Extremely frustrated with this place. From buying a lemon of a car that they insisted was fine to the shoddy repairs they have done, making the vehicle completely unusable. The all new brakes leaked out within a week, the vehicle is falling apart underneath and has electrical issues that cause it to die within a day if its not driven. They just dont seem to care and I knew it was a mistake sending my loved ones to cooper service. They sold her a bad car that was dangerous and made unusable by them.

I needed some new golf cart tires mounted onto my wheels and wanted someone I could trust. I was the first person to use their new email scheduling system and it worked great. It was a pretty simple job but they were more than happy to help get me on my way. I was impressed once I got the bill, only 12$ per each tire for mounting. That is cheaper than Walmart and you can actually trust the job is done right. Thanks again guys

Got a flat tire one hour into a road trip on a Saturday. Called and they were able to get us in immediately and fix it in about 20 minutes and the price was right! Friendly and fast!

Great visit. Had 4 wheel balance on 315/70/17 tires. I was treated very well. Strongly recommend.

Had six of there Roadmaster brand tires put on motor home. Didn’t replace valves. Mounted outside duel so you have to take off wheel cover to check air pressure of inside tire. Have a leak in second valve now. Would surely not recommend their tire store.

Went in with what we thought was a small leak. They broke the tire down and everything but couldn’t find anything. They didn’t charge us for anything and they were very helpful.

Big guy behind the counter... Not impressed. Will use Cooper Service again because I beleive in shopping locally. Managment may want to reconsider what customer service means, dont ask the guy at the counter though.. He is not efficient in that department!

Ive been going to this business ever since I bought my first car to have them put tires on all my vehicles. Today I got really exceptional service. Due to covid they had to change their hours which were within my working hours so I had a difficult time getting in since I couldnt go before or after work so my only time to get there was during my lunch hour. I figured Id meet them half way and see if they could spare 5 minutes to put my spare tire on for me so they can repair my flat one and then return on a later day and get my fixed/new tire. However they took it one step further and got me a new tire, mounted, balanced, and out the door in less than an hour. That exceeded my expectations. Heck I didnt even really think theyd have the time to do my original idea. I always get friendly service here and I will continue to come here for all my tire services.

Excellent knowledge of tires, excellent friendly and timely service. Actually, they beat the cut rate suppliers, (Walmart) in price and rebate. After ordering tires I was told when to come back for installation. I was in and out in 45 minutes, very nice. Great doing business with them.

I live in California and my daughter goes to school in Findlay, Ohio. On her return from winter break her car wouldnt start and she was starting classes and a new job the next day. Chris Lewis, store manager, stepped up and got her car running and back to her the same day. Its great to have someone local available to help when my daughter is so far from home. The manager (John) was discourteous and not forthcoming. I asked for a price match on the same manufacturer and make of tires that I had found elsewhere for cheaper. He was very rude in insisting upon hearing the other location pricing and name. After I told him, he then told me he couldnt do a price match anyhow, making the competitor information I gave him irrelevant. When I called him later to inform him I wouldnt be coming back because he was not forthright in telling me he couldnt price match, he called my comparing prices unethical and abruptly hung up on me.UPDATE: I gave them another shot and bought a set of tires there recently. I believe it was a new manager and the service was a major improvement. The manager was very courteous and forthright in trying to get me the best deal possible. I also had some follow-up repairs done on my vehicle and they discovered an issue that they hadnt noticed when working up the estimate. The manager gave me an immediate update and asked if they could proceed with the additional repair with me covering the cost of the part and they would cover the labor costs (1.2 hours) due to not finding the issue during the initial inspection.

First come, first serve basis may sound good but does not take into account everyones work schedules.

Mounted and balanced perfectly. Even let me do the final torque to the wheels. I hope to be back soon.
