I work third so not having to take my car anywhere was very nice. They came to me and Brandon had the new windshield installed when I got up. No issues at all.

Can’t never get a hold of nobody I’ve been on hold for hours three different times left messages even called HR even called the manager and no one has ever called me back this is a very poorly run business

Got what I needed and timely

Brian with Avizion (Lex) did an outstanding job for our claim. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair. We have used Avizion 3 times in the past 3 years and i couldnt be more happy with their service and professionalism....and quality!

Insurance required me to go to this installer. I had never heard of them prior to this; now I know why. After making my appointment, the installer came out and told me that they could not install the windshield on my Saturn Vue on-site, it had to be done in the shop. So I make another appointment. Two weeks later, my car goes into their shop for a new windshield, comes out 1 day later with what appears to be a shiny new windshield. The only problem is that is is not the correct windshield for my Saturn Vue; there is wind noise howling around the edges from a poor seal. (turns out the window is too small)New appointment to exchange window. Again, drop off, exchange window, pick up one day later. Same problem. Called insurance let them know about the problem.Finally went to Safelite (how I found out they installed the incorrect window). Installer showed me the ungodly amount of sealant Avizion used to try to seal this undersized window.I would definitely not recommend

Extremely long lead times for install (2 week lead times). Poor communication (never let me know my windshield arrived until I called).
