I had an appointment scheduled to be in Darlington to get the glass in my truck replaced I got hung up at home they drove from Darlington to Florence to change it with no extra charge. They were very quick with the job and would recommend them

Had a guy come out to our shop on Friday at 3:15pm. Had an attitude from the start because he was supposed to get off at 3pm. Instead of taking his time to get the glass out, he rushed and cracked the glass. When I told him he was supposed to remove and then reinstall. He said he thought it was a warranty thing and we were replacing glass anyways. When I told him to hold on that I was going to call the store. He took off and did a burnout leaving the parking lot. Called today and spoke with a manger about what we were quoted and how that was not what happened. She did nothing to fix the situation. Awaiting call back from owner now. Will update once I hear back. Will never recommend these people to my customers if this is how they treat a fellow business.

Apparently having a huge hole in your front door from the glass coming out does not classify as an emergency. Two days later and have yet to hear back from these guys. Real reliable.

Great service, conferenced in the insurance company and spoke to them on my behalf, getting all the agreed upon pricing and information. Instead of having me call back and forth, she answered questions and got all the paperwork done. They even came to my work to fix it.
