I’ve always liked Best Buy but today I had an appointment there with geek squad & they were able to find the problem on my phone. I’ve also bought items from Best Buy before & never had a problem. Go check out your nearest Best Buy store!

Best Buy has always been my preferred place to shop for electronics, appliances, home theater equipment, gaming, and most importantly 4k and HD Blu-rays. I love having a physical media collection. Better quality than streaming and you never have to worry about something not being available to stream. Shop Beat Buy they always have the best deals and will price match it if they dont. The store in East Lansing has excellent and very helpful employees. They can always answer your questions.

Best Buy has been a mainstay in my life regarding electronics, major appliances and computers. They recently do not have a car stereo technician at the best Buy Flint location So all you stereo enthusiasts out there that are trying to get your radio hooked up youre going to have to drive to Saginaw, Unfortunately... however the other geek squad members were very helpful and finding a store that had car stereo technicians so I give them a big thumbs up for that! As far as prices go they can beat or at least match their competitors.

I called it said 3 minute wait time. 7 minutes latter I get a person that pretends to know what I am asking for. Get switched over to geek squad 23 minutes latter. They transfer me to another 20 minute hold. That promise it would be no hold. Than told they are a part provider and could not do anything asked to transfer me again. So I drove up there after a hour on the phone. Had to shop elsewhere.

Great place to do business, I normally always order online and then pick up my orders and its always ready within a hour. Im in and out within 3 minutes. only con is theyre low on stock of the stuff Im always looking for which is why I always ship to store to ensure my product is available.

Horrible experience buying a major appliance.We bought a new refrigerator. The sales experience was fine. The delivery and customer service experience have been a nightmare of failure and indifference.Delivery & installation were scheduled for today. We did all the things we were supposed to do to prepare for the delivery. Unhooked the old fridge, emptied the food, shut off the water line. We waited. We received no notifications about when exactly to expect the delivery. Finally we called BestBuy. We were told that our fridge never made it onto the delivery truck. The fridge is not coming today. In fact, Saturday is the soonest when they can deliver it. We now have food that has been sitting out in preparation of the fridge swap, that is now going to spoil.They sent us no notification. No phone call. We had to call them to find out the fridge is not coming today. Furthermore, while my wife was on the phone we were informed, Oops. Sorry, but Saturday is now out. It will be next Tuesday when your fridge will be delivered. NO WAY!Lets now add to it that Best Buy has intentionally set up an unscalable wall that makes it impossible to get to a person on the phone at the local store. Lets also add that after 2 hours of trying to get a better resolution, they hung up on us and left us hanging not knowing when or even if we are going to get the refrigerator that we paid $2000 for.

Wanted to spend 700 dollars on a cell phone that they had for sale.... Twice! Key word is wanted to. Stopped in there two days in a row after work and stood next the phone I wanted for teen minutes each time. Not one single person even acknowledged that I was there. Went elsewhere and gave them my business. Unless its an emergency situation, probably wont return.

Didnt have printer ink. Low on staff. But my husband found a flip phone! Well I found it because no workers asked us if we wanted anything.. Took 25 minutes in line with 1 customer ahead of us. Guess Ill just get a new printer. Its cheaper than ink.

Horrible. Geek squad is doing fewer and fewer repairs on different model tablets. I another go to CPR in Fenton MI. I am done with Best Buy. For tech purchases it is now Amazon for me. I used to prefer shopping local but best buy isnt worth the cost of gas or the time to get there anymore. Sad. Once upon a time I used to shop there weekly.

I normally go in for one thing and be on my way. The other day I decided to go for a few things and it took me longer than normal. First problem I had encountered was NO ONE asked me did I need help at all. Second problem was that I was being followed the whole time they even had workers that did not work the door blocking the door as if I was rgoing to steal with my two small children. 😒😒 crazy part is cause a lot of people make it about race but they were in fact black people.

Well I went to relax in the hot tub when I arrived the hot tub was broken. When I spoke to the manager about it. She explained to me it went out the day I arrived and it was something she couldnt control. Okay I understand thats true but I decided to check out early because the hot tub was broken. After checking out the hot tub was fixed so I asked the manager so the hot tub is working now and she said yes he whom ever he was, was working on it . I felt I should have be told that someone will be working on it. The stay was a waist of my time.

Went in recently to pick up an Xbox that was ordered online. The service was fast and courteous until we asked for a bag. The two employees told us no. We eventually got a bag after answering questions about why we wanted it.A couple weeks later I visited to purchase a chromebook. After researching I knew which one I wanted. The employee proceeded to tell me all the reasons I shouldnt buy it and I should get a laptop. I already own a laptop and didnt want another. I left empty handed and frustrated.

