Wait times are crazy had a truck that was way rusty an only got charged 74 bucks to replaces two studs but for a newer car they wanted 120 if they didnt mess up break hardware an 250 if they did.

They were able to diagnosis all the issues wrong with my car and had the time and parts to fix it on the same day. Theyre prices are extremely fair and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Their staff is very busy but maintain great customer service throughout their chaotic days. This is a good trustworthy place to go if you need work done on your vehicle.

Great place. Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous..that was Jordan. Justin is quick and knowledgeable, too. This is now my Go To auto repair shop!! Also, they didnt try to push other repairs on me. Love this place!!

I’m kind of troubled if they replaced my Heater Core w/ the right procedure of doing things. Literally tried to charge me $325 to flush a radiator with a GARDENING HOSE! And when I went to Midas to get a professionally done, they tell me that “Whoever replaced the Heater Core didn’t “burp” it right which lead to coolant all over your engine” & some other things they mentioned. Also he revealed to me that I have a part broken from the mechanic that is only dealership exported which is very expensive! I am a young college student who works hard to pay my dues in America & I will be following up on this!

The wait time was shorter then they said and they fix the car fairly quickly but for them to have 4 ppl at 8:08 am the wait was still almost an hour. So if have to show up before they open at 8 am

This auto shop is always busy. They do good work thats why. They are helpful and sincere. They fix what you ask them but if they see another issue theyll let you know about so that you can fit it in your budget to have that repaired next. Looking out for your best interest.

I like how they only charge for the installation, when you get your own parts... but I hate that they charge $20 to diagnose the car even if it’s not the problem...but they take there time and honest

The service used to be whole lot better a couple of years ago. Only way Im going back there is, if their price for what I need done, is cheaper than anywhere else # last resort

Great work done by employees at a reasonable price. You can even bring your own part. First come first serve. Open 10 hours six days a week. Closed Sundays.

These guys at Muffler Man R AWESOME. If u need anything done on ur car take it here. I live by the one on Davison rd and I will NEVER go bk there after going to Pierson and Jennings rd. A+. Pierson & Jennings rd explains things better, takes more time with you and if you think you know a way to do it cheaper they will listen and tell you why or why not that they can or cant do it like that.

They will find the problem but in the wrong order. Cost me a lot of money on something I would not have done had they diagnosed properly. The car was never running properly. Eventually came to the correct diagnosis but should have gotten it right the first time. They could have refunded some of the labor hours they extremely charged me for but just said they is nothing they can do for me. Do not go here. I will never go again and will continue to word of mouth and tell anyone I know not to go here.

Fantastic service done in a timely basis. Friendly, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable staff. Honesty and integrity are what run strongest through this business, to the point that They have now grown to two great locations. We will continue to take our company and personal vehicles there, as we have always been very pleased.

Went there with my kids to get an oil change, anyone with kids knows it is not easy to take them any where let alone a repair shop! Everyone was super friendly from the woman who checks you in at the counter to the person who brings your car back to you!!! Didnt have to wait for hours to get an oil change at a decent proce!!!

This place is terrible! Took my car there 3 times for antifreeze leak! They could not figure out why it was leaking. They told me my car was okay and there was no leaks, drove my car too work and before I got to work on the freeway antifreeze was gushing out from underneath my hood! I was stuck on the freeway and had to get my car towed to another shop. Called Muffler Man to tell them what happened, “ they told me I have to get the car towed back to the shop and have to pay $50 or more to get towed to the shop” I towed to another shop, told me it was a busted hose. If Muffler Man would have check throughly after the third time I would have not been left stranded on the road! “Don’t take your car there!!!!!!!!!”

Bought parts/paid installation...problem wasnt fixed after the guarantee. they offered free labor on next problem. but, yeah :/
