I like shopping at this store because the prices are good and it is stocked with most of the things I am shopping for.

I was treated poorly when I went to go cash my ssi check. I felt like I was a victim of public discrimination. Like they wouldnt let me cash my check because the people working didnt like me as a person. They used poor excuses and I felt like I didnt not get the right support from the supervisor. The customer is always supposed to be right. I also felt the supervisors were inexperienced and lacked people skills and proper management.

I wouldnt go to this Walmart ever, ever, ever!!I stood at the bottle return area of Walmart on Corunna rd in my Great city of Flint, Michigan, for 10 15 minutes waiting for someone to clear out the back bottle collection area because every machine in ther was full. Only needed to be cleaned up real quick.I could have done it myself but of course they wont let you.I am very disappointed when they were taking care of the shopping baskets before a paying customer, I stood there patiently waiting while they watched me stand there!!

The Clio Walmart has improved significantly! They didnt use to have enough workers and now they do. I love the curb side pick up! I can find almost anything for a good price! This is becoming my favorite grocery store.

Always been able to find whatever I need I like the convenience of the grocery store and all the other departments in the store very very convenient and itll I like everything they self as far as grocery products I never had a problem,.. their meats are very tasty I feel satisfied when I go there! I never been to the store that much in my life I think Im making an excuse just to go there the greeters are very friendly and very helpful a good line of food with the best potato salad!!

The greeter was super nice and helped me find where I needed to go. Its pretty clean here too.

Didnt have my moms favorite hot popcorn during one shop visit but next time I went shelves were stocked.... also were out of the adult pads during a visit, next time shelves were stocked with what my mom needed!! First time Ive gone here in over two years. Didnt see any rejects today, which is exactly why I dont go here on any regular basis. The level of intelligence of the customers here are a sight and one I dont prefer to see. The business seems fine, while I dont like checking myself out, it worked fine . It had handicap accessible entrance and ample parking and was clean. The attendance did know the here things were, I liked going there and getting out fast.

The store was extremely clean. Found everything I was looking for also received help from employee Theo very nice man; he lifted 3cases of water into cart and also put groceries into my vehicle. Im forever grateful because I have health issues and lifting heavy items are extremely painful but not today. Thank you Walmart for hiring caring people

My car indicated that my tires were low. After having gone to another place that could not help me, they recommended Walmart. I did not know they had such a service. Thank you, so much. The workers were pleasant and efficient. Kudos

This used to be a very great store to shop at. Now there is no body to help with getting certain items. Almost all the lanes stay closed. And alot of associates just stand around. I waited and asked for assistance for a locked item for 40 minute and still no help.

I paid for some items earlier at the pharmacy and Patricia rang us up. She was just so nice and warm, I honestly dont think you could have a bad day when interacting with her. Its very VERY rare that such great service is found here in Flint, she was a breath of fresh air.

They say this is the Ghetto walmart but honestly it always looks better than bay road.

Went in search of an item listed as available in store on the website. While I understand merchandise may be out of stock. If they dont carry it in store it is not available there so dont send me on a wild goose chase. Tech is great when it works, or when the human puts in the right information! SMH

Every time I come to this store, I am constantly followed by the ridiculously conspicuous plainclothes loss prevention people, even tho I have never shoplifted in my life - especially something from a budget department store like Walmart. Its most likely a case of being profiled due to my personal appearance. I guess I fit the profile for their typical suspect somehow. What ever the reason, it can sometimes feel pretty insulting and off-putting to be treated that way for the entire duration of my visit..If nothing else, AT LEAST provide those guys with a little more training on remaining more discreet and inconspicuous. If I WAS there to steal something - those worthless, incompetent miscreants definitely wouldnt deter me in the slightest.

It’s gotten worse since Covid but most of the workers are great. Stay positive everything will get better!

Shelves are almost back to as empty as they were at the beginning of covid, they almost never have amigos, the only one left was broken today, and it was too hot to shop. Quickest trip ever. Next time Im going to the Burton store

My experience? Well I can say that from this experience tonight I know have the opinion that if Wal-Mart is OPEN, its Customer Service desk should be OPEN too! At the very least services it provides the customer should be able to be dealt with through their checkout lines! Or maybe at least observe the hours of operation to the minute, this ones service desk was obviously closed down AT LEAST 10 minutes before scheduled closing time!THANK YOU, FLINT WALMART, YOUR CSD Attendant gained approximately 10-20 extra minutes to... act busy ..... be scarce,.... sit on the toilet with their phone or smoke a cigarette! As for me? Those 10 minutes cost my 10 year old son VALUABLE time spent together!

West side Wal Mart has improved..they have adding more amgio scooters.. Still many cheerful workers..still good place to go to

Dirty bad selection of items staff always seems hesitant to help or just doesnt know where what your looking for is. Of course there are exceptions and a staff member is exceptional but generally this is not the case.

This buy far is one of the worst stores around! Shelves are always empty and store is just filthy. Employees are always standing around chatting instead of assisting customers not to mention they never answer their store phone. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I can never give a Walmart a good rating when I have to bag and check out my own groceries. If the prices were a lot lower maybe but they cut out peoples jobs for their income. I tried to avoid Walmart as much as possible.

Its Walmart. Youre doing good to not by already broken cheap stuff. As last two times Ive bought something Ive had to return it because it was broken. One picture frame which the break was under the cardboard. And a rack that was still factory sealed.

Clerks very helpful. The checkout clerk asked how I was doing. Quite friendly at this store

For the many shoppers that he at Wal-Mart that are seniors and many with some form of handicap, there need to be more than 6-13 amigos to assist these people. The shopping experience would be much more enjoyable and economical. PLEASE GET MORE AMIGOS TO HELP THOSE OF US THAT NEED THEM.

