I think I could just live in this store! They have everything. Just picked up some house slippers. The are awesome! The staff was very helpful. It was pretty busy when we checked out but they kept opening lanes. Nice!!!

I purchased almost $300 worth of merchandise today. All the store staff were extremely cheerful & helpful but I was a bit frustrated when the cashier did not help me locate a coupon as requested, did not appear to care about my request, as I was doing my best to locate one online. She was patient though as I looked which was nice. Normally I don’t care about coupons but with a purchase this large I wanted to use the 10% one. After I found a smaller one I checked out & had to have another staff order something for me online as the item was not in the store. Her name was Sydney and she was so kind, patient, & helpful. She gave me the exact directions I needed for a coupon I had previously asked her co-worker for. Jacob the store manager had to assist in the exchange and was so delightful! Given the current climate of stores being short-staffed, they could’ve been stressed & short by nature but Sydney & Jacob WERE COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR HELPING ME & MAKING MY EXPERIENCE exactly how I originally intended for it to be. Keep up the great work, you matter!!!

They have some new loyalty programs. When I first walked in the door, there was an associate standing there to stop me and explain them in great detail. I was only running in there to see if they had something I had intended to buy at the store next door, so I didnt end up doing anything with it. Seems like they dont have as much inventory as usual, but I havent been in a BB&B for quite some time. Maybe due to COVID?

Love the selection and always have a 20% coupon to use. The employees are always very helpful.

The workers at Bed Bath & Beyond were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a wedge pillow for my son. I like the fact that the cashier said they have a 90 day return policy for the wedge pillow if it doesnt work out for my son..

The quality of the merchandise is very good, but the prices are a bit high. They do have coupons for 20% off the most expensive item you are buying, and you can use more than one coupon if you buy as many items.Recently they offered an annual coupon card (based on my phone number) for $29 that gives an automatic 20% off everything purchased. At the time I was offered a coupon for $29 to be spent during the following month so membership was a no brainer. I feel better about shopping there now that I dont have to save any coupons or pay full price.

Everything was organized and I was able to get the things I needed and out within 30 minutes. The cashier and clerk were beyond friendly.

They price matched an item where the price was different in the store from online price. I was happy.

They have great merchandise, I can always wander around and find something I didnt even know I had to have!!! Like dishwashing gloves with scrubbers on them! (This may be the end of the dirty dish rag!) All the staff was very pleasant.

I was just there to buy some silverware. Found but with no problem. My coupon wouldnt come up on my phone, but the cashier was able to check it through my email.

Couldnt find a couple of things I wanted to get, but bought a few other things, so all good.

I love this store but walking in to exchange an item that I purchased online I experienced nothing but rude and a negative attitude from Mel at the counter. Thankfully the sweet girl actually doing my return was very cheerful and helpful with the return. Mels attitude was completely unnecessary.

Rude staff. Barely a greeting as we walked in the door. Made a big deal about there only being “one line”, well sorry mrs rude cashier, we had a return and didn’t realize that there was one line for both registers (we stood in the line that says “returns”. How dare us!). Could’ve just let us know nicely. The store in Flint has been going downhill for awhile, I don’t think I care to visit this location again after having to deal with that shrew of a woman.

Average. The store, the staff, and the atmosphere. Prices are high but selection is good, averaging things out.

Sometimes prices are not listed and it gets frustrating. Also, staff can be hard to locate throughout the store, usually have to go to the register which is not a big deal until the line is crazy long and you just have a question. I do like alot of the products they sell and will continue to shop there.

Looking for bed sheets, they only had the top sheet, no bottom sheets. An employee asked if I found what I looking for. I replied no expecting them to help, they just walked away. So did I! Wont go back.

The experience I had here was bad, I purchased a juicer and handed the clerk $300 she held them up to the light, musta didnt see what she was looking for then marked all 3 one hundred dollar Bills, this made me feel a certain way, upon returning the juicer for a more expensive one theres a $30 return fee not mentioned on the receipt although this might be standard policy its a bad experience to me, thz why I seldom shop there!!

Found the perfect chair cushions for a reasonable price. Love being able to walk through this store and find items I didnt know I needed.

I went in looking for a comforter couldnt find just a comforter but if youre looking for an entire bed sets they have some great ones in there.

I was not satisfied at all. I had bought an airbed there about 4 months ago, life got crazy and I didnt have time to take the bed back as the controller did not work. Because I had taken the bed out, as most do to use them, they would not take it back. I get it, so the manufacturer is responsible. But the way it was explained to me was without tact or professionalism. Basically, I sensed that I was a hindrance and annoyance. Someone should change whatever PR training these ladies have, because it was embarrassing. Even the two people behind me exchanged looks of concern. Ill never shop here again.

Employees were rude even though there were an abundance of them in the store, nobody greeted us throughout the store, and when we asked for help locating an item, it was as if we were bothering them.I was also extremely disappointed that even though we spent nearly $400, the cashier said that there was no way to give us the $20 off coupon when I couldnt get it to load while in the store. I dont think Ill be returning to this location.

I love this place! Its fun to just wander around. I am waiting to go again in a couple of days. With their sales and/or coupons, the deals are pretty good.Very little you cant find here. Everything from complete kitchen to bathroom to bedroom, etc! I feel like a kid let loose in a candy store!

Place is trashed, shelfs are empty all around the store, no help finding anything cause clerks were more interested whats on their phones, rather than helping customers!

I called to check the status of my online order, the store manager (Melinda) was very rude and was yelling over the phone, and hung up on me. I called back many times and they would hang the phone up on me every time. My order was canceled. Poor management and very bad customer service.

Large parking lot at this site. There is a public bathroom which can be used by anyone. Aisles in the store are a little bit small if you are in a wheelchair, but otherwise the store has a variety of products you cant find in other stores for home use. Staff is extremely cordial and willing to help you with any situation. Staff tries to make sure you dont wait in line long.

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond today 15dec19.There were several clearance and marked down items. I was shopping for rugs and bed skirts. I carefully selected my items and added the costs in my head, the total came to $186.00 at checkout the items came to more than $450.00. I am a member (paid membership) of the BB & B club. I was so shocked at the price discrepancies that I left my items and the store. This is a low brow bait and switch operation that I refuse to fall victim to. They obviously are betting that you will pay the higher prices out of embarrassment at checkout.I went to home depot and bought a rug, I will order bed skirts from Amazon. I will not go back to BB & B. Make your own decisions, you have been warned!
