I worked for a company down the road from here and we only bought their batteries new or used for semis, motorcycles, vehicles etc. and we’ve always had great customer service. After reading some of these reviews a lot of them don’t make sense. If we ever had a problem with a battery I brought it back the same day and they just swapped it out after testing it. Andy is a great guy and will do his best to make sure you get what you need. I see so many people crying on here after they buy the cheapest batteries you’ll find. I moved to the west coast and wish I could find batteries as cheap as they sell theirs. Good luck with your business and obviously something is working if you’re still open in flint!

Beware all the truckers I recommend you to not go there for pick up or delivery unless you have box truck, no space up in front for truck, you have to jackknife the truck & drop the trailer after you loaded or empty you have to jackknife again to hook up the trailer, I got my trailer door broken then I went to a trailer shop near this warehouse they said every week there are 2-3 trucks coming to us to get the door fixed. I was not the only one they are the best at breaking trailers door.im never going back there even thou they pay me 10k dollars. Please avoid this place please.

Only 6 month battery life on majority of batteries purchased and have had 2 of 4 purchased fail at 7 months with zero support. Cheap short term option, yes, but dont go for customer service or longevity of product.

Run down and the guy tried to short me $5 on my change. But this is a really cheep place to get a car battery.

Was told if it starts a car it is good. Not so sure about that guys. Ever heard of bad cells? Was told all batteries tested at auto zone will test bad because they want to sell you a new battery. Not so sure about that as I have had many batteries test good. I walked away at that time. That being said a while ago I did buy one and it worked for about a year. Bottom line if you buy a battery here and have auto zone test it as bad you will not get and exchange and no refunds ever. Now why does the poor guy at autozone want to sell you a battery anyway? The hourly Auto Zone worker does not get commission nor can he make the test machine lie it spits out a receipt good or bad period. Based on my conversation there I wont buy a diamond battery. Walmart has most sizes for about 50 bucks. You can gamble if you don;t mind your intelligence being insulted.

BEWARE!!! These are not rebuilt batteries! They sell old batteries with their new sticker on them. When I first went there to buy a battery the guy in front of me was trying to return his claiming it was junk. The old man behind the counter told the guy it was fine and it was his car. I should have taken the hint. I now have 3 and and a couple buddies have one. 4 months later none of the 5 batteries will start a car unless you leave a charger on it over night and winter isnt even here yet. DIAMOND BATTERIES IS A SCAM!!!!! They will be caught soon.

Extremely rude and unprofessional as well as not being knowledgeable at all in their specialty. We bought a battery from them and it wouldnt work so the guy there said it was our car and not their battery. After getting a new battery and having their battery tested we learned they had over charged the battery they sold and that was why it didnt work. My fiance called and the guy he talked to said theyd give us a refund no problem. When he got there a different guy was there and argued with my fiance, insulted him and cussed at him and was very belligerent and angry. He told my fiance he isnt welcome there but we wouldnt go back there even if they were giving out free batteries.
