Went in to get a new muffler system and they did an awesome job with the installation. The owner/workers were so nice and straight forward with everything. They surprisingly got the job done in a fast amount of time too. If you need any muffler work done this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed!

My car was running louder than an old diesel truck, and I was told by other local auto shops that my exhaust manifolds needed to be replaced and it would cost around $1200 with labor. Turns out it was only a section of exhaust pipe disconnected and these guys fixed it in an hour for only $120. Truly the greatest experience I’ve ever had with car troubles, can’t thank these guys enough!

If your going to go to this shop get your quote in writeing I was quoted $189 for my install price well supplying my own catalytic converter. And Like the name says magically when I went to pick my car up the price increased to $300. Its in the name magic muffler

Called in asking for information on setting up some work for the exhaust on my truck, I cant recall the name of the gentleman I spoke with but he was able to get me on the schedule for the very next day and was very knowledgeable about the parts I was looking for. I dropped it off at 1 the next day, picked it up about an hour and a half later smiling from ear to ear to hear the new exhaust note of my truck! Price was very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Not sure how I feel about this place. Guy convinced me (very quickly, maybe too quickly) to take one of the 2 catalytic converters off of my vehicle and put a straight exhaust pipe instead. He insisted thats what was making it run rough. I just wonder, if the car was built with 2 cats, doesnt it need both? But Im no expert.Anyway, quick and easy job$80 out the door.

Bearizonas (fantastic destination) wildlife road grids shook my rusted exhaust pipe to cat converter bolted flange joint apart on my 2005 Honda CR-V, held together by the rust since the bolts didnt look like bolts. 20 minutes at Muffler Magic and the flanges are gone and a pipe welded in its place and good to go, at a fair price. Magic, indeed. I would imagine that any other place would have said I needed a new cat and pipe to the muffler since the flange coupling was not usable.

These guys are great to work with, and they have totally earned my trust and loyalty! They originally quoted me $400 to do the job, but when I got the bill it was only $125 because it turned out to be less work than they thought. Hard to find that kind of honesty these days, but Im glad its here in Flagstaff!

Straight waste of time I sent an individual to take my vehicle to get an exhaust and a few things done like a catalytic (which are illegal, they have done to two cars that I know of but couldn’t do mine) my appointment was at 2:30 they tell the individual it was a mistake it’s supposed to be 3:30 he goes off gets lunch comes back to them telling him the price and then later on saying they won’t be able to do it the same day! Next time call me to let me know you guys messed Up instead of having me drive an hour to your place and tell me if I can come in Monday.

Had truck and car both repaired for muffler and other services. Only muffler repair in Northern Arizona, according to local. Well stocked with needed materials and staff friendly and professional. Referred by both local auto dealer and friend who also had services done the same month. Unfortunately, this shop is only open during the week days, and not on weekends.

Wow! I am truly impressed with this place! After having my muffler snap in the middle of the desert, I was able to get it here where they took my car right in and had it welded together in less then 20 minutes. Super clean weld too! Basically that will be the only part of my car I will never worry about breaking again!!

There was a Mechanic that left and he was awesome. Brought my H2 for exhaust work and I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. The guy tried to bang me for more money . And then when I got home the Dipstick was laying on the Air Cleaner. Along with several bolts .”Seems like he was under the influence. Just Saying .I Will never be back there again .!!!!It wasn’t the Owners Fault at the time . But I HOPE THAT DUMBASS IS FIRED BY NOW !!!!!!
