I came in the first time for an oil change, check engine and leaking roof on my VW eos. I left with an oil change, check engine light, a leaky roof and now an additional rattle. The check engine light, I was told I need an entire new turbo a little more than 3k. I was told my leaky roof was fixed, it wasnt. And now from the oil change the front of my car was rattling. I was told to come back. Now to fix the leak you all want $1,500 bucks and you said you fixed the rattle. Just looked under my car and all sorts of bolts are missing and the bolts that were out on arent even the correct sizes. My check engine light ws a $50 dollar part..I paid you all over $800 bucks and got horrible answers. I only came to a dealer because I thought they were supposed to be the best.. nope theyre the best at ripping you off. At this point I wont even bring it back again because clearly you cant fix the issue all youve done is make it worse.

This dealership will not honor the warranty that they have sold for the car they go looking for other excuses not to fix the lemon that they have sold. Supposed to get a loaner while repairs are being done. Wont get you one in hopes that you wont bring the vehicle in to get repaired that they should have fixed before they even sold it. Would not recommend kerry auto to anyone. Too bad we were from out of state and didnt know their bad reputation in Florence.

Went to ask about my daughters car. They said I would have to pay 180 for diagnostic and that it would be deducted from parts and labor. Other places will apply diagnostic charge to bill if you have the work done. Unless it is a warranty issue go elsewhwere.

This is update to my previous review. It was 5 stars purely based on the used car sales experience. Cameron was not overly aggressive, answered my questions, and was very friendly/easy to work with. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience has been less than exemplary. The service department could not release the vehicle at the time of purchase due to repairs that needed to be made, which myself and my salesman were unaware of until after the signing of the documents. I was given a loner by the used car sales department. Shortly after receiving the vehicle engine lights started to come on, service tried to charge around $500 to fix it within a couple months of purchase, used car sales covered it. Now 5 months into owning this vehicle I had my first oil change/service scheduled, and the car breaks down the day before. $4000+ of repairs on a vehicle that qualified for a lifetime powertrain warranty (timing chain not covered). Looking at $4500+ in repairs on a $10k vehicle within 5 months of purchase. Used car sales have been great to work with, unfortunately the product I received and the service costs/experience are the worst I’ve ever seen. If you plan to buy a vehicle here, ensure that you have another mechanic look at it first as this service department apparently misses some things. Also, I would ensure that your purchase is not motivated by a warranty which relies on work from this service department. Can’t wait to get out of this VW.

Are key snapped from the key fob on our 2013 Jetta. After months of calling to see how much a replacement would be we finally drove to this location. Even tho they have all information on the car they wanted the VIN number, then they wanted the registration and ID. They acted like we was buying a vehicle instead of a replacement. Not to mention the customer service was horrible per usually. Once you actually sign the papers to set the car you are not a valuable customer any longer. Just a head up dont buy a VW. Its not worth the hassle of all the other issues we have had.

I brought my new vehicle in for its first maintenance at 10,000 miles. Per my contract, VW covers the first two scheduled maintenances. Picking up my vehicle, I was presented with a bill for the cost. I let the service rep know that my maintenance is covered. Ive never witnessed such an attitude or have had such poor service in all of my life. She proceeded to tell me that this issue is my fault and I should have let her know that I was asking for free service. If VW wants to keep customers, I would highly recommend they take the time to understand who they have employed at this service station. I love my new vehicle, but I will NEVER do business with this dealership again.

A couple thoughts:My most recent appt was scheduled on July 27 at 9:33 AM for that following Friday, 7/31 at 3:30 PM. The service requested was a 60K mile service on my 2016 GTI.I show up for the appointment that I made 4 prior business days and am told that it is too late in the day to perform the full service. The shop apparently only had time for an oil change and tire rotation. If this is indeed true:1. Why was I able to schedule this service this late in the day? Am I supposed to know how long it takes to perform the service?2. Why was I not contacted during the week to inform me that this full service could not be completed? The dealership had almost a FULL WEEK to say hey, sorry this is going to take too long. Would you like to reschedule?It just turned out to be a waste of time for me because I am going to have to make another appointment. Sorry to say that appointment is going to be somewhere else.

