Went to Big Lots about twice today. Was looking for a beige sectional. I found one that I really liked thank you to Tasha. The most helpful, kindest, funniest employee I’ve been around in a while. We joked around while she was able to get my paperwork done in no time. Enjoyable trips to the store like that is what I like the most. Keep up the good work!

The store and parking lot was very clean. All the employees wore mask to prevent the coronavirus and safety of their customers. They had a variety of seasonal items on the shelves already. And They also had a nice selection of household items as well.Sometimes I just stop in to waste a little time and to see whats new. I have several photos to share. Its a nice store. It has a lot of variety. Food,furniture,toys etc. It will definitely be one of my go to places when i need something they carry.

Went in for patio furniture. I was pleasantly surprised by the manger, her name eludes me, but she’s a short dark haired lady. She was super and helped me pick some good quality furniture for my home. I am very happy with my broyhill set!

I bought a two pk of pillows that had a price tag of $20.00 on it and it rang up $40.00 that is false advertising. What it also said on the receipt was Dec Pillow Azalia 2pk navy and these pillows are black and beige? They need to check the tags and make it CLEAR that the pillows are $20.00 EACH . The Miller road location is much cleaner than it used to be. The associates were a great help and answered any questions I had. Some items here are competitively priced to be lower than other stores. If not, they also price match. This is a good place to look for inexpensive, yet sturdy furniture.

A couple walked in with no mask. They walked around the store. Nobody said anything. I approached the manager she said she was too busy helping a customer in the furniture department. I told 2 employees but nothing was said or done. The couple was checking out and yet the cashier didnt say anything. Horrible management. The manager was just useless

Bought a loveseat here and paid for the 3 year extended warranty. After less than 5 months it started grinding when you rocked in it and one of the foot rests started sagging on one side. I called the warranty and they referred me back to the store as it was less than a year and they handle all issues within that time frame. I called the store and they told me to bring it back. I asked if we could upgrade, she put me on hold to ask her manager named Laurie. She said that we could return this item and then we could purchase something else - because who wants another of the same couch that started having issues after 5 months. They tell us that we would have to bring the couch back to the store. I then arrange to get it back to the store only to arrive and have them tell me that they will only exchange it for the exact same item - which is apparently poorly made. They refused to do ANYTHING for the inconvenience, they also let me know that this is the only exchange they will do on this item as well. The extended warranty does not kick in until after one year, so if it breaks AGAIN I am simply stuck with a BROKEN COUCH until I can claim it on the warranty. If this replacement couch only lasts 5 months like the other did, then I am stuck with a broken couch for 2-3 months until the warranty kicks in! Jim or Laurie did not care about the inconvenience or the miscommunication that was entirely their fault. When an employee goes to their manager regarding a warranty, they should have to honor the words they said an hour prior. Terrible service and terrible furniture. BUYER BEWARE!

This store is getting to where it doesnt have as much stock anymore which is very disappointing. When I went the other day the cashiers were very slow. They were very afraid to ring up merchandise which slowed the process down. They changed the layout of the store which for theft purposes is great. However, literally the one check out is basically in the door way.

Me and the wife bought a sectional from here and they gave us 2 different pieces that dont match up, we called to exchange for the right piece and they said they will work on it, its been a week and we havent heard ANYTHING from them, I think its safe to say they swept it under the rug, do yourself a favor and just stay away

Store is clean and organized. They are adhering to Covid precautions which staff and constomers were following during my visit. Their check-out lanes are similar to the Self check lanes at Walmart, one line and you go to the next available chasier. It works quite well. They had 3 cashiers so the line went pretty quickly. Staff was very courteous!

Store is a little bit of a mess. Lots of unboxed stock on the floor. I couldnt find what I was looking for yet the website stated there were several in stock.

Like stopping in when Im in town. Store seems much more organized, and cleaner than the past. Have a nice variety of goods to choose from. And was impressed with all of the clerks upbeat, friendly, polite attitudes. Not a drop of negativity did I see. Youve got a great group of people working there, hopefully they are appreciated by management. And here the good words people submit😊

Furniture here at the Miller Road Flint,MI is reasonably priced, wished we would get a Big Lots back in Owosso, Michigan again.

Big lots was great! I found some new ornaments for our tree. Christmas (fabric) table clothe and light for my bells. They had tons of unique decorations for indoors and out! I was very impressed. I really like Big Lots.

Really love coming here when they have sales and deals going. Totally worth signing up for a points card even if you dont go often it helps you get in on the deals they have. They have great clearance as well that isnt ridiculously priced makes it easy and great to shop for gifts ahead of time

Lots of household items auto supplies furniture etc. Good place to get simple hard to find sundries dry goods from foreign countries. Good price on decent furniture. Tons of great prices on electronic cellphone accessories, dashcams, cellphone holders toys, household items dishes, cups, plates. Check it out.

Big big selection of items with such great values and prices were so low for the garden products I bought. Solar lighted items so cheap that I will always buy them here. Food products had so much variety and value. Love their house brand mixed juices and they are low priced.

Worst store with the worst customer service ever! No employee is willing to help you. The shelves are mostly barren or not even tagged. When you do find something you want, they refuse to look up item when they’re missing the tags. They tell you all their furniture is “out of stock” and then won’t help you find something that fits your needs and is in stock. They won’t even see when the item should be available again. Absolutely trashed looking store. This store is a waste of time and space.

Well they started to put their Christmas stuff out before my birthday I think we might have to make a ordinance against that.

Very disappointed with big lots..used to be one of my favorite stores..well I bought a couch from them..put an extra 3 year warranty on it.the couch started to fall apart after a year..Ive got 3 boys so my wife and I put warranty on everything.went to file my claim on it..and they sent my claim..what did I buy the warranty for..beware of buying stuff from them!!!

My two sisters & I went in right before closing to buy box springs for my moms house, we didnt linger though. They were very nice & quick & didnt make us feel bad because we came in 10 min before closing. Very nice & professional!

Big Lots can have great savings on some items, and other stuff not so much. You really need to know your pricing, you are not always getting the best price. So, its a hit or miss kind of store with merchandise and pricing. I will say the store on Miller Rd. is clean and the staff are very friendly, and helpful. Its a nice store all around. And yes, you can spend hours, or run in for a soda, box of chocolates, crackers.. and be on your way.

This place seems to be going down hill every time I go in. Ive gone in and it seems dirty and chaotic, the last time I went in I skipped 3 isles completely due to buckets all over the floor because the roof was leaking, stock on the floor waiting to be put away, the floor display completely blocked your ability to walk down the isle...very disappointing as this was my go to store. We will definitely not be regular shoppers at this store.
