deflated soon as i put them in the car, they never lasted & the girl never tied my balloons tight so my #2 floated away soon as I got out the car so I’m disappointed .

The manager CJ was very rude. I asked about a item that she so rudely rolled her eyes at me and said somebody called up here for the item! I asked did they pay for item and she stated they called! So I’m a paying customer and instead of selling me the item which was not sold or prepaid for is wrong! She don’t need a job in a friendly environment if she acts this way!!!!

They had everything I needed to make a great social distancing Halloween this year!! Fog Machine and Fog liquid.... also a nice strobe light.... this pic is my front porch and this is the fog... it was pretty cool!!!Whoever Bridie is that work there is a GEM... she was able to help me via phone and she was sooo thorough I swung by to get all that she said was there in stock.... no issue... I never got to meet her tho... so bridie if youre reading this Thank you for your kind voice and advice... I love my purchase(other staff was kind and thorough too)..WARNING: legend has it... Whats not to like? This is party supply central. Found the items I needed and the staff was very helpful in pointing me in the direction of items I was in need for. Not 5 Star because they were out of stock on some items on my list (I imagine that is more attributed to the popularity of the item I desired, so 5 Star it is).

As a former employee, I loved it. If I wouldve got more hours, I wouldve stayed. The team is fantastic, the job is laid back. Cant say Ive been before being hired, but everyone was nice and the store was clean.

Party City is a great place for me to shop for birthday parties and anniversaries! One of the workers name Chris was very helpful to me on several different occasions when I went there to purchase items for parties. He was very kind and pleasant and helped me find everything I needed to decorate for my moms 70th birthday party and my parents 50th anniversary! Thank you Chris!

I purchases some balloons there and the young lady at cash register told me that I could bring my balloons back, to get them blown up... take the balloons back they said $1.19 per balloon and I purchased them from this store...

Im not sure what is going on with this store, but it had boxes everywhere and a terrible selection. I was very disappointed because every other time Ive went in there, it has been immaculate. That is the only reason Im giving it three stars. It really deserved two stars and thats only because the employees were very friendly or it would have been one star.

This is the only one near Myrtle Beach. W e found everything that we needed for our Daughters birthday party. Only downfall is the shelves were not stocked correctly and we had to wait for an employee to assist us.

They have a variety of party favors for literally any occasion. They are very over priced on common items you can purchase at Dollar tree, unless youre buying the novelty items. Its also very hot in there.

I visited the store today and it was a complete mess! Boxes everywhere, empty shelves, missing items, shelves pushed together. Staff milling around not doing much, unable to answer questions. What the heck happened to this place? It uses to be well kept.

The store is in shambles every time we go. I dont think they ever try to organize anything. The employees, including management, obviously do not want to be there and dont even try to hide their thoughts about the store. Way to expensive for cheaply made, one use items.

Huge selection of party items. Halloween is a special time of year too because of the selection of costumes. They have about anything you can think of if your throwing a birthday party, get together, wedding reception, etc.

Placed an order on line to pick up the next day Recd an email stating the order was canceled. Called customer service 6 times, when someone finally answered she had no clue why my order was canceled. She told me to contact the store. Ive been calling singe 930am, line has been busy. All AFTER they have debited my account. I dont normally do reviews, but I will not deal with Party City again. At least not this one.

Be sure to call the store before placing an online order for in store pickup. I was only able to get half of what I needed for my daughters 2nd birthday party due to inaccurate numbers. Online it listed the store had the inventory I needed. After ordering, I received a call the following day stating the store was unable to complete my order because they did not have the inventory in store.

The heat compromised the integrity of the product when the air temperature in the store rose. They expect consumers to buy melted candy. Yuck? Yuck? No thank you.

We got Halloween decor from,here,prices are really high.,Costumes are pricey as well but they have a large selection. The,process is crazy though especially last minute costume shopping.,they are,out,of a lot,so go early and,you pick,from a wall and,they electronically send,it and you pick up from,the back. Wow! Who would have thought.,but if you have $$$ to blow and want a great yard this is the place,they have it all but very expensive.

They had a limited amount of items I needed wanted playes but had only 1 pack so I didnt get any.

Im not particularly a huge fan of any party city as they are over priced. This one has friendly enough staff but every time I go there its a mess. Its like people come in, make a mess of certain areas and the staff doesnt clean it up, for instance the costume section and serving section are always in a disarray. I only go here if I must.

Tried to find an item for a halloween craft - website said I couldnt order it online but there was 14 available in store. I get there and get told that its packed up since its seasonal and they have no way to get it. Ok well the website should say that instead of saying you have it available. Super misleading and disapointed.