First of all, after having our mechanic change the oil in my 2018 atlas an oil leak was discovered. We took it in to have this checked and a recall issue fixed. We were told no loaners were avail and it would take about 2 hours. 3.5 hrs later the car was still not complete. Finally a loaner was offered- we received a call a few hours later but no voicemail- after trying to reach service 3 times with no answer we waited until the next day. Finally someone called to let us know they changed the oil and it would be $74 - what?! We had maybe 50 miles on the oil change we had just paid for. The oil leak issue was never resolved and later came to realize the wrong oil was used in the fresh oil change according to the manufacturer recommendations. I will never bring my vehicle to this location for service again. This was 45 min from our home, and I would gladly drive to another vw even further for future warranty/recall isssues. Very unhappy here.

This place helped me when they really didnt have to. I am not their customer. I was in the area (4hours away from home) when someone busted out my window to steal a bag from my VW Atlas. It was in the evening and I had nowhere safe to leave my new car. I was worried that I would have to park it at my hotel and totally risk it. I took a chance and asked them if they could keep my car safe in their garage. Tim Frank greeted me at the door and even helped me with my bags. He was also there when I picked my car up. With all of the stress of filing a police report, losing my bag, cancelling credit cards and figuring out a ride to my hotel, I had the peace of mind that my car was safe. I am forever grateful. The true nature of a business really shows in how they treat you. I did not buy my Atlas from them, but they took care of me as if I did. If you are in the market for a new car, I recommend Kerry Volkswagen (and an Atlas!). Please ask for Tim Frank. He took care of me and I think he will take care of you too.

Fantastic service! Came in late on a Saturday while traveling cross country with my family. Our VW had an issue with trailer lights and wiring, which of course is a huge safety issue. The guys spent time reviewing it, and it turned out to be a bad fuse. Instead of charging me a shop minimum plus parts, they told me it was no charge and sent me on my way with good wishes for a safe trip. Everyone from the Service Writer (Matt) to the Technician, and even the Parts guy, were nothing but helpful from the time I called ahead of time to the time we left. I was out of town with my 2015 Beetles oil light went on. I take care of my car and was surprised by the warning. I was nearest to Kerry and called their service department in a panic and Justin said bring him in and well take a look! I arrived 1/2 later, they took my car back and a few minutes later brought him out and declared the oil just needed to be topped off. He gave me a detailed explanation of how turbos are a bit more needy and how to check the oil myself to be proactive! And then he said no charge! I would return for service but I dont live close and he knew that but still gave excellent service! Highly recommend!

Surrendering 2 vehicles and negotiating the time-consuming paperwork to do so was a very horrible experience. Pretty obvious where the problem lies after coming here and reading reviews. Ive had good experiences with a few individuals at this dealership but thankful I dont have to visit frequently. Ive had to call several times with questions or for parts and can never seem to get someone on the phone. If its 15min until close you can bet they will have the service dept going straight to vmail. Have had to take one of their rental cars before and it was FILTHY. Will I keep going? Yes, but only because there arent many other options.Update:Check your labor hours on your receipt! All the mechanics are lined up helping with the turkey fry! One of the guys answers β€œthis isn’t a one person job” I felt like saying actual it’s not your job at all you’re supposed to be fixing cars!! Bought a certified Jetta with 38,000 miles on it. Spent thousands of dollars in repairs at their dealership and they apparently cant fix it. The worst car buying experience my company and I have ever encountered. Completely unprofessional.They have refused to refund the holding fee like they promised to do. You always get a different answer depending on who you speak with. I caught them in several lies about the delivery of my 2015 Golf GTI. I can honestly say I HATE my 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. My dealership won’t fix the door rattling. They ordered the wrong mirror. I’ve made 4 trips to the dealer in one month. That’s a 2 1/2 hour drive each way. And they decided to add a 2000 warranty to the car without permission. The beats audio is horrible it sounds as if the car is going to fall apart if you turn it up. This dealership should not be allowed to ruin Volkswagens name. I can’t wait to report this to the DMV and the attorney general. There is nothing worse than getting lied to and treated like garbage. I was lied to by my sales man. Now they want more money for their mistakes. Avoid this place at all cost. You’ll be so glad you did. I wish I could leave no stars.

The car buying experience was wonderful and easy. Then came time for service... I am extremely disappointed in the service department. Oil changes that are scheduled for 2 hours have taken 5 hours and I have had to call to prompt them finishing such service. When I call the service department with a question, they are unsure of how to answer because they arent a technician but do not put effort into finding answers. There is not much in the way of a waiting room and they do not offer loaner vehicles so getting service with two small children and long wait times is a set up for disaster. I am just very disappointed in the way I have been treated by VW and doubt I will ever purchase another vehicle from them. I love my car but it is not worth dealing with all these headaches!

