Wow! She was the bomb! I took my 5month old baby and she had so much patience, she sung baby shark to keep my baby at ease and it went so wonderful! I loved loved loved it!!!!!!

Very nice staff and went out the way to retrieve items we selected over the weekend anc came back during the week to purchase. At first they couldnt find it but they never gave up looking. Very nice staff, and pleasant to deal with.

This review is for the company as a whole not just one location. They did great when I had my daughters ears pierced when she was a baby which is why they did get a second star. But their products after time to change ear rings has BEEN HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST! CHEAP SHOTTY EAR RINGS! THE FIRST PAIR THEY REPLACED WAS PURCHASED CHRISTMAS OF 2019 THE DESIGN FEEL OFF IN 2020. I HAD TO PAY MORE OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY EAR RINGS INSTOCK TO HONOR THE WARRANTY SO I PAID THE DIFFERENCE. THEY SECOND PAIR WHICH IS WHY IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW WAS ANOTHER SCREW BACK PAIR WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARDER TO LOOSE FOR KIDS. THE BACK CAME OFF AND I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS DEFECTIVE, AND WAS TOLD IF ID RETURNED BOTH WITH DEFECTIVE BACKS ITD BE COVERED!! BUT LOSING ONE BECAUSE THE BACK CAME UNSCREWED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE ISNT COVERED! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

All the other employees are professional and nice, on a particular day I guess they were off and I had the pleasure speaking with the dark complexion young lady. Even though she answered my questions she has to learn how to not give off bad attitude and rude vibes. Somewhat professional in the position. In regards in the way she communicate with customers needs adjustment on how she speaks, not everyone is going to respond positive next time she comes across the wrong person.