They were standing there waiting for some other employee to come back or something I didnt cut or be rude. I asked do u hVe it in stock, they didnt. Great price on a microwave. They are really understaffed and it took forever to get it. I know no one wants to get hired right now, but still, not the best experience. Probably should have gone to the big appliance warehouse down the road where prices are also normally excellent. Best Buy is not any better.

4 employees ignored my attempts at getting help or finding what I needed, after 30 minutes of watching employees ignored me for customers who were dressed wealthier. I ordered what I needed same day on Amazon. This is not my first time having an experience like this. Im sad to say I wont be shopping at Best Buy anymore. Used to love this place.

Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. I spent over an hour trying to get someone to help with a purchase. After attempting to get four store associates and someone at the Geek Squad desk to help, I finally left without purchasing the main items I came in for. The camera department looked like something out of a third world country. To be fair, most third world countries have better stocked stores, and better customer service. I couldnt get anyone to unlock the glass cases so I could purchase anything I wanted. In fact the only one helpful wasnt even a store employee, but someone that worked for Google that was in the store checking product placement. I will not be returning to this store. It was a totally frustrating experience. If you need anything electronic related, save yourself the headache and shop online.

You know every time I go to Best Buy I am put off more and more by the lack of customer service that is provided especially at this Flint location. I dont need to deal with a snarky salesperson who clearly did not want to help me when I asked for it and offered no other solutions or suggestions when what I wanted was not it stock, instead I felt dismissed. I understand covid is an issue but... Ordered 2 computers online for pickup because they were available at this location. One on my business account and one on my personal account. Received an email that the orders are being processed and would be available for pickup shortly. Received email soon after stating one of the computers were ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up the first computer I asked about the second one. They stated it was not available for pickup yet. After some investigating they came back saying that it would not be available for a few days. Okay, can I have the item shipped to my home? Sure, no problem I was quickly assured. A few hours later I received an email requesting that I choose a date and time for delivery. I thought because someone may need to sign for the delivery. After three days of receiving emails asking me to pick a date for delivery I called the store. They said it had been setup as a delivery and set-up ($69.99 fee) which was removed and that it was set for pickup that day. Returned to the store and of course the computer was out of stock but they would have one in in a few days... Cancelled the order!!!

Was walking into Best buy at about 6:20 pm. We will say 6:30. Its now 7:35. I was in the TV section ready to hand over some money for a TV today but everyone was stuck to there phones or gossiping about others in the store on the way to the back area. I even asked a guy walking to the back if he could help me. Said he would be right back. Never came back. After 20 min I just took pictures of the TVs Im interested in, Ill buy somewhere else. Thanks for letting me view them in person hassle free Best Buy. If the young lady at the door (maybe security) is reading this I laughed as you told me to have a good day because you was on your phone too. I guess I could have just grabbed a random tv and left but that wouldnt be right lol. Thanks again for the free preview. If you want no hassle and would rather purchase online go to best buy.

Got my new fridge today and I tell you I cant be more satisfied. Its perfect fit completely. Bob lesse is an excellent salesman and person period in general he tool his time with helping me and he helped me based off of pictures and know what size I would need he is excellent no body is as good as him and I have never had nobody else he goes above and beyond and definitely keeps his word. His desk is in appliance but he can help you in any part of the store. Thank youuu sooo much. God bless his kind heart.

COVID has definitely had an effect on how business is done here and, because of that, it can be difficult to get someone to help if you need to purchase an item from a case. The store is usually pretty tidy and the staff I have interacted with are pretty knowledgeable about their section. Be careful coming here during the holidays though, because there arent that many registers open and it may seem like there is a lot of staff not doing anything but they made it painless and smart phones make it easier to wait in long lines these days.

Ok, Im really trying when it comes to supporting this place. I think a lot more clarity when it comes to their policies would be helpful.Ive had two experiences here that have me bewildered. One, a few months back, when I tried to purchase a couple small things with a gift card I won at work. One of the items I wanted was an Xbox subscription service. I was told that gift cards arent eligible to use for those, even though I had done so several times in the past. When I brought that up, the associate told me I was mistaken.Second, recently, I went to purchase a memory card for my digital camera. I happened to notice an online retailer had the card a few dollars cheaper, but understood Best Buy price matches. So I go to check out, pull up the website on my phone, and after several minutes of examination I was told the card online was probably the same card, but still different, therefore there would be no price matching today. Notice, it was the same brand, same logo, same specs and speeds, even the design on the product was identical. But no, it was probably the same, but still different.Like I said, Im really trying here. I dont love the idea of giving online retailers all my business, but theyre killing the competition based on how easy they make it to just shop without hassles. Please, Best Buy, clarify your policies so people like me can support you without having to fight you to do so.