My husband and I bought a brand new 2014 Jetta GLI four years ago and have had nothing but issues with this car it has been at the dealership getting worked on for a total of 12 months out of the 4 years. Four times we have taken the car to get worked on there and they would say there was nothing wrong with the car but when we would pick it up it wouldnt even make it back home. More than a month ago the motor blew up and even with having the Platnuim warranty we are having to pay $3,700 to get it fixed. I could keep going on but I think I got my point across I would not recommend this company or there cars.

I absolutely love this service department. One weekend I was in Florence with my two kids and my car died. I got a jump and went to Kerry VW and Cody and Cory helped me in literally minutes. I was soooo impressed! I went to tire discounters and got my tire plugged a month ago and then brought my Jetta in to the service department for an oil change. They found that my tire was messed up by tire discounters and I needed a $350.00 part!!! I was devastated. But the service department took care of everything for me and really made a horrible situation not bad at all. I was so impressed!! Mike in their service department takes care of my Jetta, I can always depend on him to do a good job. I think too often people get upset about their car breaking down when really its a matter of maintenance. I would recommend making sure you get routine checks and oil changes by mechanics you trust so that a small problem doesnt become a bigger one. THEY ARE MECHANICS YOU CAN TRUST.

Ive purchased three new vehicles (2 Toyota, one VW) and one that was two years old (Toyota) from Kerry Automotive Group. That doesnt carry any weight at all when it comes to customer service, even though the VW is a diesel and will be bought back. Even though Im on the verge of having to sell the VW back and buy a new car, I couldnt get Kerry VW to reinstall the misfueling guide free of charge. Events are as follows: VW recalls diesels to install misfueling guide. Misfueling guide causes problems at the pump; pump repeatedly shuts off even though tank is not full. Dealership says I either have to live with it or let them remove it. I let them remove it. Everything is fine until VW LATER announces an extended warranty on the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) due to failures of the pump. However, if the misfueling guide is not present, they will not honor the extended warranty because putting the wrong fuel in can cause the pump to fail. Even though they had ONE misfueling guide left over from the recall, which the Parts department said had been on the shelf for months and would likely never be sold (because of the diesel Buyback), they refused to install it free of charge. Its a $47 part, and labor is 1/2 hour, though he said it doesnt take nearly that long. After pointing out to the service manager that Id purchased four cars from Kerry, he offered a discount, but I wasnt interested. I got the toll free number for VW but they couldnt help either because they said, for lack of a better word, the dealership had interfered with the car by removing it in the first place. Apparently they should have told me about some funnel that could be used along with the misfueling guide but really, who wants to carry a large funnel in their car that is wet with diesel? Had they taken care of this I would have bought my next car from them. Its incredible. Their cost would have been trivial. No more cars from Kerry for this family.

Worst car buying experience of my life, wouldnt even give 1 star. Bought a 2013 Jetta last year, found out a couple months later it had been in a wreck when the air quit working! Service guy said he could tell it had been in a wreck as soon as he popped the hood, but no one mentioned that to me prior to buying it. (Side note though, the service department is excellent and very nice, helpful and sympathetic. Unlike the finance guy I complained to who literally said not my problem you should have asked for carfax!) I obviously never got the CARFAX report they advertise all over their website and signs in the lot. Now had it less than 8 months and having to spend $900 to fix some other problem that isnt covered by the warranty they convinced me I needed. Going to trade this car in ASAP and never returning to any Kerry dealer! I learned my lesson the hard way here, dont make the same mistake I did and get stuck with buying a lemon.

Horrible the worst service I have ever received. Had window problems took 3 visits to get motor replaced back window done same thing took 4 trips to get motor replaced. They had me take window tint off the window still didnt fix and finally replaced motor are not willing to replace window tint. Leather seats with suede in middle leather is turning yellow where the suede meets. My car is a 2014 Passat TDI top of line have had 14 months now says the seats are from wear and tear and will only pay for 65% of recovering the seats. Cant imagine what this car is going to be like when it gets any older. Sad for the price we paid for this vehicle. We also purchased valuguard for the seats so that if they got stained and couldnt get out it would be replaced. Took the car to valuguard and they informed me it was a problem with the vw seats had nothing to do with the wear and tear. This is not how you expect to be treated as a valued customer!I had my car back to the shop 10 times now for the window still not fixed. I picked it up on Tuesday 10/13/2015 it is now Thursday 10/15/2015 and the window is broke again. I get no response from anyone other than bring it back an we will fix it again. I would think after this many times in the shop someone that really cared about customers would have tried to make this right but once again nothing. Very unhappy with Kerry VW of Florence, Kentucky!
