I have always had good experiences at Best Buy. When my wife got a new phone, we stopped here to get a phone case and screen protector. The clerk who assisted us was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options and made useful recommendations. I wanted him to install them because in the past I had tiny bubbles under the screen protector from a poor installation. He did a great job and the installation was perfect.
Best Buy Findlay store does not price match. They say they have a price match policy, they do not. A little over a year ago I bought an item and then found it at another store for less, so I brought in my phone to show them the price on the other website and was told they do not match prices from the internet. Forward to today, bought a set of iPod Pros at Best Buy, then found them for $30 less at Costco, so I bought them at Costco. I thought I would keep the set I bought at Best Buy rather than return them, I showed them my receipt and they said they do not match receipts but can only match prices from internet websites. Wow. In other words, they do not match prices and make up a different story to not match the price depending on what you are showing them. I just got my money back. A few years from now this store will be gone and many will say it is too bad brick and mortar could not make it. No, it will be gone because they treated their customers really badly.
My wife and I went to the store to look at televisions. I pretty much knew the one I wanted and ABC Warehouse only had displays. I did, however; have a few questions and they had that particular one in a box. We walked in after 4pm and were the only customers in the store. The guy sitting at the door didnt greet us and ask if we needed help: he was talking to another associate.We began to look at the various televisions and 3 associates walked past us to the stockroom,After fifteen minutes of this, we decided to leave.On the way out, the associate who,had been sitting on a counter on his phone was still there and did not look up when we walked by.As we were about to leave, the person sitting at the desk gave us a Have a nice day....thanks for coming in... remark. I then gave him a short synopsis of our overall experience and their lack of customer care.His answer: ...sorry about that...My answer: ...No, youre not...No attempt was made to retain us as potential customers and take our money.This is why I avoid Best Buy.
I drove an hour and a half to Best Buy in Findlay to make a purchase. When checking out the sales associate and manager asked me multiple times to sign up for their credit card. I refused the credit card each time. They then attempted running my debit card and were having issues doing so because it was clearly worn from use. They stated they could not enter my card number manually. The sales associate had the nerve to question the amount of funds in my account. They then tried to push their credit card on me again. Again I refused and had my friend who was with me pay for the item and I then sent him the money via a cash app. The item did not work properly so I then drove back an hour and a half. I attempted to exchange it for an item of a different brand that was double the price. I thought I did not have the receipt with me so they refused to exchange it saying they needed my friend to drive an hour and a half with the card they used because the original sales associate and manager did not ask if I had an account or for my phone number. Luckily I found the receipt in my car and they did the exchange. This is terrible customer service. I buy a lot of electronics and typically drive to Best Buy if they have the item I want in stock. Based on my experience and what seems to be company policy, I will never be back to purchase a single item from any Best Buy or from their website.
I was there today to purchase a lap top. I received no service! Nobody even spoke to me. I asked for help....he said he would find me someone but they never came. Ill go to Walmart!
Staff was great. I ordered some earbuds online for pickup at store. It was a seamless experience. Highly recommend the store in Findlay, OH if you are somewhat local.
I’m normally not in the store by myself, usually I’m with my husband and son. But on July 9th we were helping out in a neighboring town with a concert, and I needed to pick something up for them.I had no idea what I was looking for, other than a brief description, but Cameron & Caitlin helped me find what was needed. They listened to me, listened to three phone calls from people with more information than I about what we needed, showed me what to get, and explained why.Then last night we ended up having to return the headphones, but were just going to exchange it for a laptop. We were past the allotted return period, but they still took the exchange. There was a very tall customer service man, whose name I didn’t get unfortunately, who helped my husband with the laptop and charging cable. He was very helpful as well.We love the Findlay Best Buy!!

Found some really great deals on a few TVS and a rather hard to find Collectors Edition of a PS4 Game. All in all was a great day
We went and got a new phone for my husband and the guys working were amazing and very helpful. They were also more knowledgeable than a lot of other best buy employees at other stores that we have dealt with.
Went to this location August 10, had bought 2 samsung galaxy s21 in April this year. 1 of my phones screen had went dark. Geek squad looked at it, determined wont power on. I said let me have a print out of their findings, they said they didnt have the the ability... I pay for there warranty., they told me 2 options. They can file a claim for me with samsung and a new phone will be mailed to me in 2 months or file a claim with them and they will mail a new phone to me in 7 to 10 business days.... either choice would cost me $250. I was very upset why should I be charged for a manufacturer defective phone...After a lot of arguing I left... then I looked across the parking lot saw UBREAKIFIX... TOOK MY PHONE IN. THEY LOOKED AT IT, SAID WE CAN FIX IT IN 2 HOURS. I ASKED HOW MUCH? HE TOLD ME NO CHARGE. WE BILL SAMSUNG... the phone was fixed and my comments to best buy is this. Why are you charging customers $250 to file a warranty claim just to screw people out of their money? Or because you can. its wrong. You have lost my business of the last 20 years... no longer a customer...you should be a shamed

Its great when sales people arent in your face, but I had to look a while to find someone to help me (found them on the other side of the store).
Can be over pricey on somethings. Well hell, ok everything. But then if your well to do Financially, itll seem like a discount store. Otherwise, wait til tax time for the BIG purchase!