Every time I go to this Walmart there is a problem or something is messed up. I just sat on hold with auto center for 10 minutes before It hung up on me so I called back and tried it again and had the same problem as I walked into the auto center there were no cars being worked on and the tech was playing on his phone... The website said my tire was in stock.... its not... nobody answers to verify... Ive bought food thats been opened from here before as well... I tried calling customer service twice to complain.... no answer it hangs up.... this Walmart makes all others look bad from how poor they take care of customers.

At court st Walmart I find it to be well stocked, clean, friendly staff. I also finding items on my list are easy to find. I will always be a Walmart shopper.

Visited this Walmart because it showed online that they had a larger selection than Clios when it came to storage totes. I drove an extra 15 miles for no reason. Everything is disorganized. No labels under merchandise. Employees talking on phones as they walk by. Just all around horrible experience. The checkout girl is the only reason Im bumping the rating up to a two star - she was nice and quick when the checkout lane requested authorization on some sparklers I got.

Im glad its there its one of the best most organized stores in the area thank you for letting me know how thoughtful it is for you to be here you always have what I need and help to find it you have a great day 👍

A little short staffed but theyre doing the best they can!

Imagine my surprise shopping on Saturday when there was nobody Manning the check out Connors Im a senior citizen with health problem and doing the the self-checkout didnt help because I had no idea how it works. So it looks like Im not going to shop there anymore until you solve the problem

The drive thru will be bad if its busy because it heads to the road. The service is fast and the best Ive seen at any Culvers. Food is delicious and a wide variety. Chicken, seafood, burgers. Brand new location.

I mean if you have to use this location....LOL otherwise go outside of Flint and its a much better experience.

My walmart visit always suck! I can always find what I need in the store but the lines are so long. Its like waiting for the second coming of Jesus 😂 When I went yesterday I had to just start asking employees what in the HE×2🏒🏒hockey sticks was going on😂🤣. So the lady said that they were short on staff. But she was standing around with an empty cart talking to ANOTHER employee🤯. So when I finally said something, made a roar🦁, they finally got another line open. All the people that was in line waiting was like Wow we need one of you at every walmart😂💪🏾👏🏾. One lady said she was in line for an whole hour and was about to walk out. NOT ME 🚫😂😂. WALMART is kool just way to long of a wait🐌

Hardly anything I need is ever on the shelves these days. Have to buy most items online now because even if they possibly have it, they havent stocked it on the floor. Also extremely messy; nothing in the right place, just piles upon piles of merchandise shoved anywhere there was room--which is most of the store. Checkout lines arent too bad, though.

This particular Walmart was very poorly stocked. It also was missing a number of things always carried by other Walmarts. It was not particularly clean. Stopped only because was passing by. Will not stop there again.

They almost always have whatever were looking for, however, this Walmart store has so many items I pick up that have been opened or broken, mostly in the grocery department (which is very unsettling). Always check it before placing it in your cart.

Very friendly atmosphere. Employees very helpful and knowledgeable. Not too crowded, felt very safe. Employees definitely enforcing statewide regulations and safety precautions. I regularly shop here and Ill be back soon!

Walmart is a one stop shop store.They carry house hold- lawn and yard -clothing -Over counter medications and pharmaceuticals. Automotive supplies hunting fishing sporting goods too. Plus groceries. Toys Electronics.

To be such a big walmart it really surprised be how little selections they had of everything. I came to this walmart instead of my local Walmart expecting more options and I was very wrong. My local Walmart is half the size with twice the stuff to choose from!

I bought an ink cartridge about a week ago. I realized I needed a new printer and not the ink so I attempted to return the ink for store credit so I could buy a new printer for around $200.So the return would have paid for around half of the printer, and I hadnt found my receipt which usually is not a problem when I am getting store credit anyway.Long story short, they refused the return because it was over $50! I begrudgingly offered to take a loss and just have $50 store credit towards a $200 new printer for the ink that actually cost $110.They refused and it is going to be hard for me to get over this injustice. I know the rules, but common sense would have shown that it could have been a win win!Thank you WalMart for all the years of great prices, but it will be awhile, if ever, that I do business with you again!

I go into this store everyday! Ive been taking my dog with me because he has separation anxiety and I hold him the entire time! No one ever says anything until tonight when this door greeter said he cannot be in unless he is a service dog. Mind you I see dogs in there All the time! This one guy has done nothing but give us issues everytime we are in there! Nothing ever ever done about it. He even had the audacity to tell us my dog can never come back in. Ill be going to Meijer from now on. Tired of the bad customer service.

This is my preferred grocery store. Im glad they added self service lines because lines with cashiers are usually too long. Prices are good.

I have never been in such a disorganized store I was in the Houseware dept it looked like there was a big sale and people ran in and started grabbing things off the shelf and throwing them. I thought it was just that aisle WRONG most all looked like that. It is the first and the last time in there

I called to ask them a question and she said “how many I direct your call?” And she didn’t even let me finish my question without purposely hanging up on me. Had a nasty attitude as well when she answered. Definitely never coming here if that’s how they treat customers.

Ordered curbside. Supposed to be ready Tues. No call. No department can be bothered to check on it. It is not here. Just wait (supposed to be one day/. If we cancel, 3-5 days till they credit our account. POOR customer service. Answer the phone. Short staffed?!

They move everything and its a burden to find anything. I hate it every time I have to go back. I am starting to shop a M€!¿€rs more often.
