Could not be happier with the work done by Rick and the team at Fenton Road Collision. They took a totaled ‘78 Bandit Trans Am and brought it back to life better than it was before. From Debbie, in the office, to Rick, Rob and Tim in the body shop, they were always upfront and honest about the work being done and easy to work with throughout the 10mo rebuild process. Couldn’t be happier with the work I had done here. Other local body shops told me my fender had to be replaced and couldn’t be fixed. Rick took one look at it and laughed said it would be easy! Had it done in two days and it looks absolutely perfect no dents and perfect pain match. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Great people will not get a better place to paint your car

I took my car there for an estimate for a full paint he quote me a price told me to give him a week or two to get caught up and he would call to have me bring my car in. A month went by no call. I return to the shop to see what was going on he took another paint job in front of mine so It would be a few more weeks. So this went on for a few months. I was extremely patient with him despite his irresponsible and unprofessional business practices. He kept giving me the run around for a year and a half. Each time I popped up there and checked in by calling weekly like his wife requested still the run around. Rick was nice most of time saying I have you next but his rude chain smoking wife not so much. Piss poor customer service not sure how paint job would be because after almost 2 yrs my car is still not painted!!!! Such a waste of time!!!

Owner is an ABSOLUTELY rude, in happy lady. Maybe this is why the shop looks rundown and so pathetic. Her atttitudd fits perfectly. DO NOT conduct business with these people.