Boyfriend bought a $100 capacitor for his sound system, tried it out, had all of the wires hooked up correctly when the capacitor blew up a $400 amp. Found out that the capacitor was faulty. Went to Best Buy to figure out if we could at least get a discount on a new amp that was somewhat comparable to the one he had. They said that they could not do anything about it. Not even a discount for what had happened. I do not recommend buying amps or anything close to a vehicle sound system stuff from Best Buy.

Sales rep gave me the wrong item he pulled off the shelve. Called the store was routed to a call center and they were not helpful. Have to drive round trip 50 miles in order to get an answer. Will return all items and shop at walmart at least the local store answers their phone when u call
Had multiple questions in regards to switching cell phone carriers and what would be the best and most cost effective way for me to facilitate the switch.All individuals involved took their time, on a very busy day, to give me all the relevant information necessary, on a written worksheet, in order to make my decision. It was greatly appreciated and Ill definitely be back when I make the switch; great job by all involved!!

I went in for a replacement under AppleCare at the geek squad desk, a maybe 30 minute transfer turned into 2 hours because of the damage to my device, and continued after I left. Evan saved all my photos, I don’t know how, but he promised to keep trying and they uploaded through the cloud an hour and a half after I left. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Bought a fitbit, which I didnt open right away because its the middle of winter. Finally did and found that it was used and damaged, not new as purchased. I apparently missed their arbitrary return window by like two days or something because I cant get to the store during the work week and now they wont exchange it. Got the I want to believe you line, which is just a load of BS. If you did, youd be able to help. $150 for a damaged product sold falsely as new. Bunch of frauds.

There is a couple employees that are very good. The rest are OK. Manager isnt very nice had some run ins with him before not customer friendly so corporate. Returns generally go smooth without a problem. Had car starter put on and he was amazing and took care of issues right away. Corporate is a joke dont call them they just repeatedly hang up on you and wont answer a question. If i could have found my answer online I wouldnt bother calling what is so hard to figure out.
In and out in less then 5 minutes. Associate knew exactly what I was asking gor, took me to the product and then got the keys to get the product. Quickest trip to any store in a while!

Went in and there were many employees just standing around talking to each other. There werent very many customers in the store to keep them occupied, but I had to go hunt one down to ask a question. The two items that we were looking for werent in stock and we ended up ordering online. Also not sure why the Geek Squad protection plan is $59.99 when theyve never been able to help us.
Was great, not understaffed, was helped right away, and communicated with in a way that was easy for my grandfather to understand.

They act like they dont want your business. My son was buying a car stereo system and to have it installed this week, they wanted us to drive forty miles to get some parts from another store. No attempt by best buy to get the parts, they had two days they could have tried something to get them. If it was up to me I would have took my $900 worth of business somewhere else.

Excellent staff. The cellular center helped me immensely and even allowed me to charge my phone while I browsed around. The employee even offered to keep an eye on it for me. Findlay Best Buy will always be the only one I shop at.
Their method of handling current events is amazing. They have completely minimized customer contact with their electronics and have staff bring items to you to the entrancr of the store. One of the safest stores to shop at currently.
My daughter went there today and was totally deceived by an employee. She had brought a laptop to trade in and was quoted $300 and then she asked about a particular ipad and was quoted $200. She returned later with her father and was told they would only give her $100 for the laptop which I had paid $1,000. Then she was told that the ipad she had inquired about was over $300. So make sure you get things in writing! I personally dont even give this store one star. Unfortunately she needed the equipment for college and when all was said and done she paid out about $450. So very angry with this store and if we had not needed the undated equipment immediately I definitely would have shopped else where for the equipment.
Employee used his phone to look up info. Only 2 Epson stand alone scanners on display, no other brands.
Asked salesperson if they had an item. Stated sure and brought the item up front to register to check me out. At the register he states he cant sell it to me as the item is not released. Asked for manager...manager stated cant sell. Got online and was able to order from the manufacturer site direct. Guess I dont need Bad Buys as I was able to cut out the middle man.

Not the biggest best buy store Ive seen. Was in there for awhile looking around no sales associate asked me if I wanted any information on anything. Wasnt really looking to buy anything but you never know. The best buy that is closer to home in Walker Michigan is probably better staffed then this one. And a larger inventory of stuff to look at.
1st person i asked where the Samsung M.2 was knew exactly where it was. They also gave me the screw that holds it on the motherboard. Good friendly people. 5*
I can appreciate trying to mitigate the spread of COVID 19, HOWEVER, this is a bit too far overboard. A lot of people are impulse buyers, and also dont want to wait around. Having to check in at the door and wait for a personal escort through the store is not going to stop the spread of anything except wanting to go some else. Also, as a medical professional, all youre doing with your glove wearing is cross contamination of well, everything. You guys are realistically the last choice to buy something anyways. Now youre even worse. Id rather buy something online and wait.
